Radisson Resort Orlando - Celebration - Kissimmee

Hotel is showing age but is still comfortable. Lobby has charts of pending remodel.

I was very satisfied with the Radisson at Celebration for my family's trip to Disney. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel pools were lovely and one was heated. The restaurant on site had great food. All staff were helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

Radisson Resort Orlando - Celebration Great place to stay with family, very close to the theme parks, fantastic amenities, and outstanding service!

The service in this hotel was awesome! We had a problem with a key card not working properly and a housekeeper working on our floor notified the engineering department and an employee was at our room to inspect the door in less than 5 minutes! Also, we had not been given washcloths by housekeeping and notifed the front desk - washcloths were delivered […] immediately to our room (with apologies). The grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Our only complaint is that the building we were in is older and there was a musty smell (carpet?) on our floor. The furniture and fixtures were also older but in good condition. The bathroom was updated and incredibly clean. We would definitely stay again! Mehr

I was completely disappointed with the condition of the room. The furniture was old and needed to be replaced. The television was not of good quality and the white sheets contained a stain we did not initially see until we pulled up the sheets. The staff was pleasant and very attentive, but the hotel needs to be renovated.

This is the 3rd year we have gone to this resort, it is absolutely kid friendly, so man y activities for the kids, free lunch and dinner for kids 12 ans under, the only problem i had was no ice in the ice machines and vendingmachine out of stock. other than that, great staff, good fun and people!

We will stay there agen. The workers where vary nice. It was like only 5 mins from disney.

Stayed at the Celebration Radisson for an overnight business trip. Convenient to Celebration, FL. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi.

We had excellent service and the price was amazing. The only draw back was the beds were too firm for us. Luckily, we were so exhausted at the end of a day in the park - we just crashed!! The pools were AWESOME! My kids went in the biggest pool and did the slide, even though it was too cold to stay long. The hot tub has a neat waterfall in it. We would […] totally stay again! Great location, clean rooms, nice bedding. Overall it is a great hotel. We did have dirty coffee cups in our room, like the previous occupants used them and turned them over, and the housekeeping didn't replace them because they thought they were unused. Also, the bedframe was exposed and I scratched my leg. And one last thing, housekeeping knocked […] on our door at 9 a.m. on checkout day to clean, when checkout isn't until 11. If they're not going to turn over the rooms until 4, you should be able to stay in your room till 11 without harrassment. But those three *minor* things aside, I love this hotel. It is worth the resort fee, even, compared to comp hotels in the area. Mehr

Air conditioning units in rooms looks like it haven't been cleaned in years. Carpets filthy. As soon as we walked into the elevator we started coughing. In the first room, we opened the air-conditioner and it shot a dust cloud. The second room was a bit better but still far from what a normal person would call sanitary. We got stuck there the first […] night, then, checked out the following morning (a day ahead of schedule) and went looking for another hotel. All other hotels that we found in the neighborhood were cleaner and at same price. Do yourself a favor, keep away or come with a gas-mask. Enjoy Orlando. Mehr

We were in Orlando for a trade show, so our time in the room was fairly limited. The room was spacious and clean. The property was a little used, but they were in the middle of some remodeling at the time, so it appears that the rooms that are showing some wear are being upgraded. We ate at the in-house bar/lounge and the food was ok. Breakfast buffet […] was good with the standard selection of fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast/bagels and juices. Room had an aweful smell. All the ive machines were broken. Nice pool area and friendly staff.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and expansive. Very expansive plenty of activities. Staff was very friendly.

My family recently stayed at the Radisson and were very happy to see how friendly and helpful all the staff was. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the Mandolin Restaurant and also the fact the the children ate for for free. We did not have to rent a car because the hotel provided shuttle service to most of the parks which was great! I would definitely […] come back and also recommend it to my friends. Mehr

Overall a pleasant environment. However, i could not get the air conditioner off and had to pull the plug to stop freezing. No heat through a cold night

The hotel smelled old, the furniture was old with scratch marks all over them. Forgot my daughter pillow, went back to get it and waited an hour for room service to look to see if they found it and still didn't hear any thing so I left. I will not stay there again. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Orlando, you can get way better hotels for less!

The room had a smell of urine when we walked in. After a few days located it to the closet. It had been covered up but not eliminated. Also, the facility had a daily 12.42 per day resort charge that Hotels.com did not disclose at booking. I watched a lady come in with a local hotel discount travel coupon like you get at the rest stops pay 59.95 plus […] tax when my Hotels.com rate was 99.00 plus tax. After complaining and a 30 minute phone call, Hotels.com did credit the amount but would not have done so if I had not complained. That was my welcome to the hotel. Hotel is dated and needs an update. Bed was a sleep number mattress but not a very good one. The TV remote did not work and after 2 calls to the front desk and an hour later it was replaced. Mehr

I have stayed in hotels half the price of this one and was more satisfied. The set up for this hotel is very confusing, the service at the counter was terrible, the carpet was dirty, and the walls in the room were very thin. It was litterally my second worst hotel experience. Usually, one gets what he or she pays for, but not in this case!

We got a 3 days stay for a reasonable price. The hotel is located ok for the Disney parks and Orlando if you have a car, but the Hotel needs a general make over.

all very nice....only issue maid knocking on door at 8:40am when out night prior late at Disney...other wise fine.

Front desk (Jasmine) really made my wife mad Good customer service was not her thing Some people are just not cut out for the hospitality industry $12 " compulsory resort fee"( for nothing BTW)made me mad as it was not disclosed to me when booking. Shame on hotels.com for not giving me a heads up

This hotel is really only good for a super low rate and location. Overall I thought the quality of the room was average at best and the condition of the hotel was lacking.

be careful... they charged about $20 per day in addition to what I prepaid on hotels.com in "resort fees" that covered a bunch of stuff I would have thought would be included

My only issue is the extra priced "resort fee" which is added at check in. Since I simply needed a room for the night and did not use any of the facilities amenities I am not sure what I paid for.

LOVED this hotel! I will book this hotel for every trip to the area in the future. Great location, super close to the parks and great surrounding area. I'm a mother who stayed here alone with small children and felt 100% safe. Would totally recommend this hotel to others. Great find.

The hotel was clean, but clearly was showing it's age. There was a long walk from the parking lot to the rooms, and elevators that didn't make me smile. The rooms looked like 1970's, with minor upgrades. After I was there for a day...I received a "resort" charge. The total of the room plus the "resort charge" raised the price to that of the efficiency […] Disney World hotels. From a value perspective...it wasn't a great deal, a great hotel, or value added. We are so happy we chose Raddison Celebration! The hotel grounds are beautiful, friendly helpful staff. We arrived early and they did everything possible so we could get into a room early. Access to all the Disney properties were easy to get to and there were several wonderful restaurants close by. The Hotels restaurant was amazing, such a wonderflu […] server. We will stay here again! My only complaint is the room next to us had a noisy family and the hotel staff did everything they could to help. They even offered us another room but we didn't want to pack up a weeks worth of stuff to move. If you stay here, make sure you have an afternoon to enjoy the many things to do around the hotel or just lay in a lounge chair and enjoy the weather! Mehr

The hotel is great- the only thing for us was the room smelled like misty mold, and the blow dryer was broken. Otherwise we liked it.....

do not take the smoking room, I am a heavy smoker and regret taking the smoking room, smelled bad to me, and was in poor condition, obviously they do not care about condition of smoking rooms, the service and rest of the hotel was fine for the money.

Other than being sent on a wild goose chase to arrange for room service and then not getting it - our stay was really great! We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities - comfy beds, the pools, the cafe, the activities. Do not eat at the Mandoline(??) - service was worse than lousy (we were literally the only customers in the whole restaurant for […] dinner!) and the food was mediocre especially for the price. There and MANY other places to eat within walking distance. We will stay here again and recommend as well! Mehr

Thd only problem we experienced was at check in. We got to the hotel at 1:00. The people at the front desk told us our room was not ready. We figured this may happen because we were there 3 hours prior to check in. They said they could not give us an exact time of when the room would be ready but assured us if would be no later than 4:00. Well, we got […] our room at 5:30pm. I can forgive the first 3 hours because that is what there policy is. Check in is at 4:00. It is ridiculous to have to wait a total of 4 and a half hours though. Other than that the place was great. Tons of activities for the kids to do. Great value. They should consider heating both pools though. The larger pool with the slide was unusable because the water was so cold! Mehr

Hotel is pleasant and the people are courteous. It is close to the parks which is a plus. Improvements needed is for the park transportation to come on the specified time per the schedule. Additionally, the toilette's need to be updated. Nevertheless, it was a good experience.
