Zimmer waren sauber, Pool war super, Lage sehr gut, sehr erholsam, würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

My first time using this service, and it delivered only one day before my trip. I have stayed in other nearby locations many times, but this was my first time staying at this resort hotel, and I came away pleased with my choice. Good location, decent pool, convenient free parking.

i do have a complaint to make about the shuttle to the airport that i was told they would do for me when i booked the room. that was the reason that i booked that particular hotel. it ended up that my flight was too early for them to take us to the airport. They did not tell us there was any time limit that the shuttle ran., so we ended up calling a […] taxis. Mehr

We went down to welcome our son home from Afghanistan. The Hotel staff were amazing. The hotel was clean and very well run with great staff. Many thanks to the hotel staff and the fantastic people of Palm Springs.

Good value for money, convenient location. However very rude employee on front desk arrival.

The location is perfect, can walk to everything. Hotel is very average in all respects, rooms are dark.

We stayed two nights and were very pleased with our stay. Swimming in the heated pool was the highlight of my weekend. The rooms are comfortable but utilitarian. No effort was put into the design of the room. The lack of extravagance was certainly effective for getting us out on the town rather than lounging in the room.

Stayed at Palm Mountain while I was attending a conference in Palm Springs. The room was spacious (but I had double beds). The bathroom was well laid out and had cool dispensers for shampoo and other stuff. The pool area was well maintained. I didn't check out the attached day spa, but I'm sure it's cool. I'm not used to being outdoors when I step outside […] my hotel room, but the weather in Palm Springs is gorgeous year round probably so it wasn't a problem. just old and outdated-only 1 bar of soap and the shampoo needs to be changed--not a good experience for the money

absolutely perfect location for a girls getaway weekend - so close to the strip you can walk everywhere. The rooms were not fancy, but clean and sufficient. It was quiet, so you could sleep at night. The grounds were well kept and flowers were blooming everywhere. The hotel staff were always courteous and friendly. This aging but still fine resort is just right if you are looking for somewhere in close walking distance of the downtown area of Palm Springs. The rooms amenities are sparse but adequate. If you are challenged by stairs, the elevator is essential. Most, but not all of the rooms have a balcony. Seating areas abound with lots of chairs in the open air […] walkway surrounding the rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building we stayed in. Bathroom condition and layout was fine and in decent repair and cleanliness. Had a small fridge and microwave as well as a small closet. Didn't use the spa facilities but the outdoor pool & hot tub looked to be in fine condition in the central courtyard. A Starbuck's and a Ruby's Diner are just a block away for early risers with a need for their products. Overall, it is a worthy consideration for this still popular destination. You could stay at a much more expensive / chic spot in this city with better rooms and facilities but given the location and all, we were reasonably satisfied with this choice. Mehr

I found the amenities to be lacking. The archaic TV did not work properly and I never was able to locate an ice machine. The location was great, right near the main street and the convention center.

Great, peaceful hotel. Staff was very friendly. Heated pool was so warm that I even went in with the kids. REALLY nice feature. Very close to everything.

This hotel is very well located in downtown Palm Springs. The layout is not convenient for all users. They have an "amenities fee" which should be included in the base price, as it is not optional, and there are no special amenities, only pool and spa.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely return. Beautiful views and within walking distance of the main strip...loved it!

Great Location, Very nice & clean!

This hotel was so nice and great. First of all, room was so clean. Second, staff was so kind. Third, it's pool was so good. Temperature of water pool was reasonably warm to swim even in the winter. Fourth, this hotel was located nearby Palm Spring's downtown within 5 mins by walk. So, you can easily reach to the downtown also. But, only one thing, working […] sound of heater was too loud to sleep well. So, only this part was only one thing I felt uncomfortable. But, in the season when you don't need to work heater, this hotel will be perfect choice of you. I recommend!! Mehr

From Jorge who picked us up at the airport to Eunice at the front desk, we received great customer service. Even when we asked to change rooms for one night they were very accomodating. Everything is in the process of being remodeled and they are doing a great job. It would be nice to have an in room safe as the safety deposit boxes in the office will […] not hold anything wider than about 5 inches. The hotel looks to be an old holiday inn, that has changed hands. It's still in good shape and fit my needs.

Close to town but didn't get any sleep. Hallways go by your window and are noisey when used by bar crawlers coming back at night. Loud group next door yelling and partying until 2:00 a.m. Security warned then once but on going inside room. Don't stay by ice maker. Really noisey as well as loud people. Location was fabulous! Staff was friendly and very helpful w/ all enquiries. Facilities were fine, but a bit worn...

People at front desk were very helpful and nice even I bothered them a lot. Stable wireless, convenient to the shopping area and very close to the art museum. People sat and chat on chairs in the hallway outside of rooms woke me up too early.

all was good here except!!! toilet seat needed replacing which never happed, spills on sidwals where there for at least a day and a half as well as ciggarette butt.

A pleasant stay. Staff very attentive. The rooms are showing a bit of wear and mine an odd odor. The location cannot be beat, however.

The Palm Mountain Resort & Spa is located close to the best Palm Springs restaurants. You can walk to the Thursday night street fare. Will definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at the resort and it won't be our last. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the grounds looked good and the room was clean. My only two complaints were the heating / air conditioner was loud and the motor in the hot tub was OMG loud. I spent a year at an air base in Iraq and I'm telling you this hot tub motor was loud. Good value and convenient to the main part of palm springs. The room was in good condition and clean but could benefit from some updating and painting but otherwise a nice place.

Great location. Can walk to museum, restaurants, etc. Hotel is older property but we were quite comfortable. Had problem with shower/tub drain. Minor inconvenience.

This hotel is very clean, well kept, and a great value. It is well located for walking to great shopping and restaurants. I was there for a conference at the convention center and enjoyed not needing a rental car at all. Room was nice but the base boards need painting Service was wonderful....I will be sure to book again as I go to Palm Springs every year..

In the heart of downtown. Big enough to be comfortable and nicely designed. Great value.

Great Hotel!! Close to downtown Palm Springs. A couple of recommendations for the hotel: You must purchase new beds. My bed was slightly slanted, it was old, and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room needed more pictures on the wall it felt very cold and not welcoming. Also my room smelled like cigarette smoke. This place is in a much better location than the other pricier one's. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would stay there again, in fact did add on a extra day

easy to walk to all that matters, staff were greaat,even added a extra night, surprised at having a fridge in each room

Palm Mountain was a really nice hotel. Very clean, the room was very very spacious, service was great, the pool area and service was amazing! The view of the mountains was great from our balcony. The whole resort was well manicured and maintained. The location was great too. We were there during the Palm Festival, and our hotel was less than a 3 minute […] walk from the downtown street, right into the festival. It's literally right behind the main street. Found this hotel based on $...but were VERY happy about our discovery!!! Great location, big pool & lots of chairs. (alot of umbrella...)Has a cute "waterfall" next to pool as well as towels & plastic cups for your drinks, very smart. Only downside I could see is ALOT of kids in pool, early day time 9.30-10am.-ish-1pm.-ish, and then in late afternoon. […] So you have to like the "sound varibles" of that.... The rooms are great, big & bed is very comfy. Balconys great asset W/ good views. Not the newest hotel, but we did not mind at all as well kept. Gardens are beautiful. Very "old school"80's-90's Palm Springs Holel "look". Worked well for us, close to downtown restaurants, bars & Starbucks a block away...WE WIll BE BACK!!! Mehr
