I was a little disappointed in the way the hotel had deteriorated since our last visit there 2 years, but thus the reason probably why the are no longer a Holiday Inn. There were a lot of people there for the weekend and the kids in the pool were a little intimidating for our very young grandchildren.

Would have been a nicer stay if there wouldn't have been little kids running rampant throughout the lobby and by the pool and hot tub. Parents were sitting talking while their kids were allowed to run wild and through towels in the pool and throw them at each other. The hotel should have make the parents accountable for the children.

This hotel has a good location which is quiet. The pool and workout space are decent. It is attached to a Bennigan's and the reservation comes with two free drinks there. It does has an older feel. The beds are comfy. My key card did not work at the door nearest to my bedroom; the desk clerk attempted to rekey it and stated that the door "doesn't always […] work." There was food underneath the bed that had not been cleaned up from a previous guest. Mehr

nice hotel, clean, we did not stay for breakfast but it was connected to Bennigans and across the street from a shopping center, so very convienent and close to the Quad cities

VERY well worth the price. Just an amazing hotel for the value. We will return for sure.

The staff was very friendly and rooms were comfortable. I like the location near interstate and that it is connected to Bennigan's. Only downfall was I would like to see more healthy options in the continental breakfast...oatmeal or a healthy cereal choice would be nice. Overall great place to stay for the pricepoint!

Had I known it was the old Holiday Inn I would have not made the reservations. The pictures online were very nice, the overall look of the hotel was nothing like the pictures that were presented. Very dissatisfied with the whole reservation.

This hotel is worth the money. Clean, nice pool, warm breakfast. I'd stay again.

We stayed here because the price was right in comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms are showing their age and could use some updates and maintenence. The pool area was nice and the setup with the rooms around the pool is great. I went to check in at 3:15 pm on a saturday and I waited for five minutes just before the attendant acknowledged me! She clearly saw my presence but ignored me without a greeting. At least five times the key access cards did not work and I had to go to the front for new ones. The air conditioner in the room worked for three minutes at a time then would […] stop! Room service was still setting up our room when I checked in so I was forced to wait in the hallway with all my bags while they took their time. Room service came by once during the three day stay and the lady made me pick up the dirty towels and put them in her cart! Are you serious?? The hot tub was cold because I was told it was drained the day before, imagine that! Bad experience all around. Went to speak to the manager and she was not available. Mehr

EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY and if you need a cab to to go gambling call lucky cab company we had a hard time finding a local cab company just wanted to save u some time The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable We will be back for sure

This hotel is not 3 stars! I can't believe people rated it as such. The tiles we falling off in the bathroom, the sheets had holes in them, and the entire hotel needed updated. I can't believe how much I paid for this and what I got for the price. Do not stay here.

Don't understand how there could be so many good reviews of this hotel. The overall condition is very worn. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, scrambled eggs and runny gravy for the biscuits. The staff (one person) couldn't keep the food stocked up.... And what would the housekeeper use a paint roller with a lint roller attachment for??

I took my varsity team here for an overnight stay. We had previously been at a different location, but had found the breakfast and hotel conditions to diminish each year. The Ramada was as advertised - breakfast was solid and the rooms were quiet. I will book here again next year even though the rooms were $20 more - it was worth it.

There is no elevatoor which was bad becausee we are Seniors and we should have been put on the first floor -- also the eggs were runny -- but everything else was fine.

Great hotel, we loved the pool and hot tub in the main lobby. Very clean and appealing to the eye. I only wish our room had a microwave and refridgerator.... but it did have real glass glasses in the room which I have not seen before. :)

It is pretty scary especially you are the only one person in that room! It took me a while to figure out how to turn it off.

Pool is small but the hot tub, sauna and exercise room were a nice bonus! Good hot breakfast and it is close to many attractions. Hotel staff was EXCELLENT!

The HomeRidge Inn & Suites - was close to the Seminar that I was attending.

We were visiting family in Moline, and this hotel was a perfect choice for a family. The staff met our needs. Great family pool, arcade, and common area. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet stay, this may not be the hotel. Lots of b-day parties and groups. Our kids loved the pool! The rooms were nice and clean. My room had a bad odor, I got in late and asked for a different room, it to had an oder. I put up with it for the night becuase I was to tired to keep looking. Next morning the third room I looked at had a better smell to it but still after being in it for a while I could smell the same odor. I bought a candle and some Clorox spray cleaner and sprayed […] the AC intake and that helped. If not for the room oper the hotel lobby and all was nice. Breakfast was processed food crap, no fruit. It did in a pinch. Overall I seriously doubt it if I stay there again. Mehr

More hotel for your money -- cool architecture, and a very comfortable room for less than average rates. Hot breakfast and friendly and professional staff.

The hotel was clean and staff very professional. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffels. Downside was no sleep because of beds being extremely soft. You had no choice but to fall into the middle of the mattress because of the deep impression.

The first night we were there my husband went to take a shower and there was a dirty wash rag left in the shower....other than that the room was clean and the service was good for the price...... Also they put a hold on your credit card or debit card and it has stayed on my account for a week now.....

My granddaughter and I stayed just for fun after back-to-school shopping. Our room was very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The free hot snacks and drinks from 5-7 was a nice surprise and was very good. The breakfast was delicious. We will stay there again.

Reserved a room and got there to find out they overbooked 10 rooms. Was very understaffed at time of check-in. Lobby was full of visitors waiting to check in and there was only one worker behind the counter. Only 2 maids that I saw on hand as well. Working to prep the over crowded hotel.

Beautiful front entrance with fountain and waterfall. The breakfasts were phenomenal... the hospitality was the best. Pool was really nice, clean and warm,.. cozy seating areas through out.... great hot tub, fitness room etc. Hated to leave. We made several trips to Davenport and enjoyed the Blake Shelton Concert at the ampitheater. Thanks for a comfortable, […] cool place to spend two nights. Mehr

Stayed at the HomeRidge in Bettendorf, IA and didn't know at time of booking it was the former Holiday Inn that has been around for lots of years. I stayed there recently before change-over and it was the worst stay of my life. When I arrived in town and realized I was going to be there again, too late to change to other after many attempts because […] Bix race was that same weekend. I arranged to stay with friends most of my time. When I did check into the junior suite at hotel, was pleasantly surprised to see bathroom was very clean, bedding fairly new, no stains on couch or lopsided lamp shades and microwave was clean. Service was fairly courteous. Biggest drawback to room location was that it shared balcony overlooking lobby and it required keeping curtains always shut. Will stay again with specific room location request. Mehr

We picked this hotel to accommodate an early morning flight. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, including making arrangements for transportation to the airport. The lobby area was very nice and welcoming - however, the rooms did not live up to the initial impressions. I was thrilled that the hotel had a shuttle bus and was able to take me to the Bix. Very convenient.

I didn't realize that by booking on hotels.com, you are not guaranteed the room you reserve. We were expecting 2 queen beds and was given 1 king and a sleeper sofa...only when we got to our room there was NO sleeper sofa. Had to request a roll away. They brought it with no pillows or blankets. Went to get some from the front desk, she said she would […] send them right up, finally brought them 3 hrs later (@930pm). This hotel is worm. Carpets and grounds are very dirty. What ever dehumidification they have doesn't work. AC smells moldy. The price is about 1/3 less than a decent hotel, and I am not sure you get what you pay for with this one. The desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. They just have a bad product to work with

This hotel was so much better than the description or reviews would suggest. We had a couple of special requests (refrig, 1st floor) and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Even though there was a festival in town and they were sold out, the staff were always pleasant and responsive. Breakfast was attended to quickly and efficiently by staff, replenishing empty dishes rapidly. The location is immediately off the interstate and across from a small shopping mall with grocery store. This was the perfect choice for our stay in the Quad Cities. It was an excellent price for three night's stay, and the room itself was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It could have used a deep cleaning - dust bunnies under the beds and a little dusty in the corners of the room, and it needs a new shower curtain. The corridors need updated, they […] are not air conditioned and you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway from the maintenance room, which was just down the hall from our room. The rear entrance needed a major face lift - the laundry room doors look like they've been kicked in, which was a little disconcerting since it was the first thing we saw when we came in the door. The common areas of the hotel were clean, updated, and comfortable. The pool and exercise area looked nice, but we didn't use them. The hot breakfast buffet every morning was awesome! HomeRidge Inn lobby and pool area was in good shape. However, the section for our room was a little dark and didn't have any fire sprinklers in hallway or room. . Our room was smoke-free but it still had a smoke smell. Carpet in the room was dirty. Beds were okay and bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast had some good selections but layout was […] dis-organized. Plates and utensils were in the middle of the serving line so people were continually in each other's way. very nice comfortable and convenient place to stay i would stay there again and the price was right also .. sports bar (bennigans) is connected with a pool ,hot tub and little workout facility ...also a nice mall ,grocery store ,walgreens ect is across the street ! it's well worth it ...

My kids and I really enjoyed the hotel other than the specific room we stayed in smelled really bad. The air conditioner was on full blast when we walked into our room so the moisture level in the room was way too high making us feel uncomfortable...and freezing!! Overall, the stay was very nice. The location was perfect, right off the freeway, across […] the parking lot from a gas station, and across the street from a Starbucks for your morning cup of coffee on the go. Breakfast would have been delicious had I not wanted to get on the road. It looked great, we were just in a hurry. The staff I checked in with was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff I checked out with must not have been a morning person.
