Booked 2 rooms - 1 with jut a queen sized bed for my daughter, son in law and 5 month old grandson so that there would be room for the baby's pack n play. Both rooms had double beds - couldn't change us to the room reserved, no refrigerator in either room and were told none available (although we were about the only guests there) - was needed to store […] the baby's milk. The door to my daughters room would not unlock even after numerous key changes - the porter finally came and opened the door and stated that it needed to be fixed but that he would not have time until later. Then the heat would not work in the room and my daughter was informed by the front desk that she would try and get someone to the room later. I finally went down to the front desk and asked for a different room - which we were given across the hall. Restaurant pricey for the quality. To many other place to stay in Green Bay - probably would not go back to this hotel. Mehr

One of your night staff people was extremely rude and unacceptable to me, as your guest.

We were pleased with the hotel. Very comfy beds. The key didn't work very well for the pool and the hotel wasn't marked very well but it was a very nice hotel.

My cousin and I visited Green Bay for the night this past weekend and had a great time in the city and a relaxing stay at the hotel. Our room overlooked the river and we could see the Green Bay in the distance. The pool at the hotel was open from 6am to Midnight (which was a big deal because I love swimming). The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. […] I would gladly stay there again. Mehr

You can find fancier hotels, but I don't think you'll get a better value for your money.

I went on Hotels .com and the people there informed me that the Clarion had just lowered their rates for that day. It was reasonable and they did offer cab service to the airport. We left our car there and had a ride back that next week. Very nice thank you.

The bed was awesome. The room had excellent features. Was worth the money. Except for the night time clerk was very gruff for some reason and the remote control was semi-functional.

It was a last minute decision to stay the night in Green Bay on Fri, Dec 9, 2011. We had never stayed at a Clarion before; I booked the room on-line with no issues. Hotel service at time of check-in could not have been easier. Thank you! Our only two comments would be, the elevators were freezing cold that night and the 5th floor hallways had a horrible […] smell (musty mixed with rancid). Thank goodness the rooms were perfectly acceptable, but in order to get to and from your room, you had to walk the hallways and ride the freezing cold evevator. Mehr

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. The restaurant near the lobby had excellent food and service and prices much lower than we expected. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

the hotel was great. Price was right. Room was very clean. Temp of pool and hot tub was right. The hotel itself was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would most definately stay there again and would recommend to any one. you would not be disappointed.

Felt the price and loaction where just we needed.

The hotel itself is a little dingy and run down, carpets in hallways are stained and smell a bit. Room was okay but not the most comfortable I have seen. Room was clean though. Hotel staff was short and courteous but did not seem real interested or invested in the needs or comfort of their clientele - particularly the restaurant staff, one lady was […] downright rude and it seemed that I was a distraction rather than a customer. An older hotel but staff were friendly, location was convenient, and room was clean.

I would not stay at this hotel ever again!!! We could not get service at the bar, the rooms were filthy with mold on the walls and floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and old, the carpet stunk and was filthy as well as the hall walls and floors. The windows were so covered with spiderwebs and spiders you could barely see out of them. The pool area […] was yet another disappointment. There was sand and grit in the hottub, the floors and wall were cracked and moldy. We had to make reservations for the restraunt in the hotel and when we got down there a bunch of tables were empty, nobody around to sit at them and yet we had to wait until our alloted time of 7pm for dinner. This was an overall disgusting hotel and I would not recommend it to anybody!!!! Mehr

the hot tub was luke warm and the sauna was moderate temp. Neither was hot enough to qualify in their categories. Not the most welcoming after a day of training or traveling.

Beds were so comfortable! Very clean and nice.

We were looking for a cheaper stay in Green Bay for the Packer Game, and I didn't expect anything spectacular, but I feel it should have been better for what we paid. the night staff (front desk) was the only person at night, which is fine. I asked for some utensils to eat my late night food, and he promptly got them for me from the hotel restaurant. […] Very nice service there. Later on, we went to the pool to sit in the hot tub, and it was COLD! couldn't have been warmer than body temp...and there were no towels to dry off with. Someone from our group went to ask for towels and to turn up the temp. Of course it takes at least a few hours for it to warm up, and someone from my group got the impression that the worker "didn't care to do his job". I never got a towel, I just went up to my room cold and wet :( The maintainence of the hotel seemed clean and orderly. It had a musty, kind of old smell...maybe moldy? But my room didn't smell like that...just the hallways and downstairs. My room was very clean and smelled clean. My only complaint: no microwave, no refrigerator. I really would have liked those amendities. The bed was very comfy. I really liked the location of the hotel. Close to a few bars, and the water. Very nice view. Decent parking, and I would have really liked to use the shuttle for the game...we arrived a little too late... Mehr

we found easy from Lambeau with onstar. really liked that pool and whirlpool open all nite. was looking forward to a nice hot comfortable whirlpool, the water was COLD. would of been nice to have a restaurant open after the game. or sandwiches to buy.. Yes we would stay again. thank you

Staff were professional and personable. The housekeeping service was superb.

we got a very resonable rate on this room. The location is great, there's many places within walking distance. The lobby and restaurant/bar was upsale, newly remodeled or added on. We stayed on the 6th Floor. I don't think they updated this one, older carpet and bathroom fixtures, but the room was clean and the king size bed was new and very nice. I'd […] stay there again. Great for the price, but... Hotel management is shaky: If you ask about available services, you may or may not get accurate info about them.

A great location for a quick ride on the fox river bike trail. Lots to do right in the immediate area. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast or a coupon towards a breakfast downstairs in the restaurant. The friendly staff was helpful in planning our activities during our stay. We would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay, Clean room, friendly staff. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. Will definately stay again and recommend to friends.

Over all it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, nice an peacefull with a excellent view beside the river!

Dated..? A little musky? Sure. But this isn't the NYC Ritz. It's a Clarion in Green Bay. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant was grand. The bed and the pillows? A+. View of the river. Inexpensive. Overall, a perfect place to stay, I'd do it again.

the hot tub was cold luk warm at best.ok for a baby pool not for a hot tub.

The hotel was nice, and the restaurant itself was very nice. However, the staff at the restaurant was the worst part of the hotel. Seating yourself is strictly forbidden. My wife and I stood the for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant. When we asked if we could seat ourselves we were to that we could not, and […] then ignored for another ten minutes while the hostess talked with her friends. When she finished her conversation and took us to be seated she asked where we would like to sit, as we could have any seat that we wanted... Yet we couldn't seat ourselves... Mehr

The hotel Clarion in GreenBay was a great choice for us -- great location - good restaurant in the hotel and the pool was 24/7 which I always appreciate -- The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good value for price. Located centrally but not difficult to get to for the one night traveler

Very comfortable. Great access to various restaurants. In the area that downtown GB has renovated and a pleasant stay. I would come back.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had during a very important life event! Despite booking early AND calling the hotel direct to confirm our type of rooms ahead of time, we didn't get the rooms we anticipated as listed on our confirmation, or even a rollaway, and had to scramble for an additional room at another hotel at a time when all […] the hotels in the area were booked! Guests were extremely rude and loud early in the morning, sreet lights shone through the sides of the drapes and music blarred from a radio van early in the morninng for an event. HORRIBLE!! Will never stay here again! (The beds were conmfortable, but couldn't sleep!) Mehr

we upgraded our reservation(add.$10) for micro/refrig in king room. The room was small, but clean and no noise. We were on the 7th floor which requires room key for access, prob. the reason for the quietness of the floor. The hot water came from Nairobi i believe. The pool area was in need of cleaning part., the bathroom floor. the pool/hottub was void […] of bathers/swimmers. We got in and are still here to tell about it. All in all the service was friendly and helpful. Would stay on the 7th floor again. don't have any experience otherwise. Mehr
