Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Best Western Kampen Hotel. Service und Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann nicht besser sein. Mit der u-bahn ist mann in 5 minuten ins Zentrum. Wir haben ein Apartment-Zimmer mit Küche und Badezimmer und war sehr schön und bequem. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Die Lage zur Stadt und Oper (gleich vis à vis) und Verkehrsanbindung, ist einfach gut. Man befindet sich sich mitten drin und ist doch einwenig ausserhalb. An der Umbebung des Hotels wird aufgrund der Nähe zur Oper (zu Fuß, über die Strasse..;-)...alles neu aufgezogen, dieses ist jedochn nicht mit Lärmbelästigung verbunden...Das Hotel an sich selbst hat zum Preis/Leistungsverhältniss die volle Punktzahl! Da ich sehr häufig in diesem Land bin und mittlerweile viele Hotels aller Klassen kenne, kann ich hier nur mein volles Lob anbringen. Weiter so! Werde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Das Anker Hotel liegt zentral mit gutem Bus-; Straßenbahnanschluß. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Das Zimmer (3 Bett) war einfach ausgerüstet, aber sauber und ruhig. Ebenfalls sehr sauber waren der Naßbereich mit Dusche. Das Frühstückbuffett sowie der Frühstücksraum sind so lala. Das Anker Hotel bietet sich an für Städtereisen und hat für Oslo ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Abstriche muß man beim Frühstück machen.

Thon Hotel Europa befindet sich mitten in Oslo in der Nähe von: Nationalgalerie und Königlicher Palast. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Rathaus von Oslo und Nobelpreiszentrum.

Das Hotel liegt nur 5min zu Fuß von Schloß und U-Bahn/Bahnhof Nationaltheater entfernt. Da dieses Hotel nicht in der Fußgängerzone liegt und auch kein Nachtclub oder Bar angrenzt ist es wirklich ruhig. Es liegt zwar an einer größeren Straße mit Straßenbahn, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das auch kaum wahrnehmbar. Das Zimmer selbst war modern und […] ziemlich neu eingerichtet in einem skandinavischen Stil. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es immer Kaffee und Internet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, eine gute Auswahl, geschmackvoll angerichtet und immer frisch zubereitet. Man kann sich für einen günstigen Preis ein Lunchpaket mitnehmen. "Alles wunderbar"
Ein Hotel in bester City Lage. Service und Hotelzimmer für einen Stadturlaub genau richtig.

Wir buchten ein Standard Doppelzimmer. Das Bad war sehr klein und unsauber (Schimmel auf dem Silikonrand der Badewanne). Im allgemeinen machte das Hotel einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Die Badezimmertür war beschädigt, die Türrahmen und nahezu alle Wandkanten im Raum und in den Fluren waren abgewetzt bzw. beschädigt. Fairerweise muss erwähnt […] werden, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes einige Zimmer auf unserer Etage sich bereits in der Renovierung befanden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer entsprechend der Preisklasse ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum Oslos war optimal. Mehr

"Mitten im Zentrum"
Das Hotel liegt wirklich im Zentrum von Oslo. Man geht 5 Minuten zur Flaniermeile in der Stadt und 10 Minuten zur Flaniermeile am Rathaus. Zur U Bahn sind es 5 Minuten, zur Strassenbahn eine Minute. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Zimmer auch. Das Zimmer war einfach und praktisch eingerichtet (nicht ganz dem Übernachtungspreis entsprechend...): Leider […] gab es nur 12 eher lokale Sender im TV (außer BBC), dafür aber kostenloses und schnelles Internet über WLAN und an frei zugänglichen PCs an der Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und für mich völlig ausreichend obwohl ich morgens recht viel esse: mehrere Sorten Brot, Knäckebrot, Wurst, Käse, Fischsalat, gekochte Eier, Rührei, Würstchen, Bohnensuppe, Müsli und noch mehr... Der Frühstücksraum ist ausreichend groß, ich musste nie warten. Das Personal habe ich als zurückhaltend, aber jederzeit ansprechbar und nett erlebt. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten. Mehr

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, ideal für Städtetrip. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind quasi um die Ecke, man kommt überall gut und schnell hin. Leckeres und ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet, am Wochenende bis 11 Uhr. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und in der Etage. Zimmer in Ordnung - bis auf die Lüftung, die […] aufs Bett zog und nicht abgeschaltet werden konnte (zentral geregelt), Bett war etwas weich. Das Hotel liegt günstig an der nordwestlichen Ecke der Innenstadt, zu Fuß fünf Minuten von der Station "Nationaltheater" entfernt, die neben dem Hauptbahnhof der zweite Knotenpunkt für U-Bahn und Züge ist. Das Zimmer war mittelgroß, das Bett sehr weich, das Bad mit Dusche ok, das Waschbecken sehr klein. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Lachs, Wurst, Obst, […] Cornflakes etc. Hier kann man sich den Bauch vollschlagen, was angesichts der Preise Osloer Restaurants sinnvoll ist. Mehr

It was an Ok hotel, with a very convenient location, very close to Oslo downtown, train stations and bus to the airport.

Hotel was very clean, recently renovated and in a great location to all the sites. Most of all, we loved the breakfast - they had anything and everything you could want with a few great Norwegian dishes you could try. Definitely worth the stay just for the breakfast! Very friendly hotel staff as well. Only negative was they didn't provide any bathroom […] amenities - literally had a tiny bar of soap and a "shampoo/body wash all in one" dispenser on the wall. We had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They had excellent English. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was well set out. Location was quite central. Lots of English films on the tv so no need to purchase extra movies if you feel like having a night in. "The cheapest hotel (not hostel) in city center"
Slightly worn rooms with full carpet and separate beds. In an more expensive room wooden floor, slightly more room space, and double bed available. No amenities apart from hair dryer + soap/shampoo. Nice addition to low-cost hotel like this was the possiblity to have "room service" from local pizza chain.

"Europa, Oslo Norway"
The hotel was in a good location. Its easy to get around Oslo with public transportation. Hotel staff were helpful and spoke good english. Our room on the 9th floor was warm but we opened the window at night. Overall we had an excellent stay. The rooms are small by American standards.
Very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was a bit different to what we were used to but all in all a very enjoyable stay. Would have liked the option of a swimming pool. Very friendly staff

Look at a map and you might be misled into thinking that this hotel is too far from Oslo 'attractions'. This couldn't be further from the truth - it is a very short walk from National Theatre T-Bahn station with direct express access to the airport and only a few minutes from the Royal Palace, the City centre and the harbour. Stayed 4 nights in this wonderfully located hotel right near the Palace Park and 2 minutes walk to main street and 8 minutes walk to ferry terminal and harbour area. My husband and I found this hotel a great spot to stay in Oslo. It is good quality, the breakfast buffet is very very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just around the corner from the Radisson where the bus from the airport picks up and drops off from. It takes about 40 mins by bus to the airport. Originally we caught […] the Express train from the airport that takes 20 mins, but then had to get from the other end of town to the hotel. The bus is definitely the best option if staying at this hotel (and cheaper too). The hotel is about a 5 min leisurely walk to Karl Johans Gate and maybe another 5 mins to Aker Brygge. So, great location. We walked a lot and you can see most sights by walking. I would also recommend getting the Oslo Pass - very good value for money. Mehr

Enjoyed sunny w.end in this great city - Thon Europa is very convenient to trams, metro and harbour area. Good choice at breakfast and helpful staff. Oslo expensive but really worth a short break - dont expect to eat or drink too much!

This hotel has a fantastic location - 10-minute walk to all the major sights in Oslo. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious. This is very good value for money in the very centre of town. I took the cheapest room, and it turned out to be recently redecorated and had a balcony with a nice view from the 7th floor. Also there's free wifi and a varied breakfast buffet. Full marks.

How can you say anything bad about a hotel that offers free hot chocolate (or cappuccinos, lattes, etc.) 24/7?! Our stay at the Thon Hotel Europa was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were bigger than expected and very comfortable, the free breakfast is the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel yet, and the location […] was great. The price was right. The hotel is clean and staff pleasant. We had a bit of a mix up with rooms but we changed it and it was fine. The single beds tend to be quite small. One feels like rolling off when you roll over in the night. The best part of the deal is a delicious breakfast buffet with numerous hot dishes but great heaps of fish to devour. We arrived in Oslo with heavy rain. We got to check in immediately. The boiler and tea bags in our room are really a plus. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is very good. With three tram lines around the corner, it is very convient to move around. This hotel is near the Royal Palace and National Gallery. With short walk to harbor and main […] shopping area.
