Trotz sehr guter Lage zum Flughafen eine Abwertung, da die Parkgebühren mit 15Dollar einfach übertrieben sind. Bei andere Hotels im gleichen Umfeld ist es frei.

Sehr nervend ist der frühe Zimmerservice am Abreisetag. Rechnung wird unter die Zimmertür geschoben und kurz darauf geklopft. Macht man auf, wird sich entschuldigt. Dieses hat offenbar System, um die Abreisenden schnell aus dem Hotel zu bekommen. Unbedingt das Schild nicht stören benutzen.

Top Hotel, LAX mit Hotelshuttle in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Ruhige Zimmer, trotz Strassen- und Fluglärm. Preisleistung ok.

I ended up paying for two nights instead of one night that I stayed. I was tired and it was in the middle of the night when i left, so I didn't realize it until i was at the airport.

We had an early morning flight so the location was what we needed,

Very close to the airport and the rental car return. Made flying out the next morning very easy.

We arrived around 11 PM and were asssigned to a room with a toilet that would not flush. In 20 minutes, we were switched to another room two floors down. In that room, the shower was hard, almost impossible, to turn on. I went to four floors before finding an ice machine that worked. (We really needed a nightcap.) The hotel corridors are dark and dingy, […] but the rooms are just OK. The staff was OK, but you must have them print out your bording passes. Won't stay there again. Mehr

The front desk clerk me upgraded to a better room and it was not an upgrade at all....room was small at the very end of the hall.....I can just imagine what my other room was like.....and $15 charge to park your car........ I won't be back

This Hotel was in a good location near everywhere i needed to go. People where very nice and helpful. I would definately stay here again. R

The front desk staff were pleasant, but that was about it. The room smelled off, there is a hidden daily parking fee that is substantial, the restaurant food was decent, but overpriced and they were conveniently out of all draft beers (so no happy hour prices) and the service was pretty lackluster in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, great service. Shuttle was very fast and on time

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, I just wished I was given some breakfast coupon like my fellow travelers. I was told not to nicely that theirs come with their reservation.

This location and hotel works well if you are travelling for business and need a place close to the airport. The hotel is efficient.

For an older hotel if was very well kept. It was very clean and comfortable, and restaurant food was good. Very convenient if you are have an early flight or late arrival at LAX.

nice hotel, reasonable price, all staff was very friendly & helpful especially concierge team. Its a non smoking hotel but the room that I stayed smell smoke.

The hotel is a hub of activity and they handle the pace with style. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Made the LAX experience manageable!

Only spent one night at this Hotel, but it was well worth the money. Very comfortable room and was very clean and updated. The parking is less than some of the neighboring hotels so I liked that. Very convenient. Nice breakfast, which was not free, but good selection. I will definitely stay again on my next trip there.

Great location -- right by the car rental returns, airport and freeways. A bar is located right next to the restaurant and was a nice alternative for eating dinner while kicking back to work on my computer (outlet was right next to table) and listening to the news on the big screen t..v. There aren't as many food choices in the bar, but there were plenty […] of options) and it was very tasty and less expensive than the restaurant. And if you want to save even more on your meals there's a huge, two-story McDonald's right next to the hotel. Business center is also open 24 hours which is nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was large, clean and had all the extras you might expect -- and for free (hair dryer, ironing board, safe big enough to fit lap top computer). There are also free shuttles to and from the airport which come in handy. I would definitely stay here again. The price was also quite reasonable (there are cheaper hotels in the area, but they're in "shadier", scarier neighborhoods... Mehr

Just needed to be close to the airport for an early flight. Hotel was fine, decent room, poor internet connection which took a lot of sorting with telephone calls to the service provider. took quite a lot of time to get little things sorted but the service was pleasant and helpful...just a bit slow. The hotel was very average. Room service did not have several things on the menu, plus $15 a day for parking should be included!

The room was perfect Two issues: -NO FREE PARKING (15 $ + TAX) - Slow internet conenction

It has been our experience that hotels in this category give more bang for your buck like complimentary WiFi and no charge for parking. The rooms were neat and clean and had the required facilities. Very good. Our bathtub was chipped though the whole hotel has had a makeover

The hotel was close to the airport, the 405, and Las Cienega Bld. went to West Hollywood, great location for everything we wanted to do. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff very helpful with our requests.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn, the only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking, unless it was valet, but self parking should be included with the price of the room.

No espace to park ypour car but they still charge you 16 with taxt to park!! not again

This hotel has a good restaurant, sometimes we have gone to the restaurant if we stayed in the neighboring hotel. Anyway, I was grateful that the room was QUIET, that helped a whole lot since there were 4 of us, and my elderly mom needed a quiet and peaceful room, which we did get. No complaints about cleanliness, the beds are COMFORTABLE, the pillows... […] a little too firm. Then again for 1 night stay is PERFECT. The shuttle brings you from the airport, and it is very efficient. ONE complaint is that the women that clean the rooms came to the room at 8am, hoping to get in and clean it. Loudly speaking Spanish they were bummed because they had only 2 rooms to clean... and had to wait for all the guests to get up and get out. WELL>>>>>>>>>>>that is what hotels are for, sleep in late if you need to, what else? It bothered me that I could understand perfectly what they said in such a loud voice, that almost woke up everyone. If they are going to complain, do so where guests cannot hear. We still left a handsome tip because we were pleased with the overall service and will stay there again in the future, when need demands that we go to LAX. We had stayed in the neighboring hotel, and the noise from Century Blvd. comes in thru the A/C unit, but not so in Holiday Inn. The only complait we have was the internet service was not working. Apart from this the hotel and all staff were excellant

Parking is a nightmare and they charge for it! Our car was left with dings on both sides. Also highly understaffed. Not able to reach front desk, housekeeping or room service by in room phone... Hotel gets tons of traffic so is pretty worn even though recently renovated.

I marked condition or maintenance of the hotel a 2 because of the following issue. In the bathroom I saw a toilet with a handle the went both ways...up for more water and down for less. I thought it was a great idea in ways to conserve water...that is until I saw that the tub faucet was leaking so bad and for so long that it wore a hole in the enamel […] of the base of the tub. I guess Kermit was right...it ain't easy being green. I marked the surrounding neighborhood a 2 because I am not fond of getting hit up for money from the homeless while waiting on the airport shuttle. To credit management they asked him to leave the property, but the employee also told me that he has been bothering there guests for 10 years. Mehr

This hotel is reasonably priced and handy to LAX airport, with a shuttle bus that runs 24/7 at frequent intervals from the airport terminals.

Fair. Wasn't satisfied that parking was an extra $15 a nite.

Stayed a few nights while visiting the LA area. It was right next to the 405 which was great. Bed was comfy and room was nice. Only downside was paying for parking. $15 for 24 hours plus a couple dollar tax or surcharge. And you have to go to the front desk to pay it daily. 24 hours does include in and out privileges. I'd stay there again.
