The hotel had comfortable in the beds room but had an old TV. The ceiling looked like it had been repaired a time or two. What was extremely disappointing and unacceptable was the shower in the morning. There was no hot water about 7 am. My friend down the hall said his room had no hot water either. This hotel did not offer breakfast. Plus to get to the lobby you had to go through the pool area. The hotel's sign was only visible from the interstate but you could not be certain from any other road.

hotel was very nice and clean. we liked the hotel door to outside,we all could sit outside and visit and was easy to load up our cars. also another door to inside,easy to get to lobby.

Our family of 5 stayed here and had a 2nd floor room. A balcony goes around the pool area, which is very spacious and nice. It is close to restaurants and has one on site as well. We didn't eat there, so I don't have any comments. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is fantastic, room was comfortable but needs some upgrading as tub was peeling and it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, otherwise nice motel and friendly staff.

We arrived at the motel and the front desk girls were very polite and friendly. We arrived in our room and there was curly hair in the floor of the bathroom where there shower and toilet was. We were in a two room suite the A/C in the bedroom did not work properly we had to blast the A/C in the other room to keep our bedroom halfway comfortable. I found […] two dead ants in the bed when I turned the sheets back that evening to go to bed. The TV in the front room the picture was so dark you could hardly make anything out so to watch tv we had to stay in our warm bedroom. I tried to adjust the colors on the tv but none of that helped. The bathroom faucet when u turned the water on sprayed more water all over you and the counter than it did down the sink. The shower worked well. Mehr

Conveinent in that its just off the Interstate. The suite was large and the bed was comfortable. We ended up in a suite because the room we were first placed in had a faulty heater/air conditioner. The staff was very accomodating. The on site resturant is a very good place to eat. The food and service was very good. Probably the mmost confortable motel […] we stayed in on out trip. Mehr

after not booking with the hotel it self you become a second class tenant . you are put out on the back 40 and don't recieve the same privledges as the house booked tenant

HAD A GREAT STAY ,ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN ,STAFF WAS VERY NICE,ALSO HAD A VERY NICE RESTAURANT/PUB

We booked this hotel on-line for a week during the Strugis Motorcycle rally. The check in process was easy and parking for our trailer was convienent. However our room was next to the pool and the was so humid it was almost unbearable. We called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do that the humidity was from the pool. Since we had […] already pre-paid and most hotels were full we could not rebook. Our clothes were wet and my husbands phone quite working due to the humidity in the room! If you stay in this hotel make sure you get a room as far away the pool as possible! Mehr

We were very pleased with our stay in Spearfish. The people were very nice and the hotel, in fact the whole town, was very clean and efficient.

Great place to stay if you don't want to get into your room. The key cards do not work. Also, pool is not child friendly. Our seven year old could only go in 3-4 feet before it was over his head.

This is a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone. The artwork in the lobby and elsewhere is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was great and very clean.

The shower in the bathroom was great but the tub could have used a no skid surface, was slippery when wet. Some of the TV channels were fuzzy, making viewing not to enjoyable. Beside these concerns the mattress was awesome as well as the pillows, there were four of these on each bed.

This was a nice hotel, clean, compfortable and what I'd expect from this hotel. The breakfast was disappointing and confusing with their tickets and coupons. Don't spend the extra money for breakfast as there's other places next door that can accomodate you better.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the room has all the amenities you could want. We were very pleased with our stay there.

This is very nice motel, but if all you want is a clean room with a comfortable bed, it's a little pricey IMO. A free continental breakfast would help the value.
