Hotel war sehr voll.Zimmer könnten sauberer sein.Wenn man zur Putzzeit nicht gestört werden wollte kam an dem Tag auch niemand mehr.Laute Klimaanlage.Haustiere sind wohl erlaubt was,sich dadurch auszeichnette das auf dem Gang zu den Zimmern Hundekot war der auch in 12 Tagen nicht entfernt wurde.Wir waren schon öfter in dem Hotel,wegen der guten Lage,aber […] es war schon besser.Dafür ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir dieses Motel/Hotel gewählt. Mehr brauchen wir nicht. Beheizter Pool, weitläufiges Gelände mit direktem Parkplatz vor der Tür und Old Town in der Nachbarschaft. Durch die direkte Lage an der 192 sind die Parks (Disney, Universal, Lego etc...) schnell zu erreichen. Lokale für Frühstück und Dinner sind ausreichend und […] vielfältig vorhanden. Supermärkte wie Publix und WalMart in direkter Nähe - Auto jedoch immer erforderlich und empfohlen. Mehr

leider war W-LAN nur sehr selten verfügbar... =( und die Kaffeemaschiene war leider nicht vorhanden... Der Rest war bestens!!! Zimmer gross und sauber, Kühlschrank, Mikriwelle, Bügeleisen vorhanden. Schöner Pool mit Wirlpool. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Zufuss sind einige Restaurants, Shops etc. erreichbar.

Das Seralago war eine Enttäuschung. Die vielen guten Bewertungen, die uns zur Buchung veranlassten, sind uns völlig unverständlich. Sämtliche Zimmer sind abgewohnt, das Mobiliar von Holzwürmern durchbohrt, die Vorhänge verschimmelt! Im Bad waren die Armaturen verrostet, die Klimaanlage war halb von der Wand gebrochen. Es war ein sehr angehnemer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool, liegt günstig für Ausflüge und hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein NR-Zimmer gebucht, es roch aber nach starkem Rauch. Wir haben problemlos ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.

Great price & location to parks

I was happy with the location. I was happy with the ease of check in and out. I was happy they had several amenities for the kids! Beds were super comfy. The negatives were the bedspread had gum stuck to it, the room was a little musty and out dated. The magnet for do not disturb fell off or someone took it. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel […] and it met our needs as somewhere to sleep. Vineyard cafe had a breakfast buffet but at 8 am it was horrible tasting. I suggest never pay that much for a horrible meal again! Too many other nice places nearby. Mehr

Room was fine for the rate charged. location was excellant since our event we were attending was less than 2 miles from Hotel.

Pros: helpful & friendly personnel, reasonably clean room & bathroom, close to nearby theme parks, smoke-free facility. Cons: beds are incredibly old and hard; we woke up with horrible back pain every morning and therefore could not fully enjoy the parks for the rest of the day.

The Kidsuite is perfect for a not-so-expensive room with a bit more privacy than most. Kids love it, especially with the video game rentals. It's a bit older, but looks good for the age. No hidden fees at check in. Lots of hotel staff presence, and no worries about safety. Tons to do in the neighborhood and a short drive to Disney.

I booked this room based on the pictures and "amenties" offered by this so called resort. I stayed a total of 30 minutes just long enough to book another hotel and check out. The carpet was stained and dirty, the chairs in the room were broken, there were bugs in the bathroom and the beds were only a little bigger than a twin. I went to the front desk […] to check out and guest services didn't act interested or care to even ask why I was checking out 30 minutes after I had checked in. I asked the girl "Don't you even want to know why I won't stay here?" She replied, "No, you already paid." and just shrugged her shoulders. Mehr

The hotel was in a great location to many different restaurants and really close to old town. 10-15 min from Disney parks the hotel shuttles only pick up from magic kingdom so if you were in any other Disney park you had to make your way to Magic Kingdom which really sucked so i used my car instead. The beds were to hard the room smelled weird the bathroom […] was really small to some it up the price was great the location too but the room wasn't what you hope for its true you do get what you pay for. Oh and one last thing the buffet is not worth the price at all i tired it one day and it was horrible. Mehr

It is not a 3 star. More like 2. That said it was easy access, helpful front desk, clean, yet well worn. That dampness of the room was difficult to adjust to. Happy it was just one night stay. A good value for the money. We expected nothing more.

it was nice and comfortable for us and the kids. they have their own little section. The disney parks are real close by . i didnt get to enjoy the pool but the hotel its self was nice. i love the breakfast they have .. ver convinient especially for us that had a lot of little ones. i would stay there again if i ever go to Disney. Even better that they […] have a fridge. its also near alot of places to eat and to shop. Can't complain. the family and husband loved it Mehr

It was reasonable. Doesn't have a stove top in studio suites. So you really can't make any meals, also no utensils, cups, or plates. Lots of room in the two room suite.

it was ok but i found out when i got home i took the kids t the hospital cause they were itching and they told me that they had bed bugs bite in there legs..

A good housekeeping staff and the room was comfortable.

I MUST REDO MY MINI ROMANTIC GETAWAY AGAIN!! THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE IN HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE DRAIN AND THE WATER OVERFLOWED FROM THE SHOWER AND DRENCHED MY BATHROOM FLOOR. GOT MOVED AROUND AT 3AM BY AN EMPLOYEE THAT DID NOT KNOW HIS WAY AROUND PREMISES. I PAID FOR A KING ROOM THEY TRIED PUTTING ME IN A ROOM WITH A FULL SIZE BED WHEN MY HUSBAND IS 6'2". […] WHEN WE FINALLY GET TO ANOTHER ROOM THE SHEETS HAD HOLES IN THEM. THE NEXT DAY ROOM SERVICE FORGOT TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. VERY POOR SERVICE. HOTEL NEEDS TO BE IN BETTER CONDITION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!! Mehr

Perfectly fine hotel. True, not the Ritz, but a quarter of the price of a Disney Resort.

Old room and we had the suite room by the pool. Very old and dirty! Needs to be updated and have better cleaning people their! Bathtub was dirty and had someone hair in it! Bed sheets dirty and floor was sooo DIRTY! I will not stay their again but I guess you get what you pd for!

We booked a kids suite they put us in a standard room, it was in terrible condition, stained carpet bed appeared to be sagging.i returned to front desk to tell them of the mistake. It was taken care of in a quick courteous manner. When we got in our right room I was relieved. The kid suite was much better.

This hotel condition is disgusting. The rooms were dirty (our party had several rooms), the furniture was falling apart, the beds were like sleeping on box springs, the sheets were not properly fitted and came off the beds as soon as you got in them, there were spaces so big on the front door that lizards and small frogs came in through the spaces. […] There was also black mold on the inside of the windows and in the bathrooms. When we arrived I had to call the front desk to come and clean up the carpet, there was dirt and stains all over the carpet and the room smelled of mold. We got there Friday night after a long drive and went to the bar for a nightcap and found the bar locked up tight at only 8 pm. All in all I would NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever stay there again when there are so many other hotels in the area for the same price. The only positive I have is that the staff was friendly. Mehr

We were very happy with our stay at Seraloga Hotel. All the places we had planned to visit were very close to the hotel. Dysney parks, restaurants, beach, overall very satisfied!!

The staff is amazing, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to help..........the rooms are very much 70's dated has an unclean feeling from the couch to the beds ..... had to request fresh linen every evening just to sleep on top of the provided linen........... housekeeper during my stay was amazing she understood my discomfort and added special […] touches to help make my visit a little less painful........... sorry to say even if this was a place just to rest my head for one evening I still would have the same outcome Mehr

The desk clerk that checked us in was extremely rude. After booking a smoking room we were told that there were no smoking king rooms. One of the hot tubs were under repair. Kids in 2nd hot tub area without adults (sign says children must be at least 14 to be there without an adult, these were 8-10 year old kids) Hotel needs to be updated. Many maintanence […] issues. doesnt look anything like pictures posted. pictures posted must be from when they first opened it. wasn't satisfied at all. can stay at a better hotel for the same price tou will pay.

The hotel is slightly older, this is true. It is maintained pretty well, and in our experience looked good for the age of the property. We got the kids suite, which our son really enjoyed. It is true that the tv in the kids area is near to the large bed and other tv, so it gets loud if you're both watching tv, but other than that, it is a great room. […] Check-in was seemless, even after hours. There are no other hidden fees or resort amenity charges to pay when you check in. Breakfast looked good but we slept in and missed it. Same for the pool, even though it has extended hours as well. The place is showing her age. No doubt about it. She's worn. Rating it a 3 Star is a very close and optimistic call. The toilet backed up in our room for no particular reason. We requested another room but were unsuccessful. A staff member was sent to clean the bathroom and disinfect. An "engineer" was to be dispatched but that never occurred. We encountered […] noisy guests who were up quite late having what appeared to be a good time. We however, wanted to get some sleep. The staff were nice and courteous. The breakfeast buffet was okay too for the price. I am however unable to recommend this hotel to anyone without some measure of forewarning. A toilet backing up in a hotel room is quite serious to the average hotel guest after all. If you have to stay there, suggest you opt for a 2nd or 3rd story room. The place really could use a significant remodel. Don't forget the plumbing. Lastly, this place was rated "Disney Approved" hotel. I would like to see a program started whereby a Disney Representative would have to spend a couple of nights at these places before rating them as such. I think that fair and reasonable. Thank you. I stayed at this Hotel in the past a couple of times amd really like it. This last visit i would have to say that the $25 hotel down the road had a better mattress. I could feel the the coils and it was super squeekie. If it wasnt for how tired i was both nights i sayed i would not of had a good nights rest.

Great stay! Family trip with surronding hotels of family members unbelievable close!.My 79yr.Old Mom asked to be moved closer to the front desk.It wasn't. A ploblem@ all they even moved all belongings.The EasterEgg hunt was a Hit! Moms favorite was puzzles timeWe will Return Next yr.

I got what i paid for. If what you are looking for is a low priced place to stay, thats what it is. We had one of the suites with the bunkbeds, it was clean and we had maid service every day. It is a low price 2 star dated place. The food service was ok and a little pricey,The food all closed at 10pm so when we got back from the parks we couldn't get […] a soda except from the machines and there was nothing to eat. We call for a pizza to be delivered.The pillows were way to soft and there were holes in the bedspread and curtains. Like i said got what i paid for. I will not stay there again. It was right next door to OldTown and had its own traffic light on Irlo Bronson Blvd, which made it easy to find. I just wanted more than i got. But I did get what i paid for....... a 2 star hotel.
