My only problem was that I did not realize this was a smoking room. The Hotel was booked the first night but they volunteered to move me the next day. Great place and service.

I loved the room I went to the hotel for rest and comfort. The only thing wrong with the first two rooms I got were still occupied. It's no fun walking in on people in their rooms. I think the rooms should be double checked at the doubletree hotel.

Well it was a romantic getaway for me and my husband along with 2 other couples, and we had a blast. The staff accomodated everyone with loving,welcoming, bright smiles and huge warm delicious chocalte chip cookie in a beautiful lil bag lol. Very nice beautiful lobby, fitness room,business room. The rooms were beautiful kind of small but very clean […] and comfortable. Bathroom small but very clean. We checked out on Sunday and they even had church service going.Over all this was a great hotel and would recommend it to anyone:) Mehr

The staff at Double Tree hotels are always very kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and they had a free shuttle that would take you anywhere during the day. I stayed at a Fairfield Inn and a Best Western before and after this hotel and the difference was night and day. I'd recommend this to anyone planning on staying in Roswell

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. I had requested a smoking floor, but the rooms needed better ventilation.

very close to where I wanted to be, room was comfortable, staff exceptionally helpful. Surprise it included a full breakfast daily. very nice.

DoubleTree Atlanta/Roswell is a beautiful hotel.The staff was very professional,handled request`s quickly & pleasantly.The food in the restaurant was Delicious & the hotel`s location was perfectly surrounded by all types of shopping ,sportsbars ,activities&restaurants.We enjoyed our stay & will stay there anytime we are in Atlanta.Iwould highly reccommend […] it to anyone Mehr

We generally were disappointed. The facilities were nice but poorly run. The first night of our stay, there was a lot of yelling and other noise in the hallway off and on. I was going to complain at the front desk the next morning, but a neighbor beat me to it, noting she had complained during the disruption with no results. When I went to my car […] that morning, I found a paper bag with a device associated with recreational drug use in it in the parking lot. I turned it in to security, suggesting the events might be connected. Lastly, in a two-night stay I never got a cookie. I really wanted a cookie. Mehr

Very courteous, the bar even made fresh coffee on Thanksgiving night to our request! The rooms are a bit small, but were sound-proof and did not hear neighbors at all until they closed the door. The hotel is designed nicely. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if the price is right.

Our stay at the Doubletree Atlanta Roswell was amazing! Check in went very quickly and the warm cookies were delish. Our room was very neat and clean when we walked in, plenty of pillows and towels. The view was awesome, the hotels sits on a hill which allows you to overlook part of the the city. The surrounding area was very nice and we only had about […] a 15 minute drive to reach downtown. If you need accommodations outside of downtown Atlanta, this is a fine choice. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and the price is right. You're greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies, a great way to start your stay. The workout room is adequate, and the outdoor pool is small but refreshing when the temp hit 100! The room, while nicely decorated, was […] a little tight for three, so if you're travelllng with kids, you might want larger than a double. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and stay again. My husband and I used the Doubletree Atlanta Roswell for our wedding and we still go back every couple of months for staycations. We really enjoy this hotel. The rooms are always clean and up to par and the staff is always friendly!

Excellent value, clean rooms/ great service. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Upon check-in, we knew we were nothing but a hassle. When we attempted to fulfill the full breakfast that came with our reservation, they demanded to see the actual reservation confirmation. When It was delivered, they pulled in multiple people to examine the document I had simply printed off with the phrase *Full Breakfast* plainly written. Reluctantly […] they gave us coupons for breakfast but asked if they could make a copy of my reservation print off. We felt as if they were accusing us of scamming them. The following morning we went through the full investigation as we did the morning before. I told them I wasn't sure what the issue was and they confessed that they had received multiple reservations like mine with the full breakfast that weekend. They made us feel so uncomfortable the full weekend and then to find out I wasn't the only one with such a reservation, I was quite annoyed. They had a question they should've addressed with their corporate office and not belittle their customers. On top of it all, the room was down right hot the entire weekend. Apparently the air in the entire hotel was not working well. The pool was also quite disgusting. There was trash floating in the pool which contained a band-aid floating on the surface. Simply nasty.
