Breakfast was awesome and included in the low price. Room was nice and a good size.

This hotel was very well maintained with a nice staff and great access to the highways. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the layout of the room was ideal. The ONLY downfall to this hotel was the breakfast area which was not set up very well for more than 3-4 people at a time. It needs to be moved to a non-L shaped area where […] few people can be served. A layout against a straight wall would have been much more accommodating. Mehr

This hotel stay was very comfortable and very close to eveything

-In a nice area -Very Clean -Very quiet -Extremely comfortable rooms -Looks new -Very friendly staff I would definately stay there again and will probably try to only stay in hampton inn's from now on.

I booked 4 rooms for my family, 1 room in between 2 family members did not have a quality sleep due to noise from a room in between theirs. Hampton Inn has always been a pleasant experience, always available to aassist their customers, clean and safe.

We asked for a refridgerator in the room when I made the res. There wasn't one in the room. I went back to the front desk and mentioned that I was a diabetic and had supplies with me that needed to be kept cold. The manager said they could provide one, that he would be right down to our room. When he did not come, I went back a few hours later and complained […] again. Someone said they would be right there with a fridge. None ever came. Also our first floor window leaked and it dripped all night long. The constant dripping noise kept us from sleeping well. Mehr

We were victims of the snowstorm this weekend which was crippling traffic everywhere. We were unable to even attempt to travel to our destination because of the snow delays so we opted to make a reservation with Hotels,com. The hotel is nicely located allowing for easy access to the Oakbrook area and has several good restaurants within a short distance.

I LOVED everything about this hotel. The bathroom was updated and clean, the beds had crisp fresh linen, and fluffy pillows, and the staff was very nice. This is a great place to stay if you are going to be in the Chicago area. Conveniently located near metra station also.

It was great to end up in a good room after a long 12 hrs driving. love the room, very clean and comfortable. breakfast was great, the front desk lady was so nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, I booked three days and nights using my HH and HGVC points, I also booked a night that I paid for with hotel.com. I was told I would have to check in and check out for the night I paid for, no problem, I was a little put out but, ok. I got a call from the front desk stating my credit card was denied they needed […] a credit card on file for incidentals, I had given the same card that I used when I checked in a few days ago. I was embarrassed, I called my credit card company, they told me there was no activity that day, no one had tried to swipe my card so no it was not denied. I told the girl at the front desk, when I asked her the last 4 digits of the card number she gave me a different number then the card I had given her, she told me she would talk to her manager it was something with the computer. Also she commented it works differently with hotels.com and the way they charge. Not sure what was going on, if the girl is new I have no problem with that, my problem is she should not be left alone to deal with matters until she is fully trained and can work alone with no problems or have some one there to help, I am disappointed in the Hampton for short staffing or not adequately training of staff, that is so not the Hilton way. I was attending a wedding in Chicago, IL and I needed a hotel location in the western suburban area. There are not many hotels in the Chicago area besides downtown which is where I did not want to stay and commute because of heavy traffic. I found this location through Hotels.com where the agent who helped me book was fantastic. He suggested this hotel […] which had everything I needed because I was traveling with my elderly mom and my granddaughter was is < 1 year. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago surrounding areas and this location was also convenient to access I-294. A buffet breakfast that was provided for guest was convenient and a nice touch. Mehr

I just had to stay for one night because of a conference and I thought it was a little pricey for what it had to offer. The room was clean and quiet. I would go again if there was nothing else availible in the area.

The check-out process was the fastest for any hotel I have ever stayed at. Since the room was prepaid and there were no extra charges, the process took less than 10 seconds. One thing that could be improved is signage for the hotel. The entrance sign on Enterprise Dr. and the front entrance of the hotel did not have the name of the hotel; I wondered […] if I was in the right place. Once I checked in, the stay was great! Mehr

We got a very comfortable and pleasant room for a very good price. The breakfast spread was great, too. It was a little farther from the expressway than I thought, but it was otherwise very easy to get to. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

it was a simple hotel - a room to sleep in, nothing more. I wished they would offer more activities such a swimming pool or a game room for the families with kids. Other than that, the hotel was simple and did provided a nice and clean room to sleep in. The breakfast could be better as well. It was more like fist come first serve..

I would stay here again. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Great if you are on business. The Metra station is about a 10 minute drive and they have a shuttle during the week. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Westchester.

The staff was very friendly, the room was super clean and very modern, and the complimentary breakfast was off the chain. Not to mention excellent coffee any time of the day!

We were extreemly pleased with the location of the Westchester Hampton Inn. Went to Chicago to see the Cubs play and had no idea where to stay. This hotel was a great deal and away from the Chicago traffic, but super close to an AWESOME mall with loads of wonderful free standing restaurants like Cheesecake Factory (open til 12am), nearby to all the […] necessity shops like Walgreens, Walmart, etc. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, all the Hampton amenities you expect, coffee, cookies, tea in the lounge, breakfast bar in the morning. The room...it was FAB!!! We had a king size bed, large bathroom, couch, desk area, super for a few nights stay. Don't miss this hotel, you'll not find a better deal for the price right outside Chicago. Mehr

This hotel was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The restroom was shower only, but large enough. The room itself was on the smaller side - we had three people with one king bed and one pull out couchbed and it was very tight with our luggage. Bonus: great blinds that kept the room dark and a really yummy free breakfast with waffles, eggs, yogurt, […] juice, etc. Mehr

Nothing fancy but the price was right. Seemed like an old hotel but it was very clean and the staff was very nice.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, ham, country potatoes, as well as waffles, bagels, cereal, apple and orange juices. Of course coffee (4 choices I believe). I would definitely stay here again. The guy who checked us in was super friendly, even had an envelope with my name on it. While he was typing away, he managed to have a nice friendly conversation which showed great customer service. He told us what time breakfast was served and gave us directions to our room. The room was great, no fridge or microwave, but everything else was fine. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Brookfield Zoo. And we wondered about the neighborhood but it turned out to be quite peaceful. And was not too far from downtown Chicago either.

stay was outstanding, great location, price, breakfast buffet, fabulous help from the gentleman who ran the buffet, he was awesome. my one complaint was that the front desk concierge did not know anything about the metraline at western springs only 2 miles away and did not want to help me either. I had a map but did not know the area. A concierge at […] another competing hotel was so nice and helped me out and even printed something out for me. Should already have that for guests. hotel was good and at a nice location. clean and the neighborhood was nice. our room was good expect the bath tub did not drain properly since by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in water. the complimentary hot breakfast was great, free wi-fi. also a local pizza restaurant down the street was amazing. had some confusion about my reservation but […] the front desk and hotels.com were both very helpful and nice in resolving the issue (i was especially pleased since the confusion was on my end and they both were willing to help). The staff of this hotel are exceptional and unbelievably helpfull, with great service attitude and will recomend to anyone coming to this area.

Excellent breakfast

Everything about this Hampton was great except my room had a funky smell...kind of mildewy.
