Das Hotel liegt nahe der Interstate. In den Zimmern ist aber kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der große Pool liegt im Innenhof und ist ideal zum Ausspanen nach einer längeren Autofahrt.Hotelanlagen und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Ein gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Das Frühstück ist amerikanisch gut. Personal ist freundlich und hilsbereit. Restaurants in unmittlebarer Nähe vorhanden. Autobahn direkt dabei.

it was somewhere to lay our heads ,but other than that considering the price,it was not at all the standard we were hoping for.We were told that this was our last choice,that all the others were booked,then when we arrived in Warner Robins ,there were so many other hotels that were not even mentioned.The location of the hotel we stayed at worried me […] the entire weekend,considering we had our two young sons (4) and (8) with us. I did some research during the month of March for Hotels.com reservations and found that you stayed in one of our deluxe rooms at a very good rate for a 3-day stay. The room is located upstairs in our A building, our deluxe wing and not far from the hotel’s front office. It has an upgraded television, microwave and fridge, (not all of our rooms have this luxury), iron/ironing board, and coffee maker. All our rooms have our distinguished comfortable mattresses. I also checked our “Courtesy Call Log” at the front desk and found no written dissatisfied comments about this room during your stay. Other guests checked in and out of the room since your stay with no complaints or comments. We wished that you would have brought your concerns to us during your stay and that way we could have alleviated any problems immediately! Our hotel is exclusively set off from busy traffic in a safe lighted area with nearby city offices and new Law Enforcement Center located only 7 minutes away. There are many recognized name restaurants within walking and driving distances. Again, we appreciate your valuable feedback. This property is one of the largest in Warner Robins with 100 guest rooms and 5 meeting rooms and there may be some rooms that are more “challenged” than others. We always give guests the opportunity to preview their room before check-in and our front desk is trained to exchange the room immediately if not completely satisfied. All we require is that guests inform the front desk during their stay. We have made great strides since opening as the Ramada in 2009 when this property was in total disrepair. The landscaping was enhanced and beautified, the Wireless Internet upgraded with 24/7 hour service, older fitness equipment replaced, ergonometric desk chairs added, worn carpeting replaced in pre-function area, older shower fixtures replaced with newer ones, mattresses replaced, and new pool furniture and picnic tables added. Currently we are refreshing the rooms with cleaning carpets, painting, and fixing wallpaper. There is still more work to be done and we have several more projects on our plate to include replacing older TVs in phases, updating furnishings, and replenishing towels and linens. We regret that you found the breakfast to be less than filling. Our complimentary continental breakfast has a variety of food items including mini-muffins, doughnuts and bagels, toast, instant oatmeal, six assorted cold cereals, cranberry and orange juice, coffee, tea, and fruit. This hotel is in bad shape but apparently is being rehabbed. The inside door handle in our room kept falling off. The "furniture part" of the vanity was painted plywood and very dirty. The TV was a very old model and the guide to the channels didn't match the numbers of the TV stations on the cable/satellite. The breakfast was pretty bad. Our property is an established hotel and contains 100 rooms. We acknowledge that some rooms need more attention than others. For a mid-scale hotel with 5 meeting rooms and a spacious fitness center it is considered to be reasonably priced and comfortable. There is still much work to be done in renovating the hotel and we have several more projects on our plate to include upgrading the door lock system, replacing older TVs in phases, and updating furnishings. "Generally Disappointing"
The room was disappointing because the carpet was stained, there were what appeared to be coffee splatters on the outside of the bathroom door, and there was dirt in the corners. Outside there were no fictures on the exposed outdoor light bulbs. The orange juice dispenser in the breakfast area was not on 2 of the 3 mornings I had breakfast and when […] it was operating the orange juice was very, very diluted and the staff was uninterested in fixing the situation. Granted this is an established and “veteran” hotel in Warner Robins with 100 rooms. There are some rooms that are more “challenged” than others. Since being reflagged as the Ramada in 2009 we have made great strides in upgrading the rooms with new ergonometric desk chairs, comfortable mattresses, shower fixtures, and improved wireless Internet connectivity. We still have much work to be done including replacement of furniture, wallpaper, televisions, and carpeting. Also we have improved the exterior surrounding of the 5 ½ acre property with a professional landscaping company. Picnic tables and a pet walk have been added in the back of the hotel. Our complimentary continental breakfast features a variety of assorted food items including baked items, waffles, instant oatmeal, and six assorted cold cereals. I am sorry that you found the orange juice dispenser to be not working but glad you reported it to the staff. I apologize if they were not receptive in remedying the situation that day. "The dog thought the bed was too hard"
The mattress was very hard. This hotel welcomes dogs for a small fee. The dog walk area is great but no trash can was readily available to dispose of pet waste. "Too many better options in the immediate area"
Since we had a pet, we got a smoking room on the first floor with a stained ceiling, drooping wallpaper, and rusted metal trim from a toilet overflow from the room above - for a minimal pet fee. Towels are old school thin and scratchy with a blue security stripe as if someone would actually steal them. The entire facility looks old and tired. The snack […] kiosk in the lobby is largely empty and appears unkept. I skipped the free breakfast, so I can't rate that. Even if you have pets, there are other options on the same road. "Cheap, but run down and beyond undesirable"
Everything started out alright. I walked in and was greeted warmly. The staff was cordial and fast getting me checked in. I got into my room and saw what I expected to see for the price I paid; the furniture was showing its age. But it was tidy and in working order. But it wasn't too long after walking in that the "gag factor" took over. The bathroom […] was awful. Cracks in the ceiling, mold on the air vents, wall paper peeling from the walls, but the biggest issue was the dirt dobber nests attached to the upper corners of the room. The only thing that made this tolerable was that my wife wasn't there to be grossed out by how bad this room was. Upon pulling the spread off the bed (you never leave that gross thing on anywhere), the long black hair stood out on the white linens. The pillow cases, though clean, did little to stop the smell of the pillows they contained. And the next morning, the paper thin and sandpaper rough towels did eventually dry me off. By that point, the egg-filled spider crawling out of the sink was unable to turn my stomach any more than it already was. Needless to say, I won't be back. I feel my review was fair and accurate. We are working with our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are maintained and cleaned with the same quality standard. This is of course predicated on the occupancy at the time. We had a full house these past two weekends so it might have been more challenging. This is the worse hotel I have stayed in! The rooms looked bad and the paint was chipping in various locations. We didn't feel comfortable laying on the sheets! I think this was a drug motel. People in and out all night long.Someone tryed to come in our room durnng the night. The room we had one of the beds were on the floor. The light over the bed was gone. It is about a 10 minute drive depending on traffic from Interstate I-75, and close to city administration offices, Robins AFB, Museum of Aviation, variety of restaurants, and shopping. A city park is only ½ mile away! We apologize if you had a poor TV picture. Televisions, cable reception, and free Wireless Internet are currently being upgraded. There may be a few televisions that need more attention than others. Had you informed our hotel front desk during your visit we would have exchanged rooms for you immediately and effortlessly to your full satisfaction. Our complimentary continental breakfast includes a variety of assorted food items including breads, mini-muffins, waffles, instant oatmeal, six assorted cold cereals, juices, coffee, and fresh fruit. It exceeds that required according to Ramada standards. Perhaps you experienced a busy day when it wasn’t replenished in a timely manner. "Not very sanitary"
I didn't like the fact that I went to buy cleaning supplies so I could take a shower and use the restroom facilities including the sink. The room didn't smell fresh even though it was. On smoking it smelled as if someone smoked. In it. Certainly we did not intend for you buy cleaning supplies to clean your room as that wasn’t necessary. A better solution would have been to contact the front desk and report your dissatisfaction immediately. That way we would have directed our housekeeping team to spot clean, freshen-up and tidy the room. We are very approachable and take time to give personable attention to each guest. Or we could have exchanged your room for another that you found more pleasing. We have a policy of contacting the guest soon after they settle in and ask if they are satisfied with their room--that way we can make immediate corrections if needed. Apparently this was not done and I apologize for this omission. I also conducted an extensive meeting with the entire housekeeping staff to discuss the importance of using the three critical senses of sight, smell, and touch in conjunction with their housekeeping checklists. This will help prevent glaring discrepancies. Ramada Inn is the most established hotel in Warner Robins with 5 ½ acres and 100 guest rooms. With the large quantity of rooms there are bound to be some equipment issues and we apologize if the iron malfunctioned. Hopefully you mentioned it upon checkout so that we could remove the iron. I have addressed our housekeeping manager to inspect irons and other equipment to ensure they are working properly. Please don’t let this experience prevent you from staying at Ramada again. "I would stay somewhere else"
The room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient. That's the only positive things I can say. The internet was up and down, the room and portions of the hotel were very out dated. I can tell they have put much money/effort into maintaining the hotel. I don't think it was in a very good part of town. There was yelling going […] on from like 12-1 A.M. I never checked whether or not police came out or staff put a stop to it. Our reserations were for two nights and we did not even stay one night. The place was very run down. The room was dirty, the air conditioner did not cool the room. The floors were dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned from the last clients. It was all splattered with tooth paste. The vending area was disgusting. The ice machine looked as […] if someone had vomited in it. "Not impressed"
We used to stay here several years ago and it was a pretty nice place to stay. This time was not the same. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel wasn't nasty, but it had a weird smell and we found a blood stain on the bed skirt. It took all of the first night and the next morning for the room to cool down, obviously the A/C had been off […] for a long time because the room was much hotter than the 97 degree outside temp. Since your stay we have brought in our dedicated AC repairman to check and repair the AC units that are not cooling properly. This is an established and respected property and one of the largest in Warner Robins with 100 rooms. Perhaps there are some units that require more attention than others. Our housekeeping manager has been tasked to inspect the appearance of bed skirts and bedding and to ensure rooms have a pleasant fragrance. This has been highlighted on the checklist. Our pool is a very attractive feature for our property--kidney shaped and one of the deepest for a hotel at 9 feet deep. Unfortunately with the hot weather and recent rain we had some clarity challenges and will treat it accordingly to make it crystal clear once again. New pool treatment supplies are on order to rectify this issue. We are sorry and regret the inconvenience it may have caused to you and your family. We take pride in our friendly and personal hospitality and have a flexible exchange policy! If you were not completely satisfied with your room during your stay all that is needed is to contact the front desk and let them know. "Sleeping at a homeless shelter is better"
The hotel A/C was not working. We were taken to another room and the A/C was not working. They told me to get a fan at a local store. The toilet was leaking on the floor of the first room. It is with sincere regret that you found it not to be working. I know with the extreme hot weather lately and with 100 rooms on our property there may have been some cooling problems. We have a dedicated air conditioning maintenance man and also our head housekeeper who is currently checking the AC units in our rooms. I was surprised to hear that our front desk agents advised you to buy a fan! That is surprising to hear as we are very cordial and accommodating to our guests and their requests. We do have fans available to our guests if there are AC inoperable issues and will certainly rooms immediately if it does not meet expectations. I also hope you let our front desk know about the toilet leaking. We have a ticket book for our maintenance man who specializes in plumbing. Nevertheless we have alerted him to leakage in our rooms. Regarding “undesirables” we have many guests from families to business personnel, construction crews, vacationers and extended stays at our property. We are close to the Warner Robins city offices and law enforcement center. So it was not out of the norm for them to be conducting their daily patrols which is a great service to our community. "NOT A GOOD HOTEL"

The first set is for decoration only and does not close. The second set is sheer and has a pull to close; finally the third set is called a blackout curtain and does close completely to provide total darkness for ease in sleeping. The front desk would have easily given instructions if notified, or exchanged the room immediately if desired during your stay. You will be pleased to know that we have very comfortable mattresses, both microwaves AND fridges, new shower fixtures, and cable TV with 2 premium movie cable channels. We also have a Wireless Internet company that is available 24/7 for any Internet connectivity issues. Our 5 ½ acre property includes a 9 foot deep kidney shaped swimming pool set away from busy traffic. There is also a kiddy pool for families. Recently we purchased tables and grills for our picnic area. Please don’t let this one-time episode prevent you from staying at our hotel again. You can be assured that we provide very affordable rooms for the price that is hard to beat for a mid-scale hotel in this area.

"Ramada Warner Robins"
The bathroom was dirty. The cleaning staff only cleans the toilet bowl...the exterior of the toilet, the walls, the floor, shower walls all had urine stains and spots. The swimming pool was disgusting, cloudy, dirty. I asked that maintenance check it out and was told it would not be checked until Monday. I was a weekend stay. The breakfast bar had […] hot sausage, but no hot eggs? Seemed odd, one without the other. The hotel grounds and landscaping was not up to Ramada standards. As a result, we created a more precise checklist to ensure all guestrooms and public areas are checked from top to bottom with more attention to detail. The swimming pool is one of our most attractive features! We are sorry that you found it to be a disappointment. Our maintenance man constantly monitors the clarity of the water so it is surprising that you found it cloudy that day. We take pride in its unique features including its exclusive surroundings set away from traffic and that it is 9 feet deep. New pool furniture has replaced older chairs and tables and we are in the process of buying more. Many improvements have been made since the hotel was flagged with new ownership and management in August 2009. A professional landscaping company comes twice a month, cuts the grass and prunes bushes and trees around the 5 ½ acre motel—the largest in Warner Robins. we were complimented by the city for our excellent landscaping maintenance Our continental breakfast features a variety of assorted food items including baked items, waffles, instant oatmeal, and six assorted cold cereals which is more than the Ramada requirements. Also offered are a variety of juices and fruits. We are glad you enjoyed the sausage patties which we alternate with the egg patties depending on availability. Please don’t let this one-time episode prevent you from staying at our hotel again. We know that you will discover that our hotel offers affordable rates for comfort, location, complimentary amenities, and friendly service. This hotel was gross! The first room we had smelled like mold really bad, the carpet was nasty, the furniture and bathroom was very worn and dirty. We had to ask for another room because of the terrible smell and our second room smelled better but was still in the same condition through out. The lobby area had a very strong smell of smoke and the public […] restroom behind the front desk smelled of urine. This place needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom and updated. "Did not meet expectations"
I'm usually not that terribly picky about the hotel I stay in but this one definately did not meet my expectations for a 3 star hotel. When we walked into the room, there was a definate musty smell. I chalked it up to the a/c not being on yet . However, after chasing several flies in my room for the next hour, and the fact that the wallpaper was cracking, […] the sink was half way clogged up when being used, the bathroom light worked when it wanted to, and there was mold on the ceiling, my optimism took a beating. When I tried using the free WiFi, my connection kept get knocked off constantly. The pool was open but there was only one chair for everyone to use.... Secondly we apologize for inconveniences during your stay with us. With 100 rooms on the property it is evident that you had a room that needed more attention than others. Our head housekeeper is currently training newly hired housekeepers on cleanliness standards. Our top priority is to ensure each room is cleaned from top to bottom and lighting fixtures are working properly. The hotel also has a very efficient maintenance man on property and a well established plumber on call. Both could have helped unclog your sink immediately if a call was made to the front desk. We apologize if your Wireless Internet was not working at the time. We do have a 24-hour professional Wi-Fi company/help center that is readily available should you have connection problems. They state there were no complaints raised to them at that time. In case you have ticket # pleased forward to us for our immediate action. Additionally some equipment has been updated to enhance connection in all areas of our 5 1/2 acre property. We are glad that you enjoyed our pool while you were here as it just opened recently for the summer season. It is a deep kidney shaped pool and we take great pride in its features. You will be happy to know that we are receiving new pool furniture to provide more comfort for our guests. We have a fine reputation for our friendly and amicable guest services. "visiting for funeral"
the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very close to funeral home and my Uncle's home, the check in person was very polite , friendly & helpful. The main complaint was in the morning before leaving I wanted to take a shower, the water had very low pressure & when I pulled the curtain closed, which was pushed together,... had mildew all over […] it ! I took a very quick shower & checked out ! I was going the tell the young man at the desk but he was bragging about the hotel & I didn't say a word ! the second reason was I had asked for 2nd floor (smoking only) but was given 1st because 2nd floor had a problem & was having to clean again? the room smelled really clean & nice only the shower curtains need replacing ! "PLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF STAY"
We were pleasantly surprised and had the good experience of staying at this Ramada Hotel in Warner Robins for 2 nights while on business. We were a little skeptical of the hotel due to some “not so good old reviews” prior to making our reservation. But our experience of this hotel turned out to be as good as one would expect. The front desk was very […] courteous, and caring, room was very clean and had new HD TV, had new mattresses, new chairs, and had fresh and ample breakfast. I saw a lot of new renovation work which must have been done recently and some was still in progress. I was told that very soon the hotel would have a new “full size internet lounge room” for guests and business meetings. That would be awesome for our business needs. "I can not recommend"
This was one of expedia's blinded "deals". The price was good but this was billed as a 3 star hotel. The staff were very pleasant and cooperative. We requested a rollaway bed which was delivered quickly but with stained blankets. We had to request towels as none were in the room. Beds were comfortable but also with stains on the linens. Door wouldn't […] lock so we had to reload the car to go out while that was fixed. Bathroom ceiling was peeling and mouldy. Guests will be happy to know that we offer cable with 2 premium movie channels and free Wireless Internet with 24-hour service. Our maintenance crew is trained to repair bathroom fixtures, lighting, and adjust heaters and air conditioning to the guest’s preferences. We also have a dedicated HVAC technician, electrician, and plumber that are on call for more complex issues. All we ask is the guest inform us immediately if not satisfied. We have a very generous policy of exchanging rooms immediately and could have easily done this if the Front Desk was informed during your stay. It is our policy for guests to eat breakfast in the dining area for safety and room sanitation purposes. However, if guests desire to have coffee or juice soon after the breakfast hours are over we certainly can oblige if asked! After the breakfast hours are over we store food items in our deep freezer and refrigerator. Perhaps you arrived when breakfast hours were over. If so we are sorry for your inconvenience. Here at the Ramada Inn, Warner Robins we offer a variety of assorted food items including mini-muffins, doughnuts, bagels, toast, waffles, instant oatmeal, six assorted cold cereals, cranberry and orange juice, coffee, bananas, oranges and apples. In addition we have now started offering egg and sausage patties. Regarding the incense smell--our rooms are scented only with air freshener from a well known brand on the market. Ever flexible we often change scents to be most pleasing to the guests. It is always recommended that guests come directly to the front desk if displeased with their rooms. "Good value hotel"
The hotel was about 10 mins off the interstate which was a little more than expected - but at the time we arrived the traffic wasn't too bad. The staff was nice. The room was a good size for us. It had a fridge and microwave which was a plus. Breakfast was just cereal, toast, and small bagels. They had sausage but it was gone before we arrived. Room was clean but hotel is old and run down. Water stains on the walls and ceiling, desk in room had a big crack in it, no 'auto' feature on in-room climate control. The Ramada Inn, Warner Robins is an established hotel with excellent one-on-one customer service--attentive to each and every guest that walks through our doors. Management has a very generous policy of exchanging rooms immediately if the guest is not happy with their room. All we require is that guests inform the front desk during their stay. In 2009 management undertook a major renovation with a $580K injection to reflag the hotel as the Ramada Inn & Conference Center. Improvements included new carpeting in pre-function hallway, replacing roof, breakfast area modification, and cabinetry refurbishment. Improvements are ongoing. Rooms contain newly purchased mattresses and ergonometric chairs for our desk tables. Curved shower rods and new adjustable showerheads have replaced older bathroom fixtures for greater ease and comfort. Rooms are equipped with wireless Internet, coffee makers, and both mini microwaves and fridges. We are now replacing older televisions with flat screen cable ready TVs with two premium movie channels. A dedicated staff member is working hand in hand with housekeeping to inspect all 100 rooms and common areas. This aggressive approach to put “eyeballs to walls” and fix discrepancies is a positive step to ensure rooms are the quality expected of our guests. More attention has also been placed on our continental breakfast offerings for quality and freshness. You can rest assured that we provide very affordable rooms for a price that is hard to beat for a mid-scale hotel in this area.
