Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb an der Umgehungsstraße. Sehr gute individuell einstellbare Betten.das Zimmer roch etwas nach mottenpulver.

"This hotel needs work!"
The lobby was beatiful, but the rooms were horribly run down! Not to mention the garbage strewn landscape in the ghetto behind the hotel. That was the view from our window. Another strange thing is the Starbucks in the lobby. Open from 6am - 11am? Really??! After a really long drive, a cup of coffee would have been fabulous at check-in! I was so excited […] to see the Starbucks sign from the entrance, only to realize I'd have to wait til the next morning... Mehr

We were upgraded to a huge suite. Very comfortable with two large flat screen TVs. Recent remodeling is very noticeable. A good value. We will come again!

The hotel is right on the bus line and an easy commute to downtown. Everything aside from the room was much too expensive. Wanna play a video game? $1. Want an espresso beverage? Plan on paying a full dollar above and beyond Starbucks prices and the breakfast was very pricey at $13.00. "Crowne Plaza - came up short"
We booked an executive level room @ the Crowne for the opportunity to have a room that overlooked the mall, but our room the 1st night was facing the opposite direction. We returned to the Crowne on the last night of our vacation to try again and this time we got a room that faced the mall, but the sheer curtain was completely missing. When I contacted […] the front desk, they said they'd send someone up, it took so long that we canceled the request b/c we were getting ready to go to sleep. The staff @ the front desk that checked us in on our 1st night gave us a ticket for one free breakfast buffet offered by the hotel, but didn't tell us where it was located. And even w/ one of us eating free, the breakfast buffet still cost $14. Mehr

We checked in at midnight and were given an upgrade to a suite. Very comfortable - extra goodies like eyeshades and earplugs. Too bad we had to leave the next day.
"This wasn't the best Crowne Plaza Experience"
It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what I am used to with CP's....I had a King Suite. I received no little pouch with the pillow spray. The ceiling needed work. And the pull out bed linen had not been changed, as evidence by the sock we found in it. Nothing that would drive me away from CP, because overall, they are generally a great place to stay.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Madison Wisconsin was wonderful. It was close to the downtown area of Madison, by taxi. Wonderful resteraunts and an excellent place to stay. A home away from home.
The hotel room could use some better and more accessible lighting. Also, no refrigerator in the room.

"Nice hotel to stay in."
The condition of this hotel was very good. The hallway was clean and very nice. The swimming pool is located closed to the reception area and I can see it through its glass wall, so that was very neat. The room was clean and very well kept. The only problem with the room was the bed. Either the mattress or box spring is having problem because I couldn't […] sleep comfortably at all. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Mehr
"Back in time to 80's"
Convenient location but for this price u can find much better hotels with more service included! Very old rooms,old TV's with limied channels (no music or spanish channels) Nice pool and gym, Starbucks and bar. No breakfast in price so to avoid overpriced hotel's small breakfast go to iHoop next door ;o)

When I booked this room, I expected to be staying at a very nice hotel. It was pretty nice, but the room was not what I expected. There was no refrigerator, so I could not keep my baby's food cold and had to throw it away. I called the front desk, and there was an outrageous per night fee for a refrigerator. There was no microwave in the room either, […] but it was down the hall by the soda and ice machines. There was no table and chair in the room, only a small desk. "Great pool for kids"
We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza twice and it has one of the best pool areas compared to the many other hotels we have stayed at. The pool room is large with high ceilings to help with yelling kids. The pool itself is easily twice the size of the pools at other hotels.

Rooms were small & carpet looked stained. An ok room but expected more, reminded me of a Motel 6. The beds were comfortable though.

A good room. Very clean and well kept. Room was a bit expensive for the quality. The bar and grill was very expensive. The picture of the pool on the web page was misleading. I would recommend this hotel to others.
