Super Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas weg vom Stadtzentrum jedoch einfach mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar und ruhig.

Zu bemängeln waren die dreckigen Kaffeetassen auf dem Zimmer und das das Zimmer doch etwas klein ist. Ansonsten super Aufenthalt. Ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch vom Hotel zur Tramstation.

Super Hotel, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette motivierte Mitarbeiter, Frühstück nichts für Leute, die sich nicht entscheiden können, die Auswahl ist enorm. Großer Park in der Nähe. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, wohnt nach hinten raus.
Lage
Hotel Lyskirchen befindet sich mitten in Köln in der Nähe von: Schokoladenmuseum und Wallraf-Richartz-Museum. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Groß St. Martin und Alter Markt.
Ausstattung
Hotel Lyskirchen stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Innenpool, Sauna und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. "Tolles Hotel mit unverschämten Nebenkosten"
Das Hotel und seine Zimmer sind wirklich kaum zu beanstanden (bis auf zentimeterdicke Staubschicht auf Fliegengitter) - die Lage ist perfekt und das Schwimmbad eine Wucht. Frühstück und Essen auch sehr gut. "Gerne wieder!"
Das Hotel Lyskirchen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier voll und ganz. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in der Nähe vom Heumarkt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es verfügt über Sauna, Pool und Fitnessraum. Leider gibt es keinen Ruheraum mit Liegen. Die Zimmer sind stylisch eingerichtet. Bei der Reinigung gab es leichte […] Defizite. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstücken kann man im Hotel, ist aber wesentlich günstiger in der Altstadt zu haben. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tiefgarage, ein Stellplatz kostet 15€/Übernachtung. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel, in dem wir wieder übernachten würden. Mehr

"Absolut zu empfehlen---wir kommen sicher wieder"
freundlich-bis sehr freundlich-parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der tür-umsont-zimmer freundlich und hell-direkte und perfekte ausgangslage um in die altstadt zu gehen...schwimmbad und kleines fitnessstudio inklusive----nur schade das das frühstück mit 18 € etwas zu teuer ist!!Gibts in der Altstadt 6-7€ günstiger!!!! Fazit.Absolut zu empfehlen!!!!!!
"Würde immer wieder dort übernachten"
Das Hotel ist recht Zentrale gelegen, direkt am Rhein, ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Kölner Dom. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war das Foyer, war viel zu Dunkel. Eine Terrasse fehlte auch.
"Gut unterhaltenes Hotel in Altstadtnähe"
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheinufers und in Fusswegdistanz zur Altstadt gelegenes Hotel mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Zimmerfläche eher knapp bemessen, jedoch tipptopp ausgestattet und gepflegt; nichts auszusetzen!
"Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünsche übrig"
Preis Leistung ist gut. Das Schwimmbad sowie die Sauna super. Zimmer sehr sauber und zweickmässig. Leider sind die Angestellten nicht sehr freundlich. An der Reception fühlt man sich nicht Willkommen. Lage jedoch sehr zentral und ruhig.
"Schönes Hotel, mangelhafter Service"
Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage im Zentrum. Magel Parkplätze. Man muss via Hotels.com diese zusätzlich im Voraus buchen. Der Service im Hotel Reception ist für ein solche Hotel eher mangelhaft. Unfreundlich und nicht sehr kompetent. Hoffentlich kommen keine Gäste mit Fragen. Das Zimmer war aber schön und okay.

"Hotel Lyskirchen in Cologne"
My single room was comfortable and appealing, but there is not enough room to store much clothing if you are staying more than a night or two -- I stayed for a week. WiFi is not free. The hotel is clean and safe and quiet. There is no U-Bahn stop for several blocks, but the hotel is only a 7-euro taxi ride from the main train station. "Hotel Lyskirchen"
Hotel was easy to find and it was very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I had pre-booked a parking place in their garage (in An Lyskirchen) which was a reasonable €12 for 24 hours. The room was bright and modern. Slightly odd that the unfrosted glass show cubicle was in full view of the rest of the room, which is fine if travelling […] with your partner but a little awkward if with a friend or colleague. Would definitly recommend - free gym facilities & pool will be a plus for some. Definitly more business rather than holiday orientated. My only comment was having the shower in the room with the bed was bizaree, not something i have come across before! There was a curtain to pull across but it was still slightly weird. "Good enough"
This hotel was sufficient. The staff was very nice and they did give us a free upgrade - wonderful! However, we were there at a hot time of the year and the air conditioning in our room did not work at all. They supposedly "fixed" it several times but it was still like a sauna in there and we were extremely uncomfortable for much of the time (we finally […] gave u on the a/c and opened the window instead but it was no better). The location is OK to walk to downtown and restaurants. The breakfast is very expensive so we did not do it. The internet is also an extra fee. The hotel pool and fitness room were nice. We were just expecting more from after reading the previous reviews.There was just nothing happening at the hotel but it was just Ok (good enough) to come back to after a day of sightseeing and rest. "Hotel Lyskirchen - a quiet location in the centre"
We stayed overnight on our way home from holiday. Nice room, helpful staff and a location close enough to the cathedral but far enough away from the many stag/hen parties that seemed to fill the main square on a Saturday!
"Good location, clean and"
The hotel is located close to the Rhine (near the Chocolate museum) and provides a pleasant walk into central Cologne (5-10 minutes). The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The shower and basin are actually within the room itself (toilet separate) but there is a large curtain to divide the room from the shower. This was not a problem […] for us. We had a room only package so did not sample breakfast which was fairly expensive so we had breakfast in the town at a more reasonable price. The hotel has a swimming pool which is free to use so a nice added extra. The only problem we had was the local church rang its bells at 7am every morning for a sustained period but not a problem if you're an early riser. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. Mehr
"Hotel Lyskirchen Cologne"
Comfortable, clean hotel close to the river, Heumarkt and about a 10 minute walk to the old town with all the restaurants and bars. We walked from the main railway station next to the cathedral and it took us about 20 minutes. Very helpful reception staff, pleasant enough room with big comfy beds. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Nice hotel that was much closer to the Dome and Hauptbahnhof than expected. Easy access to food, shopping, the Rhine and many sights. Cologne is overall smaller than I expected so everything is convenient. The shower is in the room, with a separate room for the toilet. There's a curtain to pull across so that it's not see-through, and this strategy […] makes the room feel much bigger. Lyskirchen Koeln: Good Hotel, Good Location. Though breakfast was excellent with a great variety it was very expensive. Think before saying yes.

Cost per room very reasonable for hotel of this quality. However, we refrained from having breakfast at the hotel as I thought 18 euros 50 was rather expensive.

"Overall a comfortable place to stay in Cologne"
Good location and close to river and chocolate museum. Nice facilities including pool, gym with new equipment and sauna. Single room was a little bit cramped but as it was only a couple of nights, it was ok. Cover from the fan fell off in bathroom, but I wasn't there at the time.The only real negative was, I was asked to pay for the room a second time […] when i checked out. It wasn't until I insisted I had already paid that the error was realised. Mehr

The hotel was fine and very convenient to all sights. There was a slight problem with the first room they put us in, but upon drawing their attention to the problem we were immediately given another, upgraded room. The hotel is quite nice and in a very good location.

Upon arrival, my wife and I were immediately treated like outsiders. The 3 employees behind the kiosk stared at us, pushing each other to help, until one of them finally checked us in. The upkeep in the room was nice and i enjoyed the pool. They overcharged us for internet. I signed up for 1 day service on the internet and upon check out the woman informed […] me that i was to be charged for 2 days even though i distinctly(pressed a radio button that said "1day") signed up for one. So i ended up being charged 34 euro for 1 night on wifi internet. If you are visiting köln, please go elsewhere. Mehr
"A hidden Jewel"
Must say after traveleing through europe for a month this by far was my favorite hotel to stay. Cologne was beautiful, hotel is located 5 minutes by cab from the train station, and along the beautiful Rhine river. Street noise didnt seem to be noticable and room looked freshly remodeled. ROOM WAS VERY NICE. All amenities in hotel where above par and […] pool was heated. Exercise room has cardio equiptment and a universal machine. "Excellent Value"
We were surprised at the quality of the hotel considering the very reasonable rate. We only stayed 1 night and found the service very good and everything in order. The only complaint was the internet service. We ended up paying EUR 30.00 for our internet usage due to super confusing charging system. Apart from that it was great.

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is very close to the old part of the town and easily within walking distance of everything. Staff were really helpful with directions and ideas and the catering staff were cheery and always eager to please. there is a good size indoor pool and the fitness faciilities are adequate. Great multilingual service, modern, stylish rooms and around the clock availability of anything. The location is decent to get into the old town or to the shopping district . Only complaint I have is the excessive price of the breakfast. Could be a bit more reasonable.

vi hadde rom 312, dette er et dobbeltrom, men egner seg bedre som enkeltrom. toalettet vor veldig bra men dusj og vaskeservant er en komedie eller tragedie.

Bra beliggenhet i Køln sentrum,to minutter til handlegatene og spisesteder/pubber. Egen parkeringskjeler. Betjeningen var topp.Anbefaler både byen og hotel Lyskirchen. Blir å bruke det igjen hvis vi dar flere ganger til køln.
"Perfekt hotel til storbyferie."
Perfekt beliggenhed tæt på by centrum lige udenfor Alt Stadt og dog i luftige omgivelser med udkik til Rhinen. Genialt med parkeringsmulighed i kælderen under hotellet, da det ellers er håbløst med parkering i nabolaget. Det kunne godt stå lidt mere tydeligt i hotelbeskrivelsen.
