Everything was top notch. Did not use pool, so not sure about that. We just came to shop. Food was just ok(free breakfast). No meat of any kind. Reminded me of Super 8 breakfast. Waffles was nice touch.

Our family stayed here over spring break and were very happy with our stay. The proximity to Mall of America was great. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. The pool area was very large and great for the kids with a lot of room to play and swim. The breakfest was very good as well. I would recommend this place to others.

Hotel was very close to mall and offered a free shuttle service to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not try the restaurant as there are just too many other cool places to eat in the area! We had a housekeeping issue which was not dealt with after we complained about it. There was a huge pile of chip crumbs on the […] floor between the wall and one of the beds as well as some straw wrappers on top of the headboard. We also found a towel left behind from whoever used the room before us. When we let the front desk know, they said they were sending someone up right away. When we returned, the towel was gone but the crumbs and wrappers remained and they were still there when we checked out 4 days later. The free hot breakfast was good. The pool area was great for kids. I would stay here again. Mehr

Like the title, perfect location right acress from the Mall of America. Clean/nice hotel especially for families. The pool area is wonderful.

this hotel was perfect. Great location to MOA and the airport. also nice pool and warer play area for the kids. We will stay hear next time we go to Minneapolis too.

nice hotelcrew, very clean , comf. shuttleservice , right at MAO but quiet zone 24 hrs,Room amazing clean and look like new , everytime again ,for us 5 stars .one minus - reedrossa italian restaurant , maybe need to chance the menue a bit

I would stay here again, very nice swimming pool and friendly staff will bring my family again.

Great location. Can walk to Mall of America. The kids have a great time swimming in the pool.

Loved this motel! The beds were so comfy, the room was very clean, great pool area, yummy continental breakfast and it was so close to the Mall of America! They have a shuttle, but we didn't use it because we were so close we just walked. Will recommend to our friends and family and will definitely stay again!

I took my granddaughters to Mall of America for spring break and could not have been more pleased with the hotel. It was super close to the south entrance of MOA, and we walked back and forth several times. The pool view room was exceptional. I could keep an eye on the girls while relaxing on the balcony in my room (nursing a severe cold). Requests […] for addtional towels in the room were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. The only thing the girls did not care for was the food we ordered via room service from the onsite hotel. I found it to be OK. The breakfast was good and the eating area was larger than most provided in other hotels. The hotel always had frest fruit available near the breakfast area for hotel guests. Parking was free and easily available to hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel to families or business travelers. Mehr

Room was 85 when I arrived and never got below 72. Room was noisy and right off of pool area which would be great for famiies with children but not for the working traveler. Room was neat but not clean.

I stayed here for three days and had no issues at all. If you are staying here for business the location is convenient to major highways making it easy to get where you are going. Be warned this is very much a family oriented hotel, it is across the street from the Mall of America and they have a very large pool area with different pools and things […] to entertain the kids for hours. Having said that, I stayed on the first floor adjacent to the breakfast area and main door leading to the pool area. In the future I would request an upper floor with hopefully a little less noise. This hotel has an excellent facility for children due to the surprisingly large and well equipped pools in the center of the building. The Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel is a gem, a fantastic and a great place to eat until 12pm. However for business travelers it is a little loud with the noises coming from the pool until 11pm when it […] shuts. The inner circle of rooms in the hotel all have a door which opens out onto the pool area and there was a quite a bit of noise. Breakfast was chaotic. Saying all of that I would stay again due to the location by the airport, right by the Mall of America and the very good restaurant. Mehr

This was a getaway vacation. It was a awesome place to stay. Quick and easy check in, bed was comfy, and breakfast was nice. Being right across from the moa was very convient. Couldnt ask for better for the price.

Great place to stay when visiting MOA. Rooms very clean, and nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great and all were very nice and helpful. Shuttle bus service to the mall was awesome! Only thing we had a hard time finding places to eat nearby but may have just not known where to go in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice! Hotel restaurant (Redrossa I believe) was very good, breakfast was great, and pool area was very nice! Hotel was within walking distance to the mall. Great place to stay!

Very impressed with cleanliness and modern decor of the hotel. The location was great, easy access to the Mall of America. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to my friends.

We made a last minute reservation and stayed for one night. The kids loved the pool area (ages 10 and 6). The shuttle tp/from the mall was convenient (although you could walk if you liked). The room was nicely appointed. We thought it was a great deal for the price we paid.

This hotel was top notch and very reasonably priced...our room was huuuge!!! and super comfortabe with sweet TV, great free breakfast, huge pool and hot tub. I was just with my wife which as great as a couples getaway but with everything else can be great for kids too...easy walk to Mall of America and they will even pick you up from the airport. We are very picky when it comes to where we stay,this place was fantastic! Excellent hot breakfast,very comfortable beds,clean and a very nice child freindly pool area. Highly recommend this hotel,very good places to eat right next door! And right next door to the mall! We were very pleaed,we had an excellent getaway,Thank You

Nice rooms and pool area for our son. Right across the street from Mall of America. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Quiet rooms. Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. Plan to book at this hotel before any others on future trips to the cities.

I was really impressed with this hotel. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's nothing like a normal Best Western. The rooms are on par with the 4+ star hotels that I usually stay at. It's a steal at the online price. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The continental breakfast was pretty bleh, but that's to be expected. Very nice hotel.

We LOVED this hotel! We have a 3 1/2-year-old girl and she loved the waterpark inside. It wasn't overwhelming but had enough fun things to do that we went swimming 2-3 times per day. Even though we drove, we still took the shuttle over to the mall because it was so convenient and dropped us right by the door. I would recommend 2 things: 1) get a room […] with a pool view if you can. This may not mean pool access since some are on the 2nd floor, but this was great for us. 2) Don't forget your swim rings and pool toys. We went in January and I could NOT find a swim ring anywhere - Target or the 15 stores at MOA that I tried!! We won't forget these next time. ;) Mehr

This hotel was great in all areas!! I thought I was staying at the ritz carlton!! Lol.. Great hotel and GREAT price.. The ratings only went from 1-5... I would give condition, cleanliness, and comfort a 10!!

Our whole team stayed here for the night and my family personally had a great time! Awesome pool, nice area for the adults to socialize and still watch the kids, nice breakfast, and a clean room!

Loved this hotel. The pool area was fantastic, the rooms were great, the beds were to die for and overall we loved it. Would recommend to stay here for anyone!
