The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.

Very nice motel for the money. Room was clean, beds comfortable with plenty of pillows. Micro/fridge in room. The only complaint would be the morning desk clerk, very slow and seemed confused. She could be a little more friendly, but the evening clerk was very sweet and made it easier to overlook the morning clerk. The best thing about this motel is […] that it is American owned. Only one place to eat within miles. Location not very convenient.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

The Hotel room was okay for the price as we did get a very good discount. We did recommend it to other family & they did stay there. It look like they were working on updating the outside, but need to work a little on the inside. TV is very old & could not use with DVD player. Heat & Air unit was outdated, but did work. Clean room, good location to restaurants, friendly staff

We have stayed at this place for the past 5 years going down to Alabama. First because it's halfway between and second it's pet friendly. We no longer have need of the pet friendly convenience, but continue to use this hotel as they are very accomdating and the place is close to the interstate, easy to get to, has many restaurants nearby, and they still […] do a continental breakfast. A step down from what they used to offer, but you don't have to leave for breakfast if you don't want to. All in all, it's a nice enough place to spend a night. Mehr

The staff were friendly and concerned that I had a good experience. Room was clean and convenient. Downside for me personally, I don't like exterior doors at hotel, prefer access from inside lobby. Also, the blanket on the bed (not the bedspread) was very old, frayed and holy. For the price though, it was fine.

Very clean, Very quiet. We had a really good vacation at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and informative. We will stay there again in the future.

This hotel is excellent at pet stays! They don't charge you a fee & have a huge play area for them to go potty & run in, but be careful because of the ticks. The service staff did everything they could to accommodate us when we had a problem. The rooms are not properly cleaned. Be sure to check around the windows & AC unit for bugs & spiders. All went well with our stay in Elizabethtown. We were surprised that there were so few people staying at the Howard Johnson. Everyone was helpful and cheerful, and we enjoyed our stay.

A little hard to find, but once you figure it out you won't forget. Everyone we talked to was really friendly & helpful.

The Hotel in Elizabethtown, Ky is bad. The older lady at the front desk was nasty to everyone who took her away from her reading. The water was cold all the time and the Wi-Fi you had to go to the office for it to work. I would not recommend this Motel at all.

We had two rooms on this night on our way to Spring Break. When we arrived, we went through check in fairly quickly, but our room key wouldn't work. By the time we got back to the lobby, it was full and we had to wait quite a while to get a new room. When we did get the new room, the heat didn't work so it was cold.

Had a great time. Great hotel. A lot of good eating place around. Would go back to this hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel - even though we were not there for fun -- we had the passing of a family member. The front desk was very helpful with needle and thread when a button came off of a dress shirt and had to be mended. The only thing that was missing from the room that would of made it complete was a mini fridge and a microwave. Overall this hotel was nice, clean, the beds were suprisingly comfortable. Unfortunetely, the pool was closed, which was one reason we chose this hotel. I try to walk daily, there was no where to walk too, behind the hotel was a small timber, buth the hotel itself made a good track, I was able to walk around the buildings, on the landing, incorporate […] the stairs into a good workout!
