Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber untypisch für die USA, trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt ausschließlich für die Themenparks verwendet. Der kostenlose Shutle zu den Parks ist zuverlässig und hat immer ausreichend Kapazität. Wir haben einmal die Rückfahrt veschlafen und musten auf den Öffentlichen umsteigen. Vom Epcot mit […] Linie 56 zurückfahren, vier ganze und zwei halbe Portionen für 8USD, warauch kein Probllem. Zum Hotel selbst: Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber,die Handtücher auf dem Boden werfen und sie wurden immer getauscht. In einem Bett, hat mein Kind, mit etwas Süßkram ein sehr kleines Fleck hinterlassen, das wurde vom Personal erkannt und sofort getauscht. Die Bäder sind von älterem Design aber ebenfalls sauber. Wifi oder bei uns auch als W-LAN bezeichnet, war Kostenfrei im Zimmer. Das kann ich aber nur für den 5000er Block sagen. Frühstück im Restaurant, im Hotel, war landestypisch sehr fettig. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Poollandschaft, welche ausreichend groß ist, gepflegt und wegen der Doppelrutsche ein beliebtes Ziel für meine Kinder war. Der Raum mit den Geräten zur körperlichen Ertüchtigung war immer offen, aber ungepflegt. Abschließend: wer eine günstige und angenehme Bleibe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Also das Hotel ist sehr groß und in einem guten zustand. Dadurch das Hotel sehr hoch frequentiert ist sind in den Zimmern hier und da ein paar Abnutzungserscheinungen. Aber das ist nicht schlimm denn es ist alles sehr Sauber und wir fühlten uns wohl. Um die Ecke kann man auch einkaufen oder Abends essen gehen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig trotzt Autobahnnähe, die Themenparks sind daher alle gut zu erreichen. Die Infrastruktur rund um das Hotel ist recht gut. Die Poolanlage für europäschiche Verhältnisse etwas klein, das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis recht gut.

Waren 2 Nächte im Hotel und für den relativ günstigen Preis war das Zimmer ok. Man bemerkt einfach die hohe Umschlaghäufigkeit der Zimmer, überall sind Schrammen und durch die vielen Kinder in dieser Ferienregion ist ein entsprechender Trubel auch im Hotel gegeben. Die Zimmer und der Flurbereich müssten dringend rnoviert werden.Die Toilette war nicht sauber man sah die Reste vom Vorgänger.Die allgemeine Sauberkeit der Zimmer (wir hatten 3 gebucht) war nicht einladend. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht alle Atraktionen in Orlando sehr gut und schnell. Das Hotel an sich ist wunderbar mit einem super Ambiente. Für diesen Preis nur zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer hatte eine normale Größe, der Teppich war schon alt, im Bad waren noch Haare von den Vorgängern, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, im Flur vor den Zimmern fehlten Deckenelemente und es leckte durch. Der Empfangsbereich sah einladend aus, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Pool ok.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. In den grossen Pools lässt sich nach anstrengenden Tagesausflügen gut entspannen. Unser Zimmer war praktisch. Die Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig (Luftbett), sehr gut für 1 Person.

My only issue is the extra priced "resort fee" which is added at check in. Since I simply needed a room for the night and did not use any of the facilities amenities I am not sure what I paid for.

LOVED this hotel! I will book this hotel for every trip to the area in the future. Great location, super close to the parks and great surrounding area. I'm a mother who stayed here alone with small children and felt 100% safe. Would totally recommend this hotel to others. Great find.

The hotel was clean, but clearly was showing it's age. There was a long walk from the parking lot to the rooms, and elevators that didn't make me smile. The rooms looked like 1970's, with minor upgrades. After I was there for a day...I received a "resort" charge. The total of the room plus the "resort charge" raised the price to that of the efficiency […] Disney World hotels. From a value perspective...it wasn't a great deal, a great hotel, or value added. We are so happy we chose Raddison Celebration! The hotel grounds are beautiful, friendly helpful staff. We arrived early and they did everything possible so we could get into a room early. Access to all the Disney properties were easy to get to and there were several wonderful restaurants close by. The Hotels restaurant was amazing, such a wonderflu […] server. We will stay here again! My only complaint is the room next to us had a noisy family and the hotel staff did everything they could to help. They even offered us another room but we didn't want to pack up a weeks worth of stuff to move. If you stay here, make sure you have an afternoon to enjoy the many things to do around the hotel or just lay in a lounge chair and enjoy the weather! Mehr

The hotel is great- the only thing for us was the room smelled like misty mold, and the blow dryer was broken. Otherwise we liked it.....

do not take the smoking room, I am a heavy smoker and regret taking the smoking room, smelled bad to me, and was in poor condition, obviously they do not care about condition of smoking rooms, the service and rest of the hotel was fine for the money.

Other than being sent on a wild goose chase to arrange for room service and then not getting it - our stay was really great! We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities - comfy beds, the pools, the cafe, the activities. Do not eat at the Mandoline(??) - service was worse than lousy (we were literally the only customers in the whole restaurant for […] dinner!) and the food was mediocre especially for the price. There and MANY other places to eat within walking distance. We will stay here again and recommend as well! Mehr

Thd only problem we experienced was at check in. We got to the hotel at 1:00. The people at the front desk told us our room was not ready. We figured this may happen because we were there 3 hours prior to check in. They said they could not give us an exact time of when the room would be ready but assured us if would be no later than 4:00. Well, we got […] our room at 5:30pm. I can forgive the first 3 hours because that is what there policy is. Check in is at 4:00. It is ridiculous to have to wait a total of 4 and a half hours though. Other than that the place was great. Tons of activities for the kids to do. Great value. They should consider heating both pools though. The larger pool with the slide was unusable because the water was so cold! Mehr

Hotel is pleasant and the people are courteous. It is close to the parks which is a plus. Improvements needed is for the park transportation to come on the specified time per the schedule. Additionally, the toilette's need to be updated. Nevertheless, it was a good experience.

I had no problem with the hotel, however, they have a service for hotel guests inside the lobbby and I had a horrible experience. They gave us a discount for Disney tickets and all we had to do is go to a breakfast for 45 minutes. They lied!!! it took 4 hours and a half. They tried to sell us timeshare. I have no problem with the sales meeting to get […] cheaper tickets, but at least be honest about it. Instead of a free breakfast, call it a sales meeting. Instead of saying is only 45 minutes, just say 4 and a half hours. It took so long that we missed the last free shuttle from the hotel to Disney Magic Kingdom. We had to spend money for a taxi to take us there and it ruined our time at magic kingdom. When I complained to the hotel manager, his answer was that they rent the hotel space to another company so they had nothing to do with it. My replied was that if it is in your hotel and in front of the check in, it is your responsibility. I bought it there because I thought it was the hotel helping guests. So it was a big misleading advertising. Besides that, everything else was okay and fun. Just know what those meetings are all about. Mehr

We travel to Orlando four times a year and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is near the attractions, restaurants, gas station, etc. The breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced. The staff is very courteous. The lobby, aisles, rooms, outdoor areas, parking and pool areas are nice and clean.

This was our third stay at the Radisson, but will probably be our last. The room we stayed in, the one bed was extremely hard and the other bed was extremely soft. The AC unit sounded like a rocket was taking off, and other than being very loud the fan in the bathroom didn't do too much. This surprised us as we have stayed here before, and though we […] had found a favorite hotel in the Orlando area - they were not offering any deals for the time we needed. We stayed this place when we went to Disney world for New year 2012. Was a perfect place for us, a little bit tight for 5 person but everyone was comfortable. Room was clean, close to elevator, parking and pool. Staff are friendly. Beautiful place, a large size pool with waterfall, one large size heated pool, a baby pool and a hot tub, it's nice. I […] regret I didn't get to use the hot tub. Kids eat free at the restaurant, food wasn't that great. They have shuttle to take you to Disney world which is convenient. I should have known by the price versus the other hotels that this is where I dont want to stay. There is no way this hotel is 3 1/2 stars. I give it 2 at best. The hallway smells musty and like mildew. The carpet in room was very dirty. The sleep # beds didnt work right and kept deflating. They stuck us in the last room of the hallway right next to […] the door going outside for stairwell. People use it for easy entrance/exit and smoking. The door kept slamming all night long and very heavy between 5-8 am. Couldnt barely sleep a wink. Booked 5 nights at this hotel through hotels.com......but after the 1st night....I called hotels.com to help me cancel and change hotels. They called the Radisson and the hotel agreed to let me cancel after spending 1 more night. So, I had to endure another night of Hell. I would reccommend that nobody book this hotel. Wow! I cannot say how much I enjoyed this hotel/resort during our stay. The land is beautiful, the facilities are new and up to date, the breakfast buffet is delicious and has so much to choose from, and the shuttle services are convienient and span throughout the day to the major attractions. Hotel was close to Disneyworld, maybe 3 miles to the parking lot of the magic kingdom. bed was hard as a rock but thats ok if you go hard at the theme parks, and can fall asleep quick. door would not open to start, had to go back to security, had to "lift up" on the door handle rather than pull down, who's bright ideas was that.

Enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. The room was damp and musty. Convenient to the parks.

PRO: Although we were not there much...the beds are very clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are very new and nice feeling. Definitely you get your monies worth. You can buy theme park tickets in lobby. CON: The pool was not heated. Outside temp was 65-72 degrees during day (not hot out..but pool was too cold to go into)..and the […] hot tub was not hot enough. It felt like a really warm bath. The temp was dropping 50 degrees at night. It would be nice to be able to use the Hot Tub at night...it just needs to be hotter. Also..do not use their bus service to parks. They are delayed and the bus is too full. You may not all make it on. Best to drive to the theme parks early. Mehr

Did not appreciate the extra $25.00 expense in fees when we did not use any of the items we were charged for. Ex; Tram to Disney and Universal. Need more outlets in room. Plugging my computer to an outlet in the bathroom is not acceptable or safe for recharging. Nothing to "Celebrate" here. Obvious no one from hotels.com visited this property, else it would rate 2.5 stars at best. This hotel needs a facelift 5 years ago. The wear and tear was noticeable everywhere except in the lobby. Guestrooms, hallways, elevator all had signs of heavy use, wear and tear and years of neglect. Even the television was still […] using an analog signal. They also charged a resort fee which was i was not aware of, but is mentioned on the hotels.com confirmation. If i would have know of the fee in advance of the purchase, I would have gladly applied the amount to a better hotel. The only saving grace of my stay was the staff. The staff was very friendly and professional. It's a shame they have to work at such a dilapidated property. Mehr

Terrible hotel....Dirty rooms

We chose the hotel for its proximity to Disneyland and shopping area / restaurants surrounding the hotel.

If your stuck for a place to stay it works.

Location was great!! Just minutes from Disney World. Overall hotel was nice. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Deli with Starbucks and quick food was nice. First night, requested a rollaway bed at check in but after getting back from the park (midnight), no rollaway. Called housekeeping (which was closed) and was told no rollaway left. I complained […] to management & finally got a broke rollaway. However, waited over an hour for sheets (brought up by night security). Next night, returned to room after 11pm to find only half the room cleaned! One bed made, one not made & a pile of dirty towels on the floor!! Management waived resort fees and gave us free breakfast at the buffet. Overall, not a great experience and didn't feel management addressed my issues. Mehr

The hotel staff was pleasant and professional throughout our stay. Perhaps, its due the age of structure itself, but this hotel is in desperate need of upgrades and repairs. I'm guessing it was a nice place to stay many years ago in its hayday. The hotel hallways had a strange ordor. The elevator didn't work propertly and the furniture in the rooms […] was very outdated.
