Nettes Hotel für den Short Trip nach Disney. Nicht zu vergleichen mit Marriot Deutschland, mindestens 1 Stern weniger. Badezimmer ist kritikwürdig. Poollandschaft und Frühstueck sehr gut.

the hotel as such is great with a great Pool area. the only set back is the fact that the hotel charges you with valet parking rates of USD 23.- per night. Funny enough after 16 days in the hotel the parking was more expensive than the rental car. the service for the valet did not work. Even though they advised you to call ahead 15 minutes to get your […] car ready, many times we waited another 15 minutes before our car was brought. Another set back is the fact that if you want to connect your PC to the internet, you also have to pay USD 15.- per 24 hours. This was one of the best hotels i have ever visited, i stayed there for a new year. It was located in a great location, near to disney world and many other places.It was Clean, stuff are friendly. Service was amazing, I really suggest this hotel. *Thumbs Up*

When we booked the website claimed construction would be completed by mid Dec 2012. I called the week of Dec 17/12 to confirm my reservation & inquire about the construction. I was told "the construction was complete". Upon arrival we found the Falls pool construction still ongoing and the Italian restaurant that their website bragged about was closed […] & being renovated/changed to a tappas restaurant. Noise from pool & restaurant construction started daily at 7:30am. The next ongoing problem was housekeeping. We regularly would have call or stop at the front desk to get the room made up & were constantly shorted on towels & bathroom supplies. We asked to be moved to the JW Marriott & agreed to pay for the upgrade. The manager pleaded with us to stay & promised better housekeeping service. We should have changed hotels because it really never improved. Final concern was security. External doors were never locked so anyone could wander in at anytime from the garage, parking lots, etc... Most hotels control access from outside areas with room keycard locks on doors, but not here - it's wide open. Mehr

The Hotel was good, the surrounding, the pool. It is a big hotel, but we had some draw backs since we entered the hotel, the first was the line that we did at the valet, we have to wait about 1 hour for us to be able to get off the car and remove our luggages and do another line at the register for almost 20 minutes, then when we got to the room the […] sofa bed didn't have liner, pillow, etc. we have to call for those thing and waited about another hour and I ended up going to the register myself and request those things. The food court is as expensive as the restaurants, we went to the restaurant that serve breakfast buffet and was super expensive !!!we paid for my family (2 adult and 2 toddler) almost $130.00 that's the most expensive breakfast. NO EVEN AT DISNEY PARK WITH THE CHARACTER, I have ever paid that much. Futhermore, my family wanted to stay and extra day to relax and they didn't want to honor the rate, they wanted to charge me almost 3 time the amount I have paid per night. Finally the parking is almost 3 to 4 blocks away and went you had walk all day at the park is really hard and specially if you have kids to walk those 3 to 4 blocks and on top of that, they charge $16.00 per night and if you stay at the Valet you paid $25 per day and wait for then to give you persmission to park because of the line. I was told that day they had a special even and that's was the reason for the delay. Mehr

The conceierge made a mistake with our shuttle pick up time on New Years day at Epcot which was very disappointing and they made no effort to repay or refund us for their mistake. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishing, they was considerate enough to start at 1030 AM but the noise was terrible. wasn't as I expected, room wasn't clean I had to go and ask for shampoo and towels everyday for 3 days, hallway was dirty dust all over I had to point that to address that to them, I had to ask to clean the room and washroom as well, they charge for the internet and it's too slow , most of the times doesn't work. parking too far

It is amazing resort, the only thing is there is no shuttle to Disney world, but taxi are available 24/7 for 20-40$ one way The breakfast buffet is amazing, the spa service and fitness room were perfect

The stay at this hotel was great, however i had a terrible experience with their night duty supervisor and receptionist. In spite of reservations several days ago via hotels.com, they forced me to believe that it was booked via expedia and asked me for voucher, which i never had. When requested to call the supervisor, without even seeing if the receptionist […] was incorrect, she also asked me for an expedia voucher. Later she checked her system and realized that it was their mistake and instead of training the receptionist, she was rude and did not even have courtesy to truly apologize. All of this happened at 2:15 AM when you would expect them to expedite the process and hand over the room keys. It was all possitive. The frontdestk staff was really friendly. On my check out day, I needed some extra time in the room to get some work done, and they were able to accommodate.

1. Room is small and seems old. The desk is too small to put down a laptop as it was already piled up by snacks. 2. No usable refrigerator in the room. 3. A lot of places are under construction. 4. Food in the hotel restaurant is expensive and fish was cooked like pork.

Before you book your stay be aware that you have to pay EXTRA for parking your car. Yes paying to park the car at the hotel, you read that right. We requested a King size bed, got two queen size beds. If you want Wi-Fi, keep adding. The rooms do have a mini-bar but don't even think about using it. It's stacked with their overpriced items and you can't […] even put a bottle of water in there. Also if your checkout time is on a Sunday like mine, the maids will be making all the noise possible to wake up everyone at 8 am. Much of the hotel is under renovation, so everything was not available. What upset me most was that this hotel does NOT have free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Unless you pay an additional $16 for this, you have to sit in the Main Lobby with other people to have internet access. For what the room rate is, that should be included. The hotel was nice enough although not much in the area other than Disney World. The problem was that there was no warning given about the major renovations going on. There was no sound of heavy construction equipment operating throughout the day and it was deafening.

It would have been great information to have if Expedia or Marriott had come forth with the MAJOR HOTEL RENOVATION in progress. Restaurants were closed, pool was closed, and the view was a big hole of dirt, cranes, heavy equipment and scaffolding. Otherwise, room was great, and service (that was available) was great.

This hotel was amazing for our family. Our room was recently remodeled and it was very nice. They are doing many renovations, but it didnt interfere with our stay. My kids loved it as well as I. We will be returning to the World Center Mariott most definitely.

We understand the hotel is being renovated. But that doesnt have anything to do with that out of the 5 restaurants 3 are closed most of the time. The Lanzky is always emoty but if you want to eat there and there is table available theybtellmyou to wait for 2 hrs bcouse there is only two waiters. Only option to leave the car is valet because there is […] no parking space free. Valet is very expensive plus tips. Around 35 dls a night. Concierge is the only good thing. Very neat place, great staff , lots of things to do with kids, pools are awesome and the hotel is very close to disneyworld parks including downtown Disney . Rooms on the north tower face disneyworld ;) parking lot is $$$ .. $15 a night w/ shuttle but overall is worth the staying!

hotel rooms were old even though some were being renovated. the main pool was also being renovated so we couldn't use it. Hotel staff were great! some of the restaurants were closed-one on a Friday night! Not the best Marriott stay.

I was VERY disappointed that main/large swimming pool and "outdoor area" was under construction and the pool was closed. I was there for a business convention, not a pleasure trip - but it I would have enjoyed the pool side relaxation area (as I had been to this hotel before).

Great conference facility; room has wonderful pillows and good sleeping beds. Everything fairly clean. Balcony is tiny but who wants to sit out in the heat? Not many eateries nearby other than hotel choices. Service was very good.

Wonderful experience here for my husband and I. Family and couple friendly place to stay. Clean and very well kept. Surprised that they began renovating. Even with that going on, it did not disturb us one bit! We will definetly be coming back to stay here.

The grounds are beautiful with two pools, one geared toward families and one in a quiet, peaceful setting. There is ample space for those traveling with children and those who want an adult vacation.
