schönes gepflegtes hotel, große wohnung, voll ausgestattete küche, waschmaschine und trockner, kleines frühstück inklusive... sonst nicht viel zu tun, nur als übernachtungsaufhenthalt zu nutzen um umgebung zu erkunden.

Das einzige was negativ war ist das es sehr viele Schnacken/Mücken im Zimmer gab. Gegenüber in einer Anlage gab es einen See ein Paradies für Blutsauger. Hatte jede Nacht so um die 10 Stück auf dem Gewissen ;-).

Saw bugs in my room bathroom, room looked to be updated but not done partially. Bathroom needs overhaul. I have stayed here twice, only because of convenience. Would not stay here if i was traveling with my family. Hotel is definately dated. Price point is what you get, but i have stayed at less expensive places that were 4 star quality, not this one. "Very Pleased...."
I found the hotel to be very clean and when we did register a complaint it was taken care of immediately. The hotel was very centrally located to all the events that we attended during our stay. We did have a little trouble with being interrupted during a nap in the afternoon but overall everything was very satisfactory.

I spent a week there for business,and it was a week of total disaster. This place is a dump. The walls are filthy in the common areas and the carpet is a disaster. it looks like it has not been washed or painted in 20+ years. My initial room they gave me had only a bed that was hard as a rock and a 20 year old TV on a dresser to match. Also a small […] round table with two ratty chairs. No place to sit my baggage and no place to sit and relax ... The room was a total dump. The bath room was horrible. I complained. to the front desk and they moved mt to a "suite" .... What a joke! IT was the same style room with a two seat couch added to the room. The same old 20yr old TV in the room that did not even work. I have to call again to complain. My advise is to find another place to stay, this place is the pits. Mehr

"Great hotel"
Staff was very friendly and helpful, after checking in the front desk staff called up to our room to make sure everything was okay. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices - waffles, bagels, muffins, danishes, toast, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juices, milk. the staff was very polite and extremly helpful- we had a couple little glitches w/ the room (broke coffee pot, frig not working) and they responded Immediatley. they even found our BP machine in a room we checked into earlier and broiught it up to us. Kudo's to them all.

"Not A Good Experience; Not Helpful; Not Comfy"
My experience at this hotel three days ago was not enjoyable. The customer service was non-existent. The front desk was inadequately staffed, I could not get the clerk to check lost and found for my phone charger, I called back to the hotel after leaving and still couldn't get service. The place smelled bad. Other guest reported that their room smelled […] bad. Taco Bell was the only dining close by. This is NOT the place where you'll find comfort or customer service if that is what you're looking for. Not a good value for the money. You can do better. Mehr

"Just ok"
This hotel was just ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the "remodeled" room was done very poorly. There were still holes in the wall where something was hung, poor paint job and there were holes in the wall in the bathroom that needed fixing. only would recommend for people who are looking for a cheap room. Oh and by the way the […] parking lot floods so much that you can't use the main entrance, so if its raining be careful where you park. The signs stating they are not responsible for car damage are there for a reason. Mehr
"NEW LOOK UPDATES CONTINUE"
Pool was closed and not able to use. Was told due to new carpet installed and not sure why pool closed. Wifi in room on first floor connected for only 15 minutes once. Very low connectivity and very disappointing. Not had time to go to business center at 1:00 AM while preparing for presentation to be given Saturday morning. Was awakened at 7:25 AM Sunday […] morning - his last day of stay - by the emergency alarm. After exiting the building as instructed by emergency instructions never had any employee come to tell me it was an error in the equipment until I made my way back inside to the front desk. Also told that it has happened numerous times and the fire department even had sent trucks in the past. The employee at the desk apologized for the inconvenience.. Overall will tell others to try this hotel just ask a few question of the front desk person once you arrive. Overall this stay gets a dissatisfying 2. Mehr

"Don't Do It!!"
As a company using this motel for our employees over the last few months, we originally found it acceptable. However, the last month or so, it is totally unacceptable. I received a picture from our employee of the hallways and was told that they were hammer drilling the walls at 10:30 at night! We will not be using this hotel again.
"Under Construction"
This will be a nice hotel with a good location once the construction is completed. The hotel management should not let out rooms on floors that are being rebuilt. At this time I would not recommend the hotel as the construction mess is unacceptable.

I agree with most that I should have been notified about the work going on there when I made the reservation. The hotel looked very run down and not very clean. Our room was not bad except for the carpet which was dirty and had a hole in it. With all of that being said, I was very impressed with the hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful. […] The breakfast offered in the morning was very nice. I was surprised to see hot waffles and hard boiled eggs were among the choices. The only thing that actually bothered me was that we were in a room with 2 double beds, which I feel would suggest thier would be at least 2 occupants but only one bar of soap and only one wash cloth:) For the price it was fine. Employees have stayed here several times over the last few weeks. They report that they have always been very satisfied until last night when there was many roaches in their bathroom. They are scheduled to stay again and will update this review after that.

The hotel is undergoing major rennovations and this was not mentioned. There is a lot of work needed to get this hotel up to a good review.
renovation made the stay less than desirable. Pool condition wasnt up to par didnt use it. Took too long to get the room made up. The surrounding neighbor hood wasnt that pleasant. only one snack machine and the prices were unreal. Not sure if I would stay there again. on a scale of one to five I will give it a three overall maybe when the work is done […] it will be better but it is inconvenient to be doing renovation with people staying there not a safe feeling to most people. Bathroom was not clean at all. Pieces of the AC unit were just laying on the floor. Broken tv sitting in hallway. Too close to highway.
The room was clean, The staff was very helpful. The carpet wasn't as clean as I'd like. The A/C unit had major problems. Very, Very noisy! And the unit leaked water, creating a large puddle on the ugly carpet. All in All, the hotel was convenient to everything. The bed and bathroom was clean. The pricing was good too.

It seems this hotel had been vacant for months and the people there now just took it over. That was fine and we understand why carpets were so filthy. However; we don't understand, if you have a guest in the room, there should be toilet paper, soap, the proper amount of wash cloths & towels, a tv remote that should work, a bad drip in the tub and a […] tub that was so dirty my husband and I wouldn't even take a shower. The hotel was certain convenient to a business meeting I had but unless they improve the place I won't stay again. The staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some rennovations, and the bathroom in my room needs a little repair. For my needs it was great and I'm sure it will be better once the rennovations are complete

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room had a slight smell of mold/mildew and the "renovated" room we were in needed LOTS of work. The carpet and upholstered chairs were badly stained. The tub leaked and there was evidence of mildew in the bathroom. On the day of check-out the door said checkout was at 12noon, the housekeeper […] was knocking on the door at 10:55am insisting that we get out until I called the front desk for an extension. There was a construction crew at the hotel that started their work at 8:00am (lots of noise) with so much force from their equipment that it shook our room (we were on the 5th floor) Even at the reduced rate I would not go back to this hotel until they completed their renovations. "Poor Condition"
This hotel is in transition, changing from a LaQuinta to a Comfort Inn. It is in poor condition, old and run down. The lock was falling off the door and the first room we were in had stains on the sheets. The staff was nice about changing our room, but the overall feel was not great. Clientle left something to be desired. A family got in a fight while […] my children and I were having breakfast in the dining room and they were yelling obscenities at each other. Mehr
"Avoid this hotel"
This hotel was under major construction and should have not been rented to anyone till it finish. The room were dirty, and the place as a whole was not fit for people to have a good experience while in Florida.

"Good place to stay in Winter Park"
Close to highway 4, restaurants, shopping, etc. Hotel was changing over to another chain so there was a fair amount of construction. Didn't hear any of the work going on and for the most part, workers kept to themselves. Room was pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and pretty good selection of food. "Definitely nice for the money"
Clean, nice breakfast, rooms were nice. Couldn't believe the extremey low price! HOWEVER, the downside was when I went to take a shower in the morning there was NO hot water. It wasn't warm, it was cold. I told them as I left but had to take a COLD SHOWER! Everything else was great.

Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, even during our midnight check-in. We had reserved 2 rooms but the website didn't reserve them as connecting. He inquired about our group and changed our rooms to a connecting pair without me even having to ask. Hallways and overall hotel appearance is worn and a little dirty looking, but room and all linens […] were very clean. No noise from I-4 right outside window. Continental breakfast was more than we expected - a great value if you are traveling with kids. This hotel is not 5 star, but is perfectly fine if you are on a budget or don't require a lot of fancy stuff. NOTE: bring your own toiletries as bathroom supply is small. Mehr

The hallway carpets looked dirty and greasy. The computer room had no ventalation. My main problem was that I called the front desk and asked for a wake up call. It never came, so I started off on the wrong foot. I expressed my disappointment to the front desk. That night I again requested a wake-up call.. It never came either. I would never go b […] ack. We are currently in the process of converting to a Comfort Inn & Suites and have recently started renovations for this conversion. We will be replacing the hallway carpets and have already started replacing the furniture and linens in the rooms. The hotel did not have a sign which made it hard to find. There is no listing on 411 for the hotel because it has like 3 different days. It rained the day we got there and the entrance to the hotel was flooded to my knees. I had to take my shoes off, hike up my dress and walk through it to check in. When I walked inside the lady behind the counter made […] a smart comment about " typical Florida weather" as if it that would make amends. We could not get the door to open to our room, after going downstairs they informed me that I had to twist the door handle up, which would've been nice to know ahead of time.The alarm clock was blaring as we walked in. Everything in our room including the sheets smelled like mildew. I booked the room for 3 people and there were only 2 towels in the room, when I called the front desk she told me that the extra towels were at the front desk and I would need to come get it myself. The cable kept going in and out making it impossible to watch. There was a baby screaming in the room next to us the entire night, despite the fact that the hotel appeared to be vacant our rooms were next to each other. If we didn't need to shower we would have been better off sleeping in our car. Mehr

I'd recommend this hotel for someone for a couple reasons. The staff was very nice and professional and If you want something right off of the freeway with out paying a lot, it's okay. I was told they've been in business as Winter Park Inn and Suites for 3 months but the hotel has not changed the signs, they are covered with blue tarp so you might miss […] it at first. It used to be LaQuinta. There was no info in the room as to places to eat or go and no phone book but the bed was comfortable and they gave me a room with a fridge and microwave free of charge. Mehr
