Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville - Gainesville

I was down with my lady for the AMA races at Road Atlanta in Braselton. The hotel is conveniently located only 20 minutes from the track and also has 2 great restaurants in the same parking lot. The surrounding neighborhood is kind of sketchy in parts however. Great experience overall though!

Issues booking in re breakfast being included - told it wasnt yet it was through the company we booked - hotel front desk wasnt willing to work with us. I mentioned it to the staff that evening at dinner and they returned with two coupons for breakfast - that was super nice and it meant that they cared - the lady that served us was so nice. It would be more convenient if there was a continental breakfast provided for your guests rather than having to pay for a full breakfast. Other than this, we were delighted with the hotel, staff and services and will most definately stay there again.

Very conveinent to Resturants- walking distance to at least four. Breakfast bar excellent. On site staff very helpfull.

The hotel was clean, pool was small and needed a little work, no bar, wifi gave me some trouble. The beds were great, the pillows need to be replaced - feather pillows are worthless. Overall, not impressed for a Hilton.

My family and I were attending a family wedding in Gainesville so we had three rooms at the Hilton Garden. We could not have been more pleased. The service from the time we arrived until check out was wonderful. We ordered room service at 9:30 one night and the food was delivered quickly and was piping hot! We were very pleased with our room at Hilton Garden Inn. It was very clean and the bed was wonderful. The overall apperance of the hotel was beautiful. It was close to several good restaurants and not too far from Lakeshore Mall.

Lovely hotel ideal stop over with plenty of eateries in walking distance.breakfast very very good!!!

This hotel is close to many eating places within walking distance and the stay was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel but why the "serve cocktails" sign in the lobby??

I noticed an area on the tub that was black, like mildew. I could have been something else, as the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was without complaint. It has not kept me from staying at the hotel again, as I have a return reservation for the next time I am in the area.

The front desk person was very accommodating to our needs and a problem solver despite the fact the reservation was for a non-smoking and hotels.com was showing non-smoking availability.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast buffett was great! Convenient to other restaurants and Lake Lanier. I'd definitley stay again.

I loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The daytime front desk assiosiates were not very personable but the night associates were very nice; and the room was pretty pricey seeing how you have to pay for a breakfast as well. Even though my first night's sleep was interrupted by a noisy refrigerator, The next day ( A Saturday) they replaced the unit. I am a very happy client.

Can't complain really- nice location, well lit parking lot, helpful front desk. The nice person at the front desk helped me get a late check out which was very helpful. Only real problem was the bathroom door opened in an odd way- but nothing terrible. Ordered some room service which was quick, super hot, and surprisingly tasty. great hotel. However, the resturant wasn't open untill my last morning so I had to go elsewhere to eat. Fortunately the hotel shared a parking lot with O'Charleys and Longhorns. The indoor pool was great and I was down there every chance I got. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great.

This hotel was terrific. Spotless. Very quiet, comfortable. The rooms were lovely. Not sure when the hotel was built but it still feels very new. Lovely breakfast. I would stay here again in a minute. Really excellent.

very nice stay. It was our 15 wedding anniversary. Just a night away from the kids. We will come again just to get away. very cooperative is giving us a later check out time as well. My only problem was I could not get the sound to work on the treadmills in the fitness room. I am sure it was me. no other problems.

This new hotel was very nice and the front desk was very helpful.

We were in Gainesville for a funeral and the hotel was less than two miles from the furneral home. There were several restaurants withing walking distance too.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a wonderful hotel experience. Though I just stayed for one night, I wanted to stay longer. The hotel felt so clean that I thought it had just been built. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept better than I sleep at home. I wish I could stay at a hotel this nice everywhere I go!
