Nice. Beds were very comfortable. Long way off the 10 freeway. Don't follow gps through town. It doesn't give good directions. Stay on 10 then back track on highway back to the hotel. Much much faster. You will pass your destination but will get there much quicker then going through all those traffic lights.

Very pleasant stay. The staff members very friendly at front desk. The young man working the front desk was so courteous & attentive. He is an asset to the company. Room was clean & comfortable. Only dissapointment was there was no fan in the restroom, so bring air freshener spray if you plan on dropping a duece.

This is a decent value hotel. Some newer remodeled rooms are nicer. The gym is a joke, so make your workout arrangements elsewhere.

I go to palm springs to relax, but this hotel was loud. Loud music at the pool at all hours, loud kids, loud adults... I was given the wrong room at first, the maid never left any clean towels or fresh soap when she came by. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a bad experience with the boiler erupting, which was right next to our room in the middle of the night which caused other plumbing problems. However, the next day the staff was kind and accommodating to our situation.

you would think that a hotel that has 3 hot tubs and 2 pools would be nice. none of the jets on the hot tubs worked and were very dirty. if you park in the parking lot you will get a free car wash from all of the sprinklers that flood the lot. the room wasnt bad but was missing a bed spread. the one good thing about our stay was the little bbq shack […] connected to the pool area. the food was great with a great price too. sorry but i will never stay here again Mehr

Very disappointing to start off when we checked in we were treated as we were disturbing them very rude. The bed was so bad it seemed that I was sleeping on a bed made of wood. The tub in the bathroom was pluged up and it took all night for the water to go, also there was no air or fan in the bathroom so if it was used the whole room smelled. The pool […] was dirty and it seems that there is no filter in the pool because it was cloudy and dirty... Over all I will never stay in this hotel again. Mehr

The stay was ok but the room had no fan in the bathroom. Not good when you have to do #2 and the whole room smells. We had to request a frig And micowave. That should of been in the room. The breakfast is nothing. One toaster for all the guests. It took 10mins just to toast a muffin. The pool was great but no one cleaned it for 3 days till Wednesday. […] My family and I were there Monday - Sunday we had to clean the pool ourselves. We got told by some of the guest that we should get a free night. Over all it was ok Mehr

At first glace it seemed nice. The maid did a horrible job. No wash cloths. not enough towels for 3 people, and the last guests soap was still in the soap dish (ick) with no new soaps in place and OMG thats was the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my life! Cheap & clean, but old & worn out

I was totally unimpressed with this hotel. Paid extra for a poolside room and was nowhere even close. My room was not maid up till after 4pm one day. Went to print our boarding passes and the printer was out of toner. It remained that way for the remainder of our trip.

Nice location near the Convention Center. Door keys only worked once in a while. Even the maid couldn't get into the room. Mattress was hard as a rock. Two out of three jacuzzi's were broken, the other one was cloudy.

It is not a bad place. The Pool(s) are nice, and the location is okay. Second stay - never had an issue here. Free (but slow) WiFi.

We expected a hotel in this area of Palm Springs to be a little more inviting. The hotel is very run down. The outdoor furniture was rubbish and the pool not clean. Carpet in the room was torn and dirty and fixtures totally outdated. The room was clean for the condition of it. This hotel needs a major update.

Desperately needs to be updated. Pictures are not representative of actual rooms etc... If you need to crash somewhere with no frills for a night, its ok... 2 stars at best.

We have stayed at the Ramada 3 times in the last 2 years. Each time we find new issues. This time the key card did not work for almost an hour. The toilet didn't flush correctly. Fortunately I knew the fix by pressing on the float in the tank so that the water would fill. Lastly, the towels keep getting smaller and it is like pulling teeth to get more. […] We have 4 people in the room and were given two towels to start. I guess the only good thing is that the hotel is in a safe feeling area and close to the places we need to be. I am uncertain if I am going to give it another chance next year. Mehr

Frankly, I expected more from a Ramada Inn - like decent towels and a fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was shabby too.

The hotel, was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was so very helpful. There is some history here, with stories of gangsters who stayed at the hotel in days gone by, to movie stars and government officials...(Not to be confused with the gangsters). Room was a bit frayed, the carpet was stained to the point I didn't want to walk barefoot. The bed was like sleeping on a wood table with a sleeping bag on top of it. Most uncomfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor that went off after 5 minutes. Problem was that the sensor was OUTSIDE of the bathroom and went off […] in the middle of my shower leaving me in total darkness and unable to get it back on without walking out of the shower and into the other room. To their credit they did send a maintenance man to dial up the time on the sensor but seems to me that they have an accident waiting to happen there. The gym equipment in the fitness center is crap, basically unusable. I would probably not stay here again. Mehr

I suppose you get what you pay for, but I was a little disappointed given the other RAVE reviews for this hotel. The beds were like sleeping on wood and 1/2 of the lights wouldn't even turn on. Wasn't a horrible experience, but certainly doesn't deserve 3 stars.

Stayed here on a Thursday night prior to a long weekend at a spa in Desert Springs. The hotel was in a good location (less than 1 mile from the entrance to the road leading up to the aerial tramway with several good bars and restaurants nearby). The room was large and well equipped with an enormous bed (I am english so can't get used to Kingsized). […] The next day we discovered that there was an excellent pool complex in the centre of the hotel. Lap pool, hot tub, jacuzzi etc. Next time I stay (which I will) I must remember my 'speedos'. Mehr

A great location in Palm Springs, located within walking distance to art galleries and restaurants, this Ramada Inn has a beautiful pool area with giant, majestic palms. The rooms, however, badly required updating. The continental breakfast was sparse and did not include any fresh fruit. None of the fountains in the downtrodden lobby were on. We were […] told we had to sign for pool towels as visitors made off with them; when handed the thin pool towel, I could not imagine anyone wanting to make off with it. If you need a very economical stay in Palm Springs, it is ok. Mehr

Cowboy Way on Indian Canyon (will be nex door to the Ramada, Hada Thai in Palm Canyon couple blocks away, and the best Italian restaurant on Palm Canyon and Racet Club by Carls hr.

Old hotel. Old carpet. Old Wallpaper. Pool not so clean. Lots of kids screaming by pool. Walls/door thin...heard everything and everyone walking by my room. Only one person working the desk so a long line of people trying to get accommodated.

We arrived after midnight after calling to make sure we could check in late. We had to ring a bell to get into the locked building to check in, and when we arrived at our room there were obvious signs of someone staying there - lights and tv on, bed not made. We went back to the locked door to have another room assigned and the manager/attendant casually […] explained that it was probably the maid. The sheets, towels and bathroom were all very clean, but the rest of the room felt a bit musty. Overall it was a fine place to rest for the night before the long drive home, but I wouldn't stay there or an extended vacation. Mehr

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. The temperature was 95 during the day, the AC did not work. Sleeping was miserable. The toilet did not work well at all. The pool could have been cleaner. The carpet was stained. The place seems very runned down.

Overall the hotel was in good condition. The bed was a little hard, and the pillows not very comfortable. One small odd issue, yet frustrating, was that every button on the TV remote only did "channel up" My main complaint for the hotel, and why I would not recommend it was the bathroom. The hotel only gave you 2 towels (although they did deliver more […] if you called + asked). Also, every morning, the temperature of the shower would change - alternatingly scalding and freezing you. Very unpleasant in the morning. If this wouldn't bother you, the hotel is in a pretty convenient location, and was pretty quiet. Mehr

Hotel was fair. Rooms are very basic, carpet was old and worn. Plumbing is loud and walls paper thin. The complementary breakfast was lame; not even the coffee was good. The hotel location is close to downtown and it is cheap. I might stay there again, but only if I'm staying overnight. If I stay for a long weekend, I'll definately go to a nicer ho […] tel. Mehr

the hotel was nice and i enjoyed the workers and assistance of letting me know; how to get to different places

I only stayed for 2 nights. Their complimentary blow dryer did not work, neither did the iron they provided. The bed was stiff so I didnt really sleep well either night. After my fiance' and I checked out of the hotel and had already left, he realized he forgot his phone charger and I forgot some of my shower things. We called numerous times and everytime […] they gave us a different excuse. The kept saying they would get back to us, but they never did. Overall,the location was great, but the room and the staff could use some improvment. Mehr

The hotel has two pools as well as a jacuzzi but the water was very cold---even on a 95-degree afternoon.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience here. Welcoming feel, quiet room, and met all my needs. WOuld recommend to anyone.

The hotel is well kept with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was a little sparse but good.

Very close to Billy Reeds restaurant which we love4.

The room was more than I had expected for the price I paid. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay and is always my choice when I come into town. The staff is friendly and always helpful, the rooms are always clean and smell nice. The pool is clean and delightful. The grounds are clean and beautiful. This is an excelent place to stay I have stayed here so many times now it feels like home away from home!
