This was my first stay at Holiday Inn New Hartford - it will be my hotel of choice when I need to come to the area. I selected this hotel for it's safe location and being close to the downtown area. The room had been recently updated - new bathroom. The only suggestion I would make would be to hook up the bathroom ceiling fan to prevent problems in […] the future. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were even labeled for choice of firmness. Nice touch. I was a little concerned seeing that many buses were unloading sport teams (football & soccer). but was was not a problem as they were not located near our room. The cost of the stay was reasonable for the location and comfort provided. Mehr

I didn't Luke the idea of paying for the micro wave oven

We could not find the place because they did not have any outside lights on. After two phone calls to the front desk, we finally found it. There was no elevator and we were given a 2nd floor room with lots of luggage to carry up the stairs. When I asked them how they might be able to compensate us for the frustration and inconvenience we experienced, […] they offered us appetizers at their restaurant but would not give us a credit for dinner. I went there for a conference at Utica College and I was able to walk there in 10 minutes through a good neighborhood. The room and staff were great.

The room was very damp and dark. TV remote was not working or telephone in room. Rug was dirty. Room was very overpriced!

OK for the night, was upset at check in that I was notifed the hotel was booked and only a full size bed was available

The lack of a hotel elevator was not noted in the on-line description of the property.

Heating system was off and room quite cool when we checked in. Heater was really loud and cycled on and off all night. No soap in bathroom and had to go to the front desk to get some. Room was otherwise OK.

This is a nice hotel and we would return. I was not told up front there would be a pet fee, but it was expected. They accomidated my request upon arrival for a first floor room near an accessible door. Very freindly and great cookies at the check in counter

Nice clean room and fairly comfortable bed with a clean bathroom and good shower. We did find that the wall paper in the corner of the room was peeling off the wall so it looked a little ugly. The other thing we didn't like was there was a distinct smokey smell in the hallway since our non-smoking room was mixed in with other smoking rooms. Typical Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and renovated. Convenient location to Utica and surrounding area. Food in restaurant was mediocre and service was slow. Courteous, friendly desk staff. Negative feature was the price of the room. Very expensive for an average hotel in a non tourist area. Am still trying to figure out why the rates for this hotel […] are so high! Mehr

ビジネスパークの入り口にあり、出張などの滞在の方が多いようです。 比較的古い建物なので、きれいとは言えません。 正面以外の入り口は普通カードキーで開閉するのですが、なくても開きます。セキュリティーはいまいち。
