The hotel staff was very nice. But my only complaint was when I woke up on the last day of my check out, I noticed there were some kind of dark, maybe blood stains on my comforter. Kinda grossed out by that. If I would have been staying longer, I am sure that the comforter would have been exchanged for a clean one. Other wise it was ok.

Clean efficient room without frills but everything in good working condition. Very convenient to public transportation, downtown Chicago, and the Convention Center. Rode the Metra to the McCormack Place Convention Center train stop in 10minutes. Walked up a flight of stairs and was inside the Center in seconds.

Do not stay. My room was cleaned but with no towels, when i asked about towels, i was told they would be delivered. Morning came still no towels, i went to the desk and inquired about towels, i was told all the towels were already given out, and was told "i don't know what to tell you" the women at the front desk was very unprofessional. I would never […] stay or recommend this hotel. The maintenance man asked how my stay was as i was going back to my room with no towels, so i told him, finally he went to check the laundry room and brought me towels. Mehr

Room was too expensive for what it offered. Not clean, very basic. Pool was not clean and hot tub did not work. Front desk personel very busy with their own personal phonecalls. Breakfast very basic in a not so clean area that is part of the bar and has no admosphere what soever. had top foor. extream hot, noise from freeway and somekind of noise from room next door,,, stayed one nigth instead of two unable to sleep that is how bad it was

Loved the swimming pool and the warm one too. Nice size room and we got extra bed for the little one even we didn't ask for and with no extra charge. The drain in the shower was not working but maintaince acted very fast. Breakfast was kind of ok... Seen better but at least it was there. Over all it was ok!

This hotel was recommended by hotels.com. I was very disappointed in the hotel. Non-smoking rooms, smell like smoke. This facility needs a makeover in the worse way and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting and updated furnishings. Upon our arrival, the bathroom was not cleaned, toothpaste residue and other untidy items were found […] in the shower. The continental breakfast was absurd. It consisted of eggs, sausage links, when available and dry cereals. If the rooms weren't already prepaid via hotels.com, I would of moved to another location in an instant. .I usually don’t write review and actual this is my 1st but I do want to warn other travelers. This place is filthy from top to bottom. I found hair in my bed that was not mine this is clear indication that the sheets have not been cleaned. There is a stinch throughout the hotel. You get what you pay for and for what I paid, I got exactly that. Barking dog next door even on the 4th floor. Most pet friendly hotels keep them on the furst floor. One room that did not lock from inside or out, but they did fix this ... And on thanksgiving day nonetheless. Late for breakfast, as in arrive in the last hour.... Good luck. Very disappointed with this Ramada hotel. Was way under staffed. One desk clerk was very unprofessional and very rude. House keeping completely missed cleaning our room one day and another one two doors down. Hot tub had to be shut down due to sharp edges on the return filters on the bottom.

It is next to the freeway and we stayed on the 1st floor Had all kinds of traffic noise and sirens at all times of the night.

We didn't' enjoy our stay due to the tub was clogged, big stain in the middle of the floor, had problems with opening the door, beds was hard, some towels had spots on it and sheets. good thing i was only there for the night, for a few hours...

This hotel is older but kept in fairly good condition. There were signs of use throughout the halls and room, but everything was clean (no bed bugs) and the beds were comfortable. And the overnight fees were very reasonable.

The hotel was right off the interstate and was convenient for my trip. The room was a little worn, but clean and I had no problems. I am sure it does al lot of business being wright off the interstate. I am a heavy sleeper but i didn't think the highway noise was a problem. It's closer to the exit ramp than the Interstate. There is a restaurant in the […] Hotel and I ate there for the free breakfast. It was hot scrambled eggs sausage, 4 types of cereal, bread and bagles coffee and an orange flavored drink. Our door would not unlock and we had to wait 3 HOURS for them to fix it! We didnot like changing our plans. Also, the breakfast was horrible! Would never go back. Way overpriced

I would never stay at this hotel again. Did not have towels at front desk and the room was that of a very cheap motel.

Came to Indy from Pittsburgh to watch the NFL matchup. the hotel was super convenient to I-70, comfortable, clean, and cheap. To top it off there is a Damon's in the hotel, which was awesome for Pre and post game fun!

The hotel is very close to the interstate and shares a parking lot with a gas station so you have some noise from that, but it's not bad enough to keep you awake at night. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and each time has been pleasant. The heated indoor pool is always a plus.

It was okay there was a lot going on at times but the room and the service itself was fine. The location was good had a lot of stores around and it had Damons inside which was a good thang when u would like to eat in.

Room was nice, a bit dated but in good condition. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. Hotel has a good restaurant and bar. A good night's stay for a road warrior!.

Ramada I-70 East is an affordable, clean, and overall decent place to stay. Having the Damon's in the hotel made a nice option for food and drinks after getting in late.

Save your money! My room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. The bed was hard and the bathroom was not clean. They only put one towel in the room so you have to call down for more. Also we had men outside our window talking so loudly that we needed to call the front desk. Just spend the extra money and get a nice hotel this hotel should […] be rated one star. Mehr

The receptionists and other staff are all helpful and friendly !

Everything was great great, from the staff through to the cleanliness of the room. Will stay there again Im sure.

Best hotel experience me and my fiance have had yet! very close to the city and all the sights! Very clean and excellent staff! Definitely will be back when we are through Indiana again!!

Has to ask for face and hand towel, carpet really needed cleaning as well as the hotel floor...but over-all great stay.

This hotel was ok for the money. The rooms were ok...the beds were comfortable. The overall cleaniness of the rooms could have been better. The floors needed to be shampooed and the drapes needed to be taken down and cleaned. I think these are things that should be cleaned periodically... it also helps with the overrall freshness of the room. The hot […] breakfast could have been better but ok. The bathrooms are very tight and hard to get to the tub for the door being in the way..but again doable. So, if you night to lay your head for a night or two than this is the place. Mehr

Elevator was not working on the end of hotel where our room was and front desk was unaware of it, had even told us to park down at that end. Ice machine on our floor did not work half the time. Pool looked kind of dirty, never ended up going swimming. Was supposed to have a king size bed and had a queen. Bathroom kind of small....but other than that […] was a good stay. This place charged me 25$ after I got home from my stay for no reason, then I called and they said its their system and the will put it back on in 72hours!!! Thats a JOKE!!!! Place was a DIVE do NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!!!

The hotel and service were great but it's apparently a hot party spot too. So whenever I had to go through the lobby I had to walk through a crowd of party goers. And of course when u mix alcohol with a lot of people that equals arguments and possible fights. I won't stay there again.

We arrived on a Thursday and the front desk clerk was able to answer our call quickly so we did not miss our exit as we drove in and were looking for which exit to get off. He gave good directions. It was downhill from there. The first room we were given had clearly been puked in. I headed back to the front desk. Our room smells, I tell the clerk. […] He says, We just had the carpets cleaned. (To myself: Yeah well the carpet was just puked on and you need to go back and clean it again.) The second room wasn't that much better. Beds looked they were actually made with clean sheets, but the trash can was unemptied, overflowing. The bathtub had 7 shards of hotel soap in a big wad in the soapdish, and there were hairs on the bathroom countertop. I told my daughter be sure you shower and walk on the carpet with your flipflops on. The air conditioning was the saving grace. The Damon's downstairs was fine, but it closed at 10 due to lack of business/demand. We did not even check out the pool. But what do you want for x dollars a night, the Ritz? Mehr

Well, the lock on my door had been smashed, there was only one towel in the bathroom- no washcloth or floor mat. The entire night I listened to other guests screaming at each other, slamming doors and was doubtful that the staff downstairs would help considering they they had not been helpful with anything else. Then at breakfast I asked the server […] if she would fill my 8oz to go cup (to reduce styrofoam waste and I had to hit the road) she replied she couldn't do that because they were going to run out of coffee. I was very impressed with the clean rooms; friendly & helpful service. It was so convenient to downtown Indianapolis; restaurants & attractions that I wanted to see. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with directions & the hot breakfast was amazing.

This hotel was absolutely ridiculous! We first get there and they had our status of rooms (non-smoking or smoking) wrong. We got that fixed and the one room smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but had an ashtray in there. and the other room was a hassle to get into because the handle was pretty much broken. We told them we […] had 3 guests in one room and 4 in the other. We only had two towels per room. We asked to have a room change for the one that stunk, and they gave us another non-smoking room, when we specifically said a smoking room would probably be best at this time. So, after all that hassle, we get to the room with the messed up handle, and the one bed does not have a fitted sheet on it, and we were sliding all over on the mattress because of this. We asked for more towels on the second day there and the house keeping lady said that we would get towels after lunch and this was at 10am. Well that was fine, until 2pm rolls around and still no towels. We reused towels and went and got some from the pool because after calling to the front desk, she said she would get housekeeping on that right away. 20 minutes later and we still had no towels. So I asked the lady at the desk after we were getting ready to go to the state fair, and she said that she would have housekeeping leave the towels outside our door. When we returned after a tragic night with the stage collapse at the fair, we had TWO towels and no washcloths. ANd they only had two luggage carts for a hotel with 6 floors. and the ice machine didnt work on the 6th floor that we were on. TERRIBLE ROOM SERVICE AS WELL AS FRONT DESK AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!! Mehr

The staff didn't seem to be very friendly. Breakfasts was from 7am to 10am, and before 8:30 they were out of sausage. The only other breakfast food they had was cereal, toast or bagel, and scrambled eggs. I was very disappointed. The maid not only walked into our room once, but two times within ten minutes, and our room was locked. This was a couple […] of hours before check out time! I do have to give credit where credit is due...we did like the hot tub and the kids liked the pool. If we were going back to Indy, I would try to find a different hotel to stay at.
