Ein Hotel in Top Lage und super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Unbedingt ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen Buchen und abends auf die 42 Etage hoch fahren. Dort hat man eine atemberaubende Aussicht über die Stadt, das Restaurant dreht sich ganz langsam. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal aus geschäftlichen Gründen hier und hatten bisher noch keine Beanstandungen. Zimmer und Bad sind immer sauber gewesen. In den Zimmern sind hinreichend Steckdosen vorhanden um auch mit mehreren Geräten gleichzeitig arbeiten zu können. WiFi ist kostenlos und funktioniert gut. Das Frühstück ist typisch nordamerikanisch und somit insbesondere für Deutsche nicht unbedingt ein Genuss, aber es gibt nebem dem Plastikbesteck imerhin auch echtes Besteck und guten Kaffee. Zu Fuß sind verschiedenen Restaurants (Fastfoodrestaurants) erreichbar, Abendessen ist also auch gesichert. Der Poolbereich ist zwar nicht groß aber sauber und im ebenfalls vorhandenen, herlich warmen Wirlpool kann man sehr schön entspannen.

Aufgrund der Lage (10 Minuten zum Airport) als Flughafen-Hotel gut geeignet, aber Zimmer zur Strasse hin sehr laut. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sowie Zimmergröße gut. Für kanadische Verhältnisse umfangreiches Frühstückbuffett im Preis inbegriffen. Hotelumgebung wirkt wie Little-Asia.

"Gutes Hotel mit guter Anbindung"
Das Hotel entsprach meiner Erwartung an ein anonymes, aber sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es Cafes und Restaurants. "Nice-Clean-Perfect Location!"
There were 4 of us girls staying for the BMO Marathon on Sunday May 5th we came down May4 and was pleasantly greeted by the front desk. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary up grade of our room to a fully renovated room with fridge and balcony and pull out hide a bed. We were offered late check out which gave us all enough time to shower […] after our race then next day, and were stocked with plenty of towels. We had an incredible view of false creek. I will definitely be staying here again as the staff was accommodating, the rooms were very nice and clean/comfortable, and the location was perfect..only a couple blocks to the Canada Line and plenty of shopping and food right at your door. "glad I returned"
My last stay here was less than I would have liked so I was disappointed when I realized I had booked myself back in. I said as much to the desk clerk. After a key problem I got settled and the staff and hotel lived up to the stay I expect at a quality chain. Was dark in the room only a couple of lamps, no bathroom fan, pool was nice but a hot tub would have been good as well. And no continental breakfast not really a big deal. "Worth checking IN."

We were very pleased with the location, service, quietness and cleanliness of this hotel, as well as the good food at the asian restaurant next door. "May not return"
Very poor reception, we were kept waiting far too long. Only one staff at counter even though there was someone behind in the office. I may not return just because of it. As for the TV reception, Shaw cable is currently working on signal change in the area, the signal is unfortunately unstable for many of the businesses, especially for businesses with a third party movie provider, as the signal is not 100% compatible. "Ineffective management"
The room was nice.. Small but clean well organized and quiet. I booked here because of the pool and gym. I arrived late evening and just had time for a workout and swim. When I got down to the pool there was a crowd in it, drinking, yelling, running around. I decided to go to the gym first but the noise was so loud that down a hall and through another […] door that I knew I wasn't going to be able to relax. I called the front desk. The manager was on his way and other than telling them not to drink, did nothing. I came back 20 minutes later and then same behavior was continuing. I called the front desk again and the front desk clerk told me I could get up at 5 am if I wanted a quiet swim. Then in the morning I was woken up by the maid walking in, thankfully I woke up when I heard the card unlock the door and before the door was open. You can put all the nice things into a Hotel but it is the service that decides if I return. I have no interest in dealing with this kind of service again. We will certainly consider different bed types during future renovations. The public parking lot located in the hotel is managed by a third party company. Due to we are not located in downtown Vancouver, the price is not as expensive as many of the downtown hotels, which normally charge anywhere from $25 to $45 per night per vehicle. The regular parking fee is $38 for every 24 hours; however, we do offer discounts for guests who are staying at the hotel. Our price is $17 overnight, which is less than half of what the ticket machine charges in the parking. Once again, we certainly appreciate your valuable feedback on your recent stay with us and we do hope to see you again in the future.

Our parking lot is managed by a third party company, which is at a rate of $38 for every 24 hours; however, we do offer discount to guests who are staying. "Great crib"
The crib provided was excellent. Not a playpen like in other places we've stayed, that are impossible to clean, but a mini crib. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was great! The hotel was entirely sold out the night I stayed there. The breakfast bar was a little underserviced (only one person filling coffee and collecting checks. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Decore modern. Staff polite. At one point I called the front desk wondering where I might find a vending machine so I could buy a couple bottles of water. The desk […] sent up 3 bottles free of charge in less than 3 minutes. Only thing that would have made the stay better would be a hot tub or a city view. I booked a room with two beds, one for a school friend and one for myself. Upon arrival, I was lead to believe we were up-graded to a better room only to discover it had a single bed. "Nice Business Hotel"
This was a very nice hotel for the price and a Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and kept nice by the staff. There was an issue with the parking garage elevator, so I asked for the $17/day fee be waived and they agreed to do so.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

The maximum height of the entrance is 6'6". The management company installed the bars to protect the sprinkler system we have installed in the parking levels. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience. As a hotel, we understand it must be stressful for our guests, we do allow staying guests to park in the driveway at time if space available. However, we will certainly speak with the management company and find a long term solution for this.
"Fine for what I needed"
I was in need of an affordable hotel near granville island and this worked out well. Ended up staying a full week. The desk staff is nice and pleasant, the cleaning staff is a little aggressive in their want to get in and clean every day, but thats not really a bad thing.
