Breakfast is the worst. There is no market or store nearby.

The room was clean and neat. Good, comfortable mattress and pillows. A fridge and microwave (yaay!) Plenty of fresh towels. The location is convenient, but backs up to the highway. Being unused to the noise of the passing autos, I used earplugs during my sleep. The hallway to my room looked a little forlorn; it could use a carpet cleaning and a fresh […] coat of paint. Have stayed at this Hotel multiple times in last several years as it's very convenient to a customer. Glad to see they've turned the corner on most of the remodeling. Rooms were pleasantly cleaner than in past. Would like to see new Desk Chairs as usually have some business to tend to on laptop and spend time at the desk in the room. Some of the fellow […] travelers would like to see some improvements in the exercise/Pool area. i.e.-No lights for after dark usage. Overall, still a satisfactory stay. Mehr

room was not ready at check in time did not get in room till 4:00 pm . was not happy with desk staff. had handicap room which nwe did not need , bathroom wasnt clean enough. shower would not stay on bracket had to hold it to shower.

Our sheets were not clean hair and stains on them, tub had hair on walls and floor also missing parts of the faucet. I booked this hotel because it was three stars but should be a one or two star hotel. Bed was hard, pillows where very small. Dirty and run down! Website says a sofa is in each room and there wasn't one. Also says there is room service […] and no they do t have that! Mehr

I was on the first floor and it smelled horrible. I'm not sure what the rest of the hotel smelled like but it was very unclean feeling. Additionally, the sports bar attached to the hotel had poor service poor food quality. Would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

This hotel was fine but price rate is still high.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When I tried to take a shower the shower faucet fell into the tub with the water running. Maintenance came up right away, but couldn't fix it. When I sat on the toilet seat it came off the toilet. Housekeeping knocked on the door and asked if I wanted the room cleaned. I said yes, but I was going […] to be leaving in a few minutes if she would come back. She said she only had these 2 floors to do and she could go home so I let her in. The only thing she needed to get was a bath mat so she left. When I leaned over the sick to brush my teeth I got what I thought was water on my shirt. It turned out to be bleach and ruined my blouse. I complained to the housekeeping manager and they credited my card for the shirt. I had to move to another room after all that. At least they made the effort to make my stay better. I didn't like that the rooms were not uniform. Some had microwaves, refrigerators and HD tv's. They did move the microwave and refrigerator from my old room to my new one. That was nice. Overall the hotel was ok. I wanted a first floor room because I couldn't climb many stairs ( got there just before hurricane Irene hit). They put me on the third floor. I had told them they would be carrying me up the stairs if the elevators didn't work. There was no refrigerator or microwave in my room as was advertised on their web site. They did […] not have a dining room either. They had a few booths in the bar. The room was nice and the mattresses seemed new and very comfortable. The floor was wet in front of the air-conditioner. I guess the condensation drain was plugged. They were willing to move me, but I hated to have to pack up again and move. Mehr

omg this was the worse pick. the ceiling was falling down by the elevators and the hallways, They would just leave it there after days of people complaining. they put many guest at risk. the elevators and theh allways had no ventilation. Like i said it was the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. I'm saying this to be malicious but i have to be very honest […] with anyone else who plans on staying there.. Mehr

Location was great - literally the first right off the interstate. Right across from Margarita's, so there was a nice restaurant option. The restaurant in the hotel was nice - meal was perfectly cooked and menu selection was adequate. The staff were unpleasant - no personality whatsoever. The fitness room was in shambles. No ventilation, no temperature […] control, it was about 90 degrees. The equipment was dilapidated and basically unusable. When bringing the temperature issue to the front desk person, he said rudely that he could do nothing about it and sighed in disgust that we would even question it. Unbelievable. If I had not prepaid for the hotel, I would not have payed for this particular stay. Avoid this dump. Mehr

We stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn. The pillows were awful. They were midget size and too fluffy. It's hard to use two pillows together when their this fluffy. Were told a continental breakfast was included. We went down early (6:30) and found nothing. Tried to find a hotel staff and nobody was around and you couldn't find a bell or way to reach […] them. Left for breakfast, came back at 7am and there was the breakfast (not impressed)., On the way back breakfast someone threw up in the elevator, told the desk. When we checked out the elevator wasn't cleaned yet. Told the desk again on the way out and they said "oh ya, thanks". It was close to our plans but wouldn't go back until it was renovated. Mehr

This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn that I stayed in quite frequently. It doesn't seem much different now, but I have a few not so pleased with comments. 1. There were no luggage racks to set my suitcase on. 2. There needs to be a trash receptacle in the room and bathroom. 3. Replace the carpet in the elevators...they're filthy! 4. Why no restaurant? […] The former HI had one. Mehr
