Das Sleep Inn liegt relativ zentral, so dass der Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist, hat einen sehr guten Service und ist dabei sehr günstig, d.h. das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse. Nur zu empfehlen.

Der Service und die Bedienung waren super, sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und nette Menschen. Auch der Shuttleservice ist freundlich und gut organisiert.

Die Lage des Days Inn ist perfekt um die City von Baltimore zu erkunden. Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel überzeugt durch den absolut zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Servies des Personals. Und den Coffee Shop!! Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad war etwas klein, WB im Zimmer, leider gingen die Fenster nicht auf, was aber in den USA üblich ist. Die Betten waren sehr gut, wir haben zwei erholsamme Nächte dort verbracht.
Lage
Sheraton Annapolis Hotel liegt in Annapolis in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, Maryland State House und William Paca House. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gehören: Ballet Theater of Maryland und St. John's College.

"One Critique"
The Sheraton Annapolis is a great hotel. One small critique - the lighting in the rooms are really low and not bright at all. The rooms have a dull low glow. Otherwise, this is a well run hotel with bar, indoor pool, great gym....T

"Random charges"
When I checked in the hotel they swiped my credit card for oncidentals and said they would not put any charges on it. When checking out they said everything was fine but when I checked my credit card statement I found out they put a $30 charge for pening cherges but I had to call my credit card company and now I have to wait 8 days for the hold on my […] account to be lifted. Our stay was great. The staff could not have been nicer. The room was clean and we would stay here again.
"Near the mall and close to the USNA"
The beds are extremely comfortable. The mall is right across the street with plenty of restaurants to eat at in the area.

The area immediately around the hotel closes down very early. Very little going on past 7pm. The coffee shop across the street was closed all weekend and coffee at the Hotel was hard to come by. That said, the staff was excellent, the room was clean, very little noise and a good experience.

This hotel was overbooked so I had to argue with the front desk person for 10 minutes until they gave me the room I reserved 3 months prior. When I tried to call the front desk at different times during my stay, the line was ALWAYS busy. I called once in the morning, once near lunchtime and once in the evening throughout the weekend. Always busy. Never […] got through to anyone. The food served at the breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting and cost $15. Not worth it. Go out for breakfast people. To top it all off, this was one of the most expensive hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hotels that have offered spa and dinner packages included in the price for less than what I paid for this hotel. I probably would not bother staying here again. Mehr

Hallway smelled like dog vomit. Generally moldy smell in hallways and room. Lobby bar is nice. Definately my last choice of nicer hotels in the area.

This hotel is pretty convenient to downtown Annapolis and would be great for events in town. It was a little difficult to find as it is at the back of a shopping center. Try to get a room on the side not facing the highway as it is a bit noisy on the highway side. The lobby and restaurant area look recently re-done but the rooms are just a bit worn […] but were clean and adequate. Mehr

When we tried to add another night (Friday) to our stay, they very abruptly cut us off by saying they were completely booked up. Didn't even offer to help us find a room elsewhere. That was the only disappointement

HVAC unit sounded like a jet engine. After bringing to the hotel's attention, it was better but still loud. Fans on floor in hallway drying carpet. Fitness center closed for repairs. "Maryland Seafood Festival"
Stayed here for the MD Seafood Festival in Annapolis. The hotel was comfortable, clean and easy to get to. When we were hungry, it was really easy to just drive outside and were confronted with a lot of options.

about 10 minute drive to USNA or less, depends on construction in area. Close to mall, across the street and good food chains eg barbeque and gourmet burgers. Movie theatre in mall. Only complaint was the pool that was reported to be dirty and uninviting.

Hotel spa in the pool area was cold and the lifeguard closed the pool early, for her convenience, not the guests. Maid kept changing our key cards so we had to get new keys twice over a 4-night stay.

I'm not sure where the 4 stars came from; I wouldn't even give them 1! Room was okay but customer service barely existed - - absolutely horrible! Would never have believed this type of service would come from a Sheraton! The front desk acted like they didn't want to be bothered and the cleaning staff was knocking on the door at 9:00 in the morning on […] the day I was checking out; what's up with that? "Hurricaine Irene"
Stayed in Annapolis Sheraton for family reunion interrupted by hurricaine Irene. Rooms spacious, beds confortable, staff helpful and pleasant. Many local families booked with their dogs as power all around seemed to be out. We were snug and dry and had a great time.

THE STAFF AT THE SHERATON WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HEPLFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WE HAVE THE HALL WAY SMELLED MOLDY BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY FRESH. WE DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK TO STAY WHEN WE VISIT ANAPOLIS.

Except for the main lobby, mildew smelling on all floors. Had to try 3 rooms. Back of hotel is right next to 50 and can hear trucks and cars. The biggest problem I had was the A/C unit. It is very loud. Had set it for 70 and when it resumes to cool after temp is higher than 70, it sounds like a small plan taking off. To help, had to set it to 60 so […] it didn't stop/start. Yes, room was very cold. King size bed was comfortable though. Moving to another hotel since will be working in the area a little longer. Mehr

I didn't get a wi-fi username or password when I checked in even though I inquired about wi-fi availability, When I went back down to the desk to get one I felt like an idiot because both the UN and PW are the name of the inn. Couldn't that just be written on the sleeve that the room cards come in? Even though I booked the room in advance they seemed […] stunned upon my arrival and even said, "they had to hurry up and get one together". Which I found even more bizarre because it didn't even look like hardly anybody else was staying there at the time. The cleaning lady seemed unsure if I had everything in my room and was trying repeatedly to enter it with her card when I was initially arriving at my door. Then I had to explain to her that it was my room, she asked, "since when"? I mean really? Everything seemed to look in order but I later discovered that the bed smelled of somebody elses body odor and the towels didn't smell fresh and clean either. It felt gross sleeping on that bed. When I tried to get a workout in the cleaning lady decided to mop the exercise room. Nothing like inhaling cleaning products while trying to get some cardio done. The exhaust fan in my bathroom didn't work, I someone at the counter about it and she said she would let maintenance know. Having overpriced concessions made available was actually a perk, and the free cup of starbucks was nice. I only stayed there one day, and it pretty much sucked. I wont stay there again. Mehr

"Sheraton Annapolis"
We came to this hotel from the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore and the difference was overwhelming. The Sheraton room was musty and the carpet felt dirty when walking on it. The furnishings were old and the bed was uncomfortable. The worst part was that we paid more for the Sheraton than we did at the Hyatt. Very disappointing.

We found a dried, dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain, a half-used packet of face lotion behind the coffee maker on the bureau. Not up to the expectations i had for a Sheraton Hotel. There is no exit off the main freeway to get to the hotel, so that was the first adventure. Only about half the staff there was helpful, the rest are there to enhance their social life. The computers in the business center were down and when they worked were slow at best. "Spend the extra money for a better hotel."
I booked two rooms with two queen beds but when we arrived the hotel had received our reservation as two rooms with only a king sized bed in each. Thank goodness they had extra rooms available to give us what I reserved. The hotel lobby and pool area are nice but the rooms had a damp smell to them. Our air conditioner sounded like an airplane getting […] ready to take off....very noisy. The breakfast buffet was $12.00 and no continental breakfast was available. On the positive side of things, the hotel did offer free use of computers with access to the internet in the lounge area and offered coffee free of charge in the morning. Mehr

"PLEASANT EXPERIENCE"
The Sheraton Annapolis was an outstanding experience. We were visiting the Naval Academy so it was perfectly located. Room was spacious, bed (king) was comfortable and free internet was very much appreciated since I never travel without my office (laptop). Shopping was convenient, my wife had been wanting to shop a Trader Joes and it was located just […] across the street. Absolutely no complaints. In addition, parking was free. "incredibly comfortable beds"
I usually come home from a trip away with a backache. Not this trip! The beds at this Sheraton were very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and it was in the middle of a restaurant and shopping area.
"Not a 4-Star"
Although the hotel's lobby looks great, this is not your typical 4-star hotel. In my room, the remote control to the TV didn't work, I had an iron w/o an ironing board and & the knob to the closet was broken. Not to mention that this hotel is pet friendly (I didn't know that when I booked). Pets were everywhere, rather than having a separate floor which […] pets. I had to change my room b/c the dog next door wouldn't stop barking! What a nuisance. It makes me concern how often they exterminate the hotel, since now with pets everyone there is accessible to fleas! Yuck! Never will stay there again! Mehr
