Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis Leistung haben sehr gut gepasst. Auch der Flughafentransfer des Hotels hat gut funktioniert.

War für 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, im viktorianischen Stil erbauten Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist eine Augenweide. Restaurant ("The English Grill") ist zwar teuer aber sehr gut. Die Bar ist recht klein, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl, auch wegen der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende, welche in Downtown bleiben wollen, hervorragend. Wenn ich wieder in Louisville bin, werde ich mit SIcherheit auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Days Inn Hurstbourne liegt in Louisville (East Louisville) in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Skyview Park. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: E P Tom Sawyer State Park.

Very nice Pool and Hot Tube . Very clean room. If you follow the directions exactly, you can find it. Will stay again next year,same weekend.

This was the only hotel that would gaurantee us ajoining rooms. They are very accommodating, would stay there again.

This is truly one of those hotels where you get what you pay for. It was a nice area and relatively clean but there was very little hot water at night and the heater started blowing out cold air. Hotel was conviently located around dining areas and was less noisy outside. Overall, it was a good hotel that I would stay at again.

"Disappointing Stay"
Door did not close securely and hair dryer did not work. Continental breakfast left much to be desired, plus hotel staff did a poor job of ensuring that food or juice was readily available for guests. It was not necessarily the hotels fault, but one night from 1:00 am until 2:00 am, a couple was screaming and cussing at each other in the hallway, which […] woke up both of our kids. Easy on/off interstate. Very close to shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Room clean and comfortable.
House keeping should be more thourough with their cleaning abilities and pull things out from the wall when they do their cleaning. There was a used condom laying on floor behind the night stand. Heating unit blew out cold air.

We had a great stay at the Days Inn Hurstbourne in Louisville, KY. My only recommendation would be to put in a hot breakfast bar.

I had a very bad experience. It took forever to check in even though I was the only one in the lobby and the clerk was doing nothing. We had no hot water on our first night and the clerk told us when we have to take a shower to get hot water. HELLO you are a hotel and you should have hot water all the time. The other night we get back to the room and […] all they did was make our bed. They did not leave new coffee, enough towels, soap or nothing. I called the clerk and they said ok. I figured they would bring it up. I was so wrong. I called later and they said I had to go down and get it. That has never happened before. That is their job to take care of us right??? I sent someone down to get it and then they said I didnt tell them we needed the soap and that I would have to call back down there since the room was in my name before they could give it to the person I sent down there. OMG what a horrible stay. When I went to check out the clerk could not get off his cell phone long enough to take care of me or ask any questions. I went back to ask him a question and hes still sitting on the couch in the lobby on his cell phone and would not get off. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! As soon as I left I called Days INN 800 number to complain, and I still have yet to get a phone call back which was suppose to be by that thursday. I am not going to stay somewhere where I am told WHEN I have to take a shower and when they don't do their job, I have to go get my own items from the front desk if you can even get service there. "DAYS INN HUSTBOURNE"
I didnt like the continental breakfast at all,the milk was warm and nothing else was really food.the locationis nice,once u find the place. the beds are decent. good for the price i guess.

this hotel was uncomfortable. seemed as though nothing worked properly. the only place u could get air conditioning was in ur room and it didnt get cooled to a comfortable temp until the second day! if u needed anything it was a hassle to speak with staff because they understood very little english and spoke even less of it!! as far as cleanliness of […] room, it was bearable except the carpet, it was definately dirty! also lots of stains on the chairs in the room. if all u need is a cheap place to sleep and nothing else this is the place for u, otherwise this hotel will certainly make u miss the comfort of home! "My Stay"
The hotel staff was friendly but that was about it. The rooms floors were nasty. Your feet would be black on the bottoms. Housekeeping - let's just say needs improvement. We never had any cups in the room or toliet paper. We would have to track the maid down in order to get these items. The elevator was out for 2 days and the water was our one day.
They have no security cameras and do not lock the side entrance doors (as posted that they do)...nothing can be done if anything happens...

Everyone was very nice and the night clerk did help with a small problem. The room was big enough and clean. I found that the room did not have enough outlets for the items that were there. "Days Inn Hurstbourne - STAY AWAY!!!"
Quality Assurance was very poor resulting in major safety issues that impacted entire stay. 1. Elevator out of service the whole time. 2. No chance to move to 1st floor despite disability certificate. 3. Hot tub condemned as evidenced by a sign from the health department. 4. Indoor pool required walking outdoor to gain entrance. 5. Electrical outlet […] non-functioning and not enough to plug in microwave and coffeee pot at the same time. 6. No light next to room entrance, had to prop door open to get to light across the room. 7. Almost impossible to adjust water for shower and could not turn off faucet. 8. Curtain hanging off the rod. 9. Stains found on bedspread were placed face up but still had the same spread each night. 10. No room service the next day. 11. No locks or latches on any entrance doorways, anyone can enter any of the side doors at any time, but had double pad and key lock on the pool door. 12. No smoking room smelled like smoke including the pillows. The whole place smelled stale. 13. Hotel required full payment upon booking with no refund possible...! 14. MINIMAL 10% refund negotiated with the hotel, was never received. Mehr

Rooms were dirty, the elevator didn't work, no coffee pot in the room even though it was indicated on Hotels.com, ice machines didn't work, confusion at check-in and check-out, on-site manager was unable to provide any suggestions for "things to do". All in al, it was a run down hotel.

T he booking agency is a joke the rooms weren't clean they smelled musty the rooms were wrong even with the reservation paper they gave me a hard time. The trip was pretty much a disaster!! Would not stay there again!!!

We stayed at this days inn, and it was not worth the money. Online they say the have a hot tub ( it was broke) and cable. There where maybe 10 channels because the TVs are so old they can't have digital. Most of the channels says to call cable company for a free box to access all the channels. "East end hotel with nice restraunts nearby"
The Hotel is located back in an almost neighborhood like setting and you have all the best restraunts nearby such as TGI Fridays, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, and O'Charlie's. The staff was very helpful though i didn't need them for much. The hotel rooms are on the inside and there is an elevator! Great place for a weekend getaway.. "Nice stay while traveling through Louisville"
I stayed two nights at this Days Inn. The rates were nice and the hotel offers a nice continental breakfast, has a nice indoor pool and hot tub. It makes for a nice stay. Also, complimentary internet is offered, which I think is a must now a days for hotels. Room was large, had a mini-refridgerator and microwave, plus in room coffee maker.
"Horrible"
The room was dirty and poorly maintained. I got a non smoking room... the entire hotel stinks of stale smoke. The jacuzzi tub was cold and the safety rails on the pool were coming out of the concrete. The pictures on the website are very old, because the hotel is run down, not anything as seen on website.

Specified "non-smoking" room. Door sign said non-smoking; however, ash trays on desk and ashes on carpet between bed and table and smell was horrible. Hotel aged and needs some wallpaper repaired or painting done. Beds where clean but could use new covers. Rate was fantastic but could use update. Hotel manager appeared sloppy dressed and direct.

The hot tub only had one jet and the temp was colder than the pool. Our air conditioner did not work the first night, so they moved us to a different room. The air barely worked in that room. We had 2 nights of trying to sleep in an extremely humid room. We didn't get much rest. The staff was friendly and the pool was decent. Breakfast wasn't bad.

I agree with the other reviews I read before booking that the desk clerk was never at the desk but was quick to respond when called. He runs no air in the lobby and our room had the air off as well. We turned on the air then went to dinner expecting to be cool upon returning but the room was hot still. "Needs new staff..."
When we first arrived to the hotel, the customer service rep was outside talking on a cell phone, and he made us feel like we were rudely interrupting his day because we needed to check-in. The ice machine did not work.... Then as we checked out, the same customer service rep the next morning was once again on his cell phone and did not say anything […] nice or welcoming.
