Recently i stayed in this hotel and the rooms are suffocated and experienced many problems with the bath tub. Even though they repaired it the water still remains in the tub. They are not providing internet, Microwave, complimentary breakfast and parking...these are v.expensive in this hotel. We need to park v.far and come by walk

The room was well maintained, up to date and very comfortable. But that is where the positives end. Housekeeping seemed only to make the bed each day and clean the bathroom. Dirty glasses were neither removed nor replaced. Nothing was tidied up in the bedroom. The front desk staff could not have been less helpful, not to mention there was only one on […] duty at check out time. The parking system never seemed to be in working order after my first day. Each time I entered or exited the lot I had to wait for an attendant to answer the help call. One employee in valet was socializing with a shuttle driver for several minutes as they were impeding traffic flow in the valet area. When I subtly gestured that I needed to get through I was directed to "back up and go around" the valet area. Though Dan at concierge was wonderful, nothing will get me back to the Crown Plaza O'Hare nor would I recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other options in the area. Mehr

The room was beautifully decorated. It was a wonderful place to stay on Christmas night while waiting to take a plane the next day.

Check for smoke even if a nonsmoking room, especially bathroom if you are on the floor above the smoking floor. food/bar extremely slow especially when they advertised appetizer specials

The room was really nice. Nice enough that I think I want to redo my bedroom that way. Service was okay although some employees seemed put out by having to be there (kind of understandable since it was Christmas, I guess). Parking costs are excessive, but all in all a very nice hotel.

Was a really bad experince with the front desck service, I was on a Bussines trip and was required by my agency a copy of my bill after my stay , certifying that I spend the nigth at the hotel, accordind to the hotel they cant provide me with that bill because I made the reservation thru hotel.com. due to that situation I wil not get a reinbursmet of […] my trip., i will not stay in a Crowne Hotel again Mehr

The rooms here are beautiful, with top quality everything - even the soap! We had an issue with our original room (kind of an odd smell) but the front desk immediately changed us to another room without question, and the second room was even larger and nicer! I booked this reservation for a partner of our company. When we checked in the host was very nice and helpful. The next day I picked up my asssociate and he said the room was clean and very spacious. This was very important to me because I wanted his experience in Chicago to be pleasant. So overall it was a pleasant experience which is what you want […] for a guest visiting your home town. Mehr

While the hotel is currently under construction, the security staff will prevent you from entering the elevators from the lobby, instead redirecting you to the basement. However, they permit you to get off the elevators at the lobby, so I'm not sure their jobs are actually required. An extra $20 per night for parking was billed to my room, and when […] I brought this up with hotel staff I was told that they do not set their parking rates (if they don't, then who does? The staff could not give me an answer). And furthermore, internet in the room is $15 a day, or in the business center it's $5 for one hour. aLL WAS VERY GOOD

Family went to watch a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Mapquest shows it as being around .14 miles away. It was literally right next to it, with just a street between. Very convenient! The Crowne Plaza Hotel was AMAZING and everything I needed at a LOW price! I was so surprised! The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful, my room was very chic and modern with nice clean blankets that even smelled good! Comfy pillows, beautiful bathroom...just wonderful! It was directly across the street from the Rosemont Theater for the show […] I was attending that evening. My only complaint is that the bar & grille closed at 11:00 on a concert night. Other than that...BRAVO! If I ever go to Rosemont again I will indeed stay in this hotel! Mehr

Hotel located across the street from the Rosemont Theater, my reason for picking it. Rooms had many little perks: clip to hold blackout curtain closed, earplugs (not needed, hotel quiet), teas and coffee, good reading lamps over the bed. Helpful staff.

I checked in with my daughter and two grandkids, and got all the help I needed to help us to our room. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We only wised we had time to use the pool!

Hotel was fine, the rooms do now all seem to be refurbished and they are nice. The more common areas however are somewhat dated. They were fine but it you are looking for a nice upscale contemporary hotel then this may not be it, there are other hotels in the area that would be better for that. Previous reviews in 2009 criticized the in-progress room renovations for noise and paint smells. 100% of the room renovations have been finished - every room is completely refurbished. Lovely to say the least. Plasma TV on the wall. The designer was stuck with a limited size bathroom, and did an outstanding job of custom crafting a marble counter-top […] that provides enough space for everything [my toiletries, lots of towells, very distinctive wash basin, and the like]. Crowne Plaza the all the other hotels one mile from O'Hare have jet noise when the runway flight pattern in use passes over the hotel. Crowne Plaza windows are thick and muffle jet noise pretty well. Slightly irritating that the carts for transporting luggage from your car to the room are available only if you hire a bell hop. Mehr

Poor remodeling job, carpet staples poked my heels as I exit the restroom and guest service didn’t even offer any kind of compensation …what kind of customer service is that? Ridiculous to have to pay for parking!

Doing some renovation so prices are reasonable. My room must have already been renovated as it was quite modern. Found room comfortable and was not disturbed at all by renovation in other part of motel.

The hotel is upgrading their rooms, so there is some noise associated with the work (workers), and some unpleasant odors from paint and new carpet cement. The new room decor is very nice and the rooms are well appointed. The elevator system needs work, plus some elevators are out of service for the public during the remodeling.

今回は乗り継ぎのための前泊で利用。この目的での利用では十分なコストパフォーマンスがあった。 唯一、空港ターミナル3のシャトルバス乗り場からダイレクトに送迎を依頼できる専用電話に電話番号がなかったのが残念。

ホテルは改装の最中で部屋は改装が終わったばかりと思える部屋でした。 ロビー付近はまだ改装中で後1ヶ月はかかりそう。 レストランはリーズナブルな値段です。 シャトルバスの運転手は親切。 値段の割には良いホテルと思う。
