Das Hotel war sauber und, da es direkt an der Interstate 95 zwischen Washington, DC und Baltimore liegt, auch von der Lage her sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was nicht gut war, war die Lage unseres Zimmers. Das Fenster zeigte nach innen direkt zum Pool- und Frühstücksbereich und dementsprechend war es relativ laut. Abends bis kurz nach 10 konnte der Pool benutzt werden und Morgens ab 6 Uhr hörte man das Geschirrgeklapper der frühen Frühstücker. Alles in allem aber sehr gut!

zwar ist das Hotel sicher schon älter, aber dennoch gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich angenehm groß und vor allem sehr sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, in der man auch etwas zu essen bekommt. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums und Baltimore selber ist schnell erreicht.

Der Service und die Bedienung waren super, sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und nette Menschen. Auch der Shuttleservice ist freundlich und gut organisiert.
Lage
Dieses Hotel ist auf Geschäftsreisende ausgerichtet. Holiday Inn Inner Harbor liegt mitten in Baltimore. "Close to all must-see sights"
Loved the cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel. I was surprised there was a parking fee and no continental breakfast as I am accustomed to whenever I stay at a Holiday Inn.
"Amazed at the quality for the price."
I was very impressed with the experience we received for such a low rate paid. I have stayed in higher rated hotels that were not nearly as nice or friendly as the Holiday Inn was. Room was impeccably clean and believe me I looked for stuff to be wrong after some of the reviews I had read...but there was nothing. There was only two complaint I did have […] 1. no valet its Baltimore all hotels should have valet for what you pay to park...but they were able to help the kids and myself get our luggage to the room. The pool was clean large and had a lifeguard my only complaint was there were prom kids that were rowdy and swearing around much younger children. My last improvement Mehr

"Great Hotel"
Hotel near the Inner Harbor is a great value. Odd pool hours but,, other than that, a really great value and experience.
"Spring Break- Holiday Inn"
We were very disappointed at our stay this past week. There were no luggage dollies anywhere. We had to fight to get towels, even though we didn't get our room cleaned but once. The door to the frigerator fell off, as soon as we opened it. Had 2 call twice for assistance because the first time - the mgr on duty advised she forgot. You would think staying […] there for 3 nights, parking would be included - NOPE. and its not cheap. They won't let me post the price. We ate at the Eden restaurant inside the hotel. The poor waitress was the greeter, the seater & the deliverance of food and cleaning the tables, all by herself. So, that event was about 2 hours - thank goodness there were only 3 tables, including ours. We couldn't wait to leave. Mehr
"Great place to stay!"
This is a great place for families to stay. It has a microwave and refrigerator in every room. It is very convenient to Camden Yards (2 blocks), the Hippodrome (2blocks), the Convention Center ( 2 blocks), the inner harbor (4 blocks). I would stay here again.

"simple, great location"
Great location. In the middle of everything. 1 block from Camden Yards, few blocks from inner harbor. Good places to eat. Close to liquor store. Parking is comparable. Simple. Spacious rooms, small bathrooms however. Only downfall..... NO Continental breakfast.

They had a fee of 25 dollars just to park. They also charged me 25 dollars which was suppose to be refunded if we had no extra charges or damage which I payed in cash because my card was over drawn and because the receptionist didn't give me a receipt they wouldn't give me my fee of 25 dollars back or refund it to my card after my stay and I had no […] damage to the room or charges I wouldn't recommend these crooks! I stayed on the 3rd floor and noises all night. Also the photos I had seen on Hotel.com wasn't a true reflection of the hotel. Also when I checked in I stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes and was Ignored while 3 members of the staff complained about another Hotel employee. Our shower head didn't work well n the tub didn't drain but that was the least of our worries. Excellent hotel!
"Pleasantly Surprised!"
When you think Holiday Inn you think so-so...but I was so surprised at how nice this hotel was...great location we were able to walk to and from the event we went to..the room was clean and QUIET which is huge for me. Nice hotel. Food wasn't so great. My boyfriend and I ordered hamburgers medium. His came out medium rare and mine came out well done. The hotel was did not seem busy, although there were children in for a cheerleading competition, they ended up putting us next to the elevator. To say the least it was loud and had to open the door many times during the […] night to please tell people to keep it down. "Great location, comfy, but..."
Our friend got locked out in the middle of the night and was given an additional key card to get in. While it was fine because he was our friend, his name was not on the room in any way. He could have been a total stranger who was given a key to our room. Scary! If that hadn't happened, the stay would have been flawless.

"all good accept the maid service"
We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The front desk and the Porters were very helpful. The only issue was the maid service. They were down the hall at 9:00 when we left for the day and were still 2 doors down when we got back at 4:00. We wanted to take a rest before going out for the evening but was afraid that the maid might come at any time. The maid […] was next door (watching tv) when we told her not to come by our room. "Dirty sock in the bed!"
My friends and I decided to make a weekend after a conference at the convention center. After the conference, we checked in lounged around the room for awhile. One friend climbed into the bed and found a dirty sock under the sheets. She screamed and we immediately called the front desk. They didn't seem very sympathetic, but after having to explain […] how disgusting that was they offered a room change. We declined and stated we wanted to watch the sheets being changed (obviously they hadn't been changed the first time). The housekeeping manager came up and was incredibly bubbly and apologetic. She offered us free breakfast the next morning (the buffet wasn't so great but the menu wasn't bad). The rest of the stay was fine, with the exception of the fact that they charge for local calls. "Inner Harbor"
The room was a little musty be we weren't in the room long and it was only a 1 night stay. Close to everything; we walked to the harbor and did some shopping and dining, and walked to breakfast in the morning. Ideal location. Good enough for a long weekend/couple of nights.

Stayed as most people do--close to Camden Yards, and came to see a ball game. The hotel and staff were excellent for our short stay and hard to find a better location to see everything there is to see in Baltimore as everything is in walking distance from here. Would recommend.

This hotel met our needs perfectly as we were attending the first game of three where the Red Sox could be eliminated from the wild car playoffs. "Where do I begin?........"
Well they didn't have our king bed so we moved two beds together (we have a 2yr old) only to find a used condom and metal scraps to go along with a few years of dust and dirt behind the bed. The hotel ran out of water in all vending machines thursday night 1 day into a 3 day convention and never restocked, we left sunday. Good value room, very comfortable, close to Inner Harbor, Baltimore Oriole's Camden Yard. Only one complaint...the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small (if your over 5'6" be prepared to come out of the shower looking as a hunchback)!
"Comfortable, Convenient to Grand Prix"
We were surprised to find a partial track view onto Pratt street for the Grand Prix. The hotel was close to all the action for any trip to the Inner Harbor. Very clean and comfortable. The folks at breakfast were hospitable and accomodating, offering coffee or tea to go after the meal. I would stay here again.

"HOLIDAY INN INNER HARBOR"
We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor. It was close to everything we wanted to see, the people were quite pleasant, and the rooms were comfy and clean!
everything was great. perfect location, close to all the area attractions. friendly staff at front desk and in the lobby bar. the only problem was we had a room right next to the ice machine, which would start beeping at around 430am each morning, and took hotel staff about an hour to fix each time. quite annoying!

Nothng else matters except for the fact that we placed our bags in storage during our last day in town and it was very obvious to my wife and I that our bags had been rummaged through when we picked them up..
