Embassy Suites at International Drive and Jamaican Court - Orlando

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. Everything was very good. I did not like the pillows, they were too soft. Maybe a mix of soft and firm pillows for neck support will be better. The food was good, but need to have two serving lines instead of one. All Embassy suites had two serving lines for many years. Very good hotel but too much noise from the adjacent Freeway depending on your room position and the swimming pool is much too small given the size of the hotel.

Great hotel! Very helpful and courteous staff. Nice breakfast. Overall 5 stars!

Embassy suites are always good with great free breakfast. Only complaint is that sofa bed was not comfy for the kids at all. Great value though and we would stay there again.

Our room seemed to be a smoking room with burn marks in the carpet and a slightly "off" odor. The carpet was threadbare in places and the sofa was very worn in the middle of it. In addition, the carpeting throughout the hallway and outside of the elevators were very stained. One of the elevators had a strong disinfectant smell when we first arrived. […] Overall, the hotel just really was visually unappealing and in need of renovation. I love Embassy Suites normally... have stayed at various locations probably 6-8 times. Next time, I will stay at one that is about a mile away which is newer, and I am assuming, in better condition. Overall good experience but maintenance of rooms could be better. Breakfast was great!!

Hotel was just ok. The free breakfast each morning was awesome! This location is old and needs some attention. The pool and hot tub seemed neglected and dirty. I was glad that we were spending all of our time at the parks, and we were not going to spend time at the pool! When we arrived to our room, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. My family stays here almost every year while visiting Halloween Horror Nites @ Universal Studios & would definitely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is nicely located to the Universal Properties. It is a good value for the rate. Breakfast buffet could be a little better but it was still fine. Staff is very nice and helpful. We will stay here again. Book it thru Hotels.com because the rate really is much much better...

When i received my hotel keys, i had no idea what i was in for. They had given us a room in the smokers section of the hotel even though i asked for a non smoking room. The smell of the smokers side engulfed my room leaving a horrible stench in the place. Then when i asked to have my room changed, they couldn't move me because all of the other rooms […] where full. We always stay in embassy suites. We had a great stay in Orlando! Pros: convenient location, very clean, friendly staff,kid friendly, free breakfast. Cons: top floor room not recomended in summer. Our room (831) was very warm. The bedroom was uncomfortable warm at night, bathroom did not have a lock or fan. Check in was fast, room was fabulous, location could not have been better. The breakfast was amazing, much better then regular continental breakfasts served at hotels. There was lots of fresh fruit and hot options like bacon, sausage, hasbrowns, pancakes and made to order omlettes. Embassy at Jamaican Ct has always been the best of the 3 Embassy' in the Orlando area in my opinion. On my last stay however it was crossed out of my list. There was hair in the sheets, hair in the tub, hair on the tile. There was no towel for the floor in the bathroom and there was some black stuff on the carpet. The room we paid for was given to someone else so we had to be in an uncomfortable room for a night. Then we had to move to another room for the remainder of our stay. The door between the bedroom and living room did not shut, letting in light and sound. The air conditioning could not keep up with the heat from the all the windows in the east-facing […] bedroom, so it was literally 80 degrees by 6:30 am. The balackout curtains didn't fit the whole window, so light and heat were able to fill the bedroom. The beds were unusually uncomfortable and neither my husband nor I were able to sleep well. This is usually our favorite hotel and stay there every time we travel (twice a year) to Orlando. But we will be considering other hotels for the next trip because our complaints and concerns were brushed aside by management MULTIPLE times. One manager offered free beverages from the bar as a solution - there's a free happy hour every night, so giving me free drinks when the drinks are already free is not a solution!! My booking was a disaster. I reserved a room for a family of 5 - 2 beds. Due to some problem at the hotel, when we arrived, it was a single king was all that was available. No rollaway bed was available. The one bed there was not in good condition and the sleeper sofa had numerous missing springs. The bedroom phone in the room did not work. The bath […] door was very hard to close. To top all off the room, 402, was right next to a roof top ventilator, which was like sleeping next to an always-on vacuum. Staff was no help at all that evening. I discussed this with the manager the next day. As agreed, he had our belongings moved into a better room while we continued our vacation. However, he also agreed that the disaster evening would be credited back to my account. I am still waiting. Mehr

This hotel was very nice. I really enjoyed the Happy Hour 5 to 7 FREE drinks. The buffet food was great and had many choices and the buffet staff were pleasant. The rooms were clean and had enuf room for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel that I've stayed at many times for many years. While they've updated a lot of it, they're still lacking in some areas. Beds are okay, not great. Carpets should be cleaned more often. Couches are not very comfy. Electric fixtures need to be tended to (broken light plug ins, broken wall sockets). The recommended place to stay for a visit to the Disney and Universal magic places. In spite of the gangs of sloppy, weary, park troopers, speaking every imagineable language, the hotel offers the most pleasant open feeling with the most helpful friendly and knowledgeable employees you can expect to find. Close to Universal Studios, this Embassy Suites is tucked in a cul de sac just off of I-drive. The service is always impeccable, although you definitely want to get up early for the amazing free breakfast - seating is hard to find as it gets later!

I have stayed in hotels all over and have never experienced such a high level of customer service for such a inexpensive room. I was completely shocked and suprised with this value. It has a 2 hour managers reception with free happy hour. It has a made to order breakfast that was all you can eat. The inside has a waterfall and atrium full of exotic […] plants that make it so relaxing. It rained both days we stayed, but with the inside outside pool it didnt matter. We were still able to swim when we wanted. The room was 2 full rooms with a couch, sitting area, wet bar, microwave and refridgerator. I have to say this exceeded all my expectations and more; from now on I will be staying in this hotel everytime I visit. Mehr

The suite was in good shape, and with the free happy hour and awesome breakfast that were included this hotel was an outstanding value. Would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Embassy. THe rooms were spacious, clean and they fixed our beds and provided new towels while we were out. The only thing I didn't like was that they only had one gold trolley and in order to use it you have to call the bell boy who wanted to be tipped. Some hotels have several of them, and you can use and replace […] at your disposal. That was all, the service and the hotel was great. We would stay again. Mehr

This hotel is not bad, but it is a little old. the Embassy down the road a couple of miles is much nicer.

El hotel es impresionante ! las habitaciones son muy grandes y comodas, tiene un desayuno incluido que es increible y parking gratuito. Esta a media cuadra de International Drive y cerca de restaurantes, atracciones, etc. Todos los dias de 5.30 a 7:30 pm en el lobby se puede disfrutar de tragos completamente gratis para los huespedes ! アメリカには何度か行ってますが、今回は一人での出張でしたので、ホテル選びには慎重になりました。 こちらは、ホテルが多く立ち並ぶ場所に有り、近所にはウォルグリーン（ドラッグストア）もありました。また、買い物に便利な、トロリーのバス停にも近かったです。たくさん外出でき、立地は満足の行くものでした。 また、スタッフが感じの良い方が多い印象でした。 最初にチェックインしたフロントスタッフの方も「一人なの？」と笑いかけてくれ、とても親切にしてくださり、館内の清掃をしている方も、ニコニコと話しかけてくれ、朝食の係の方も笑顔でサービスしてくれました。 私は、日本人なので、アメリカでは少しばかり後回しにされるような扱いを受けたこともありますし、そういう方も少なからずいます。このホテルでは、ほとんどそういった […] 心配をせずに過ごす事ができました。 ホテルの清潔感は普通ですが、お部屋はスイートタイプで二部屋ありますし、ネットも無料で使えましたし、不便は感じませんでした。 朝食は、品数こそ多くは有りませんが、オムレツやホットケーキ等も焼いて出してくれますし、無料でいただけて十分です。 また、夕方17時半から19時（だったかな？）には、マネージャーズレセプションがあり、1階のバーでお酒が無料でいただけます。 一人の出張は不安もありましたが、退屈しない、楽しいものとなりました。 Mehr

O hotel é muito bom e especialmente bem localizado! O pessoal da recepção é atencioso. Os quartos são amplos e têm uma boa ante-sala, O hotel oferece internet wi-fi grátis, jornal de cortesia, estacionamento gratuito e café da manhã incluído cumprindo, assim, algumas requisitos mínimos de um viajante que não quer ter preocupações adicionais. Os pontos […] negativos são as filas no café da manhã (com poucos itens - coisa comum nos EUA) e a piscina que, ao meu ver, não estava suficientemente limpa. Recomendo! Hotellet er 30 år gammelt. I samtlige værelser er der en støj, som var man i en flyvemaskine. Hvis man ønsker stilhed når man skal sove, er dette ikke hotellet.
