I ask for a king bed and got two twin size. ask for non-smoking and the room reaked of smoke, could hardly breath. Will never stay aga9in nor recommend to anyone.

Hotel staff was rude. "Non-smoking" room reeked of cigaretts, and when I asked for a new one, they gave us a room completely drenched in aerosol, with no oxygen left.

when we checked in the tv was on and blairing. i called the front desk an they got us taken care of pronto. for what i paid for the nightly rate it was a great deal and would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay

I went with my Senior Father and the elevator was broke. The Breakfast was shut down and replace with a coffee table in the lobby. The ballrooms and restaurant had been leased to third parties. Should have been a great Hotel in the past but affected by recession. Anyway the rooms where very comfy.

For the price point of the hotel - I was very pleased with the level of service of the employees and the cleanliness of the hotel. I felt safe and it the employees were very friendly.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was older but clean. For the price, we were very satisfied.

People should stay as far away from this hotel as possible. The building looks like it is about to collapse in on itself. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling in the hallways. Metal pieces of the structure are covered in rust and look like they are crumbling. The elevator on my side of the building was not working. There were signs on the second […] and third floor to tell you this but not on the first. So, people would press the button and sit there waiting until they got frustrated and took the stairs. I went to use the ice machine on the 1st floor and there was a sign on it that it was out of service and to use the machine on the 2nd floor. When I got to the second floor there was a sign on that machine that it was out of order and to go to the front desk. (This is where I noticed the sign on the elevator doors). The fire alarm went off at 1:00 in the morning. When I tried to call the front desk, I noticed there was no dial tone on the phone. When I looked at the phone closer, I noticed there was no phone line connecting the phone to the wall. When I reported this the next morning I was told that the phone didn't work anyway and was going to need to be replaced. There were holes in the wall, exposed electrical outlets, stains on the towels, and the carpets looked so grungy I never took off my socks. I don't recommend staying here at all. Mehr

WHILE THERE THE POLICE CAME OUT AND WE WERE TOLD THERE IS LOTS OF DRUGS IN THAT PLACE AND IT WAS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. THERE WAS A PARTY GOING ON AT THE POOL AND YOU COULD TELL THERE WAS LOTS OF DRINKING AND OTHER STUFF GOING ON. IT WAS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE MY CHILD WHEN ALL WE WANTED WAS A ROOM FOR THE WEEKEND WITH A POOL

HOTEL TENDANANT WAS RUID.HOTEL MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.I DID NOT GET TO STAY THE NIGHT BECAUSE THE ROOM ASSIGNED 333 AIR CONDITION DID NOT WORK. THE LADY A THE FRONT DESK WAS ON THE PHONE SPEAKING WITH A FRIEND AND WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD CALL MAINTANCE OR ASSIGN US ANOTHER ROOM SHE SAID TO GO BACK O THE ROOM AND SHE WOULD CALL […] THE MANAGER I TOLD HER I WOULD STAY THERE AND SHE SMACKED HER MOUTH AND TOLD HER FRIEND SHE WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK. SHE REALLY DID NOT ACT LIKE SHE WANTED TO HELP.WHEN SHE GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE MANAGER SHE GAVE THE PHONE TO ME AND THE MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD FAX A LETTER STATING WE COULD NOT STAY IN A ROOM DUE TO VACANCY AND AIR. the hotel itself is built very well. beautiful pool. spacious lobby and wide hallways. rooms were big. but poor management. rooms were dirty. I stayed there for 4 days and none of the days we got our rooms cleaned. no fresh towels were provided. dirty. towels were dirty. carpet dirty. cockroaches everywhere. elevator didnt work which is a huge hassle […] since if your staying a hotel you usually have luggage with you. and you have to carry all that luggage upstairs using the stairs. if they invested money and fixed all the problems, they could be charging 100 dollars a night. the building itself feels alot more upper scale than the rooms they offer. too bad. huge investment opportunity. Hotel charged me for 20 extra days because desk staff did not enter my check out in the computer. Avoid this hotel like the plague!

We got there very late at night and the desk clerk, first night on the job, did a great job. She was on a smoking break, but she showed us to our room through the hotel since it was so dark outside and we did not know how to get to it. She was very nice. The door didn't seem to close all of the way on our room, so we put the table and chairs up against […] it. No t.v. remote, no kleenex, no shampoo bottles, but there were 2 little bars of soap in a package. The clock didn't work at all...wasn't even on. It was okay for the price and just to stay the night. Words can not describe. The hotel rents weekly/monthly. Not what I would consider family-friendly. We have a small dog and had reserved a pet friendly room. The room smelled horrible. We decided we could not stay- and we are not picky people. On a positive, the hotel did refund our money with no hassle.

This simple quiet motel provides a variety of room options with both courtyard and perimeter rooms on three floors. There are few amenities, but the room was clean and the surroundings quiet. The wi-fi only worked in the motel lobby and there is no continental breakfast, but for the price I am not complaining. There were plenty of restaurants nearby […] as well as shopping. It is convenient to the interstate and ultimately to Atlanta. Mehr

The staff was very nice, but the hotel itself was awful. They advertise wireless, but you could not get on. The outlets were unsafe and could not keep my phone charge in the outlet, it kept falling out. The tub stop was completely broken and the toilet kept running after every flush, so I had to remove the cover to fix it to where it would not run anymore. […] I even tried to change rooms and the other room they offered me was worse than the room I was in. This is a basic motel with a cheap rate, but also lacking in services. Was never able to get the internet to work. Heater in the room did not work and temps got pretty cold that night. Ice machines out of service. This once was a good motel, but not sure I'd stay there again with all the issues. Great price, but overall not much other than a clean room […] with plenty of maintenance issues. Good availability of food/restaurants, but be warned that this is very basic facility. Mehr

Rooms smelled musty-not enough towels for 2 people to take a shower and only one face cloth.

Room had white musty spots on floor, a match was on the floor when I got there and was still there when I left. Not enought help at front desk-no ice machines worked so each time you wanted ice you had to go to the front desk. Did not have refrigerator or microwave in room as promised, even the remote did not work and the front desk had no batteries […] or a trade. Mehr

Broken Wifi, broken wall outlet, broken elevator, and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. I asked the front desk on the first day of my four day stay about these issues and she said they were being worked on. Nothing was fixed by the time I left. The price was cheap, but I would have rather spent a few bucks more for a place […] where things worked. Mehr
