We booked this hotel simply to avoid the late night drive home after the comedy show. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great too! I would definitely recommend this hotel- and their in-house comedy club Bananas.

I travel all of the time. This hotel was very convenient and is very nice. The pillows are great, but it has the hardest beds I think I have ever tried to sleep on. They hurt my shoulder and back and made it very difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel. Great staff.

The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the hotel is conveniently located on NJ 17.

THe hotel was nice and comfortable but the complimentary breakfast area was not organized. The space was small for all the people that stay at the hotel. The servers were not organized and ran out of breakfast right away. It seemed they were making piece by piece as it was finishing which I think was kinda a way of getting rid of the customers. A nice hotel to stay but a bit expensive when compared to others but the quality of their service is very good.The trip to New york is very easy from the hotel by taking a bus route for which they offer shuttle service.The reception was so helpful in guiding us on in case of emergency or help

The room was nice and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and soft, The towels were soft and cozy. The people who work at the front were very friendly. They gave me all the information that I needed. The shuttle to the bus stop was reliable and convenient. The transition bus was also very convenient to go to downtown NYC. The first night, the […] heater was broken, as soon as I told the front desk, they changed it with a new unit. I really appreciated their hard work. They had everything that I expected. The room was very clean and full size. The staff was exceptional and took care of our special needs by adding a crib to the room for our 2 year old. We also observed the staff providing instructions in german for a group of foreign students.

I booked my elderly parents into this Holiday Inn during the recent October 2011 snowstorm. They had lost power at home and needed a warm place to stay. They were very pleased with their experience even though, initially, the thought of staying in Hasbrouck Heights (which is not very scenic!) didn't appeal to them. Melissa at the front desk could not […] have been more helpful to me on the phone trying to get a reservation with her computers down. And she welcomed my parents warmly. My mom liked the restaurant and the bar in the hotel, thought the room was extremely clean and met many nice people. So thank you to the Holiday Inn at Hasbrouck Heights for taking care of my parents in a pinch! Mehr

We lost power so we decided to stay here for convenience reasons well I would have rather have stayed in a cold dark apt. The room sleeked horrible the hallways and elevators were just disgusting and our room was not properly cleaned. Horrible experience

Great Location, close to shops , easy to find.

My family stayed at Holiday Inn at Hasbrouck Heights in New Jersey for only one night. We had a very pleasant stay there. The crew who were there during breakfast were very cordial and gave top of the line service. The hotel is very clean. I recently stayed at this hotel for one night because Jim Breuer was playing at Bananas Comedy Club which is located inside the hotel. I was so happy that I did!! Everyone who works there is so pleasant and helpful. The room, the bar, the restaurant..everything was so clean and better than I had hoped for!! We'v stayed at this hotel twice before to see shows in their comedy club. Both times our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a queen bed and a sitting area. When I booked the room I assumed when I specified queen bed I would get a room just like the previous two we had.
