The hotel staff were very friendly, the restaurant/bar in the hotel was good food and good selectioin of beverages. Convient location and best of all, they have 24 hour airport shuttle.

We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and it was clean and comfortable!

The hotel is nice; close to food, shopping, and attractions. A few drawbacks; the waterpark they advertise is NOT open all the time. It is open only when there are lifeguards, which during our stay of 4 days was about 8 hours total, unfortunately most of the time not while we were in the hotel. Also pets are allowed but make sure to ask about charges. […] The charges were not listed on the Hotel.com website and the day after we checked in we found out our room could not have a small dog in it because it was not a pet room and we needed to pay a very steep fee for the pet in the room. The beds were comfortable, we had a mocrowave and refridgerator in the room, and our room was quite large. We would stay again with no pet. Mehr

Looks really nice on the outside.... Inside could use some updates. We had a "poolview" room.sounds pretty good right? Wrong! One small window overlooking pool. No daylight. Hardly any lighting in room. Room reaaaaly small. Bed very comfy though. Shuttle to game not recommended. $10 pp and if we would have waited for it any longer to take us back to […] the hotel we could have seen the next days game before it showed up.Ended up WALKING back! Urgh! I would have given this hotel an even worse rating if it wasnt for a young man who stepped up and saved the day. We were at the pool, my youngest was afraid to go down the slide. This young lifeguard overheard me trying to talk my son into it and offered to help. He stripped off his tshirt and shoes and jumped in. Stood at the bottom of the slide and caught my son at the bottom, lifted him up out of the pool so he could climb the stairs and do it all over again. This went on over and over for about an hour. This young man, even though I dont know his name, helped my son conquer a fear! He didnt have to do anything but sit in his lifeguard chair with his long red floaty thing, but he made a choice to help. I would stay here again because of him! Kudo's! Amazing how the kindness of one person can totally change a bad experience into a good one! Stay here again? Sure but I wouldnt do the poolview room again. Mehr

First room we received wasn't cleaned, but the front desk clerk quickly gave us a new room and free breakfast vouchers for the hotel restaurant. The next room was neat and clean. We didn't use any amenities in the hotel, since we arrived late and left early, so no related comments. We did eat at the restaurant and had good food, but waited over 15 minutes […] for our drinks and an hour for our food...only one waitress. Mehr

Nice place, well maintained. Pool area fun for kids and relaxing - loved the slides. Also appreciated "adult only" hour late in day. Comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator nice touch. Close to mall and other shopping and convenient access to roads to go anywhere, yet quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again.

The bed in the room we stayed in was SO SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!!! Loved it. The hair dryer, however, is from the 80s?? So ladies - bring your own or it's going to take 10 years to dry your hair. LOL Overall, for the price, it was a good place to stay and we would book it again.

Just as described. Clean, comfortable and in a great convenient location. We'd stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect for an overnight Packer's game. Other than the $25 cab fare to drive us just over a mile, it is a great location. Very nice hotel, lobby, bar, etc. Pillows are thick, too thick for my taste. Walking distance to Lambeau.

GET YOURSELF A NEW FLEET OF HAIRDRYERS. Even the best hotels don't keep them in the room and instead bring them to you upon request, in case you're worried about theft. If you're just being cheap... not cool. Your hotel is nice, updated and should include this very BASIC amenity.

Just call first to see if hot tub is functional if that is a must for. Other than that, we loved it.

My husband and I stayed here one night for an inexpensive anniversary "get-away" from our children. I don't really have any complaints except maybe that the pool room could have been cleaner. The bed was confortable and we didn't hear any hallway noise while we were sleeping. We visited the restaurant/bar inside the hotel while we were there... staff […] was friendly, food was decent, drinks were good. There wasn't anything about it that I would consider above average but nothing bad either. Mehr

Stayed two nights. Rooms were very clean and bedding was awesome with wonderful mattresses. Hair Dryer in room didn't work, but the front desk provided us one. Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the game was $10.00 Round Trip per person, but worth it. Staff always helpful. My only recommendation would be for some benches outside!

Overall our experience here was a good one. We were in town for a Packer game and the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the game which worked out very well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and had nice bedding, however, being on the poolside there was no natural lighting and the light fixtures in the room were woefully […] inadequate, we felt like we were in a cave. I was looking for something close to Lambeau Field. everything relatively close to the stadium was priced much higher than the Ramada Plaza. It was a little farther from the stadium than I would have liked, but it was worth the price.

Not as nice and comfy as it was in the past. Overall it was fine for what we needed but housekeeping could use some improvements.

Wish the waterslides would have been open in the morning hours. My kids had such a blast going down the waterslides. They were very disappointed they it never open back before we checked out at noon. Otherwise, my complaints would be the pillows were over stuffed and there was no cups in the room.

The outside of the hotel, lobby and bar were very nice it was completely redone and very modern. The surrounding area was very nice and close to Lambeau Field, shopping and food was really close too. Our room also had new items in it like the furniture and paint but was very dirty and dingy. The paint was streaked the dresser drawers wouldn’t open and […] had splatters of some sort all over the outside of them. The bathroom was dirty and the towel rack was broken and leaning off of the wall. Also in the bathroom there was only a pedestal sink so when i had to put on my makeup, blow my hair dry, and flat iron it i had to put all of my tools in the sink since there was no counter top to put them. We stayed for 3 days and had our room "cleaned" when we came back they had given us 2 more towels and emptied the trash cans. The bed was made the way we had left it which was just throwing the covers up on the bed so the sheets were not changed and the duvet cover they had at the end of the bed was folded and sitting on a chair instead of being put back on the bed. We got no new toiletries we had to go to the front desk and ask for more toilet paper and had to use the shampoo, conditioner, and soap we brought along with us just in case. We also asked for a fridge the one they brought us was very old and had scratches and gouges all over it. My fiancé and I smoke so when we did go outside there was a lot of “shaddy” people out there drinking and smoking they had placed a rock in between the door to keep it propped open so really anyone could get in. The front desk was very nice and polite however one of the bartenders there was very arrogant and rude. He proceeded to tell us and the people around us that if our drink order wasn’t easy to not even tell him and that the bar closes at 12 but its his choice to keep it open later than that if he and I quote “aint makin money he aint stayin” my fiancé and I felt like we were bothering him every time we asked for a drink which made us u Mehr

We put the card on our beds to change the sheets, they did not change the sheets as requested(we put the card on the bed when we left for the day) as the bottom sheet on my husbands and my bed had a spot on it when we first checked in and that same sheet was on the bed all 3 days. they did not replace supplies-we had to ask in the lobby for more toilet […] paper, clean towels, bathroom cups,etc.I guess that's why you save 30% on a 3 night stay. the pancakes at the restaurant were cold.older hotel and it wasa little run down. we will not stay here again. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and the pool area was very nice. Our older kids enjoyed the slides and our younger kids enjoyed the small kiddie pool. The staff was very friendly and polite. Overall, this was an excellent hotel to stay at.

My six-year old daughter loved the pool area and our room was clean. In some areas the hotel is showing some wear and tear, but not enough to keep someone from staying there. My only complaint is that the tub/shower drain was slow - although, this seems to happen in most hotels that I stay in. Shower pressure was awesome, so perhaps the drain just couldn't […] keep up? This hotel is very nice. Close to Lambeau Field, shopping and very nice restaurants. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we chose to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse and IHOP. The pool area is really nice. Slides, sauna, hottub and a regular pool. Towels are provided in the pool area. The only thing negative I have to say is that there wasn't much "counter" […] space in the room. Only one suitcase rack. No place to put purses or other things we didn't want on the floor. There was a desk, but when a laptop was being used, there wasn't any room for other things. We had 4 adults staying in this room, so we had lots of suitcases. It was very nice to have internet access in the room. There is a nice mini-fridge and microwave in the room. That was great. The coffeemaker was very good, easy to use. Also has a safe in the room. We used that when we went out. Really like this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we go to the Green Bay area again. Mehr

Front desk was clueless (had people filling in from other areas in the hotel who did not know how to do the job). We also lost a camera at this location and have called repeatedly about it. We are always promised a return call just to let us know if the camera is there or not and have yet to hear anything.

The hotel is priced the same as most hotels in area, but gives you more for your money in the way of a large pool area and on-site restaurant\bar. Good location close to lambeau, mall and other activites, many restaurants near by.

Loved the pool area - perfect for my 5 y/o

This is a great hotel to visit when in the Green Bay area. The kids loved the indoor pools - I loved the hot tub. The restaurant was so convenient and the hotel itself is convenient to everything you may want or need in Green Bay. The shuttle service to and from the airport is great too!

Service was poorly, talking to staff and the Manager was standing right next to him, but yet didn't offer any comment after 10mins. I was looking right at him to see if he was going to say anything, but yet nothing from him as well. This let me know that this hotel have no customer service at all.

The Ramada Plaza in Green Bay offered us (parent, two children) a good value, clean rooms, efficient and friendly service. The nice indoor swimming pool with big water slides was an unexpected bonus for kids. The hotel doesn't particularly have any personality, and the neighborhood is typical highway/arterial: strip malls, chain restaurants, whatever. […] There are a few locally owned places to eat nearby, but you'll have to wander a little farther afield to find a neighborhood with any character -- try Bay Beach park (a city park with amusement park rides -- very charming and inexpensive and right on the waterfront) for an interesting diversion. We love staying at the Ramada. This is the only hotel we stay at in Green Bay. Our kids love the pool, especially the water slides. It's also very close to the mall and several restaurants.

The bed was worn out.

Very friendly staff and great bar/grill in hotel

room only had one window facing the pool with no outside exposure

Easy access to get into and out of, restaurants nearby, nice size rooms and great swimming area with slides.
