Love location, the amenities,great front desk person very knowledgeable of the area it Ted bit pricey but well worth it I will stay there every time I'm in the area.

My stay here was great...Close to city Only 15 minutes away from west baltimore.,.continenral breakfast was great ....I. Would recommend this hotel....price wasn't bad either and since I left a day early they refunded my money without a hassell...it just had to be approved by the hotel before hotel.com could credit me back...staff was extremely helpful […] and very nice..,,when I got there Donte front desk rep was very polite and helpful...great stay.... very convenient, right off 695. staff are very friendly and helpful. room was clean and looked recently updated with modern decor and amenities (flat screens) . bed was very comfortable. breakfast had real food (eggs sausage waffles etc) not just cereal. overall excellent stay

Hotel was awesome and so was room service!Nice and low key for quick getaway and or space for quality time...

nice , clean, only problem was smokers outside front door and butts thrown on ground

this hotel worked well for my needs - 3 day business trip - breakfast could be improved upon- but all else is good here

Hotel was well located for our recent trip. The rooms were generously sized, but the condition of the wallpapper and the carpeting and walls in the hallway need updating and cleaning. Housekeeping is also not stellar. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. Free wireless and breakfast a plus.

Enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowlegable...they explaned all I needed to know. Every thing was very clean and the food was GREAT!!

I would stay at this hotel again when in town. Very close to beltway for my many travels while in town. Room was neat and clean and the employees were there to help out in any way. If we did not have it they would go out of their way to make it possible.

The food was very tasty!

The worse so far. Dirty,the elevator smelled of urine,spit on the elevator door. I requested for better rooms, and still was not satisfied The patrons were mostly junkies and prostitutes. Seriously. Hotels.com should consider taking them off their list.

As a whole this hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect with it being right off the expressway, having a large of array of eateries, shopping etc. 5 minutes or less away. My only two complaints is that 1.) I initially reserved a king size and upon check-in all that was available were two doubles (the gentleman […] working the front-desk was very apologetic however) and 2.) the towels in the bathroom were quite worn and frayed around all edges. We loved everything about this hotel. Price, location, great service, yummy full breakfast, clean, spacious room, and super-comfy bed. We will definitely stay here again!

Difficult night of sleep due to noise from heating unit. Concerned about security since there were young men urinating in parking lot upon our arrival at 7p.m. Will never stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and explained all the ammenities. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. Even the cleaning staff the next morning was very polite and said good morning as I walked through the hall.

Even though this hotel was about twenty to forty dollars more than hotels within a mile, I like that there is a lobby, free wi-fi and cont. breakfast. Restaurants are close by - within 2-3 miles, but the hotel itself is away from riff-raff and commotion. I stayed here from Thur night and checked out Sunday, for a proessional nursing conference. I had […] my laptop and grabbed a quick bite (eggs, sausage, cold cereal, muffin, bagel and coffee) each morning before the conference. Had a fridge and microwave in the room, but there was not an in-room safe. Overall, I would recommend this hotel again! Mehr

The assistant GM Hart and his staff made my stay very satisfying with there exceptional customer service and there willingness to handle all your requests.

First off, I'm from the area and attended nearby Towson University so I know the area pretty well. This hotel is fantastic for what it is; a clean/safe/bedbug-free place to stay for cheap for a night. I don't know why people stay at other places for double-triple the price while this place is less than 2 miles from downtown Towson. Sure, you can't walk […] to downtown Towson from here, but that's why you have a car or get a $5 cab ride right? Plus, the continental breakfast was great! Waffles/cereal/donuts/coffee galore! Mehr

The hotel is great but we did not get the non smoking room I booked through hotels.com. I was told that if you book through hotels.com you are not guaranteed the room you book even if you pay up front. Book directly next time.

Upon checking in I was greeted by the front desk who informed me I needed to wait as he was making a reservation.... Twenty minutes later I was still waiting. After waiting 35 minutes, 2 minutes later I had my key to my room. Common sense would had told the front desk employee place the call on hold for 2 minutes and get me into my room. The walls of […] the hotel were very thin, and you could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, including crying screaming children! We opted to order room service one night, an hour and a half past and no food... We called and was informe it was on it's way the bartender was backed up, another 30 minutes passed and my boyfriend went down to the bar to see our food sitting there cold. The bartender attempted to say he went to the wrong room, when the plate had my room number on it and I charged it to the room??? And we still had to pay the room service charge when we went down to get it ourselves!!! Mehr

I lived in the Baltimore area during my school days and this location was prefect for my needs.There is plenty of eateries and shopping in the area.The hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. The pillows need work unless you like soft pillows.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. It took 3 seconds to check in. There was a continental breakfast, but I didnt use it. I was traveling and stayed at a 4 star hotel the next day, and the Best Western was much better.

Easy to find, friendly staff, very clean. Beds and linens are very comfortable. We had a great stay!

We all had a good stay at Best Western Plus Hotel & Suites Towson/Baltimore. The room was really great, microwave/fridge in the room helped to save us money on food. Showers had just the right amount of water pressure. The exercise room is a plus. The breakfast was more than pleasing. The hotel was overall nice, in a nice neighborhood, but watch your bank account. When we got home we realized there was charge to our account over the internet price. When we called we were told that they didnt have our card number that is why it wasnt credited back to our account(they had the number to charge the card though). Well we have called 2 […] times and now it is a week later we still havent recieved our money back, you make the decision but keep an eye your account!!!! Mehr

We arrived in the Hotel On Saturday 10-22-11 and left 10-24-11 and Our Room was never attended to! We were out all day Sunday and when we returned at 630pm We were told (by the Housekeeper) They were to busy and they would get to our room!!! By that time we just took some Towels from a Cart for Showers! When We left we told the Front desk And She asked […] if We wanted to speak to a MGR. I was pleasantly surprised how cozy and nice the hotel was for the price. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive. It was also great to have breakfast in the hotel - one less thing to worry about. Getting a taxi was really easy too because the hotel has a good relationship with a local cab company. The only unpleasant thing was the noise level, […] but it may have been just the combination of the room location and other guests that happend to stay there at that time.
