Pretty nice. Carpets in room could stand an upgrade

I booked here in August and loved it so much I booked again. I went to check in and when I went to room they gave me a room with 2 double beds and I requested a King bed like last time. When I went to tell the front desk that's all they had at the time and said there was a second floor handicapped accessory room next to elevator. I told her I always […] book through Hotels.com and she basically said that's how it is when you book through 3rd party. I said not necessarily because I booked in the past here and no problems.So she said there will be a King available after 30 minutes for clean up.mI said I'll wait. so she came to hand me my key and said here you go your room is ready. no sorry or Thank You. so I called today and spoke with the manager and he backed up the 3rd party story and said Hotels.com is vague on the reservation like passing the buck and pretty much cut my call short thanking me and he will address the issue. he didn't sound very sincere, heard enough to blow me off. This will be my last visit to this area and will most likely book elsewhere. Mehr

The club level upgrade was well worth it. Overall, very enjoyable stay. Room was nicely appointed. Very impressed with the attention to detail with cleanliness of room..... Bring out the white gloves!!!! Room was spotless. Could use sone upgrades to hallway carpet but other than that I wound highly recommend!

staff is amazing

mildew in the tub, shower head was dirty, carpet was stained really bad, light fron the hall came in around the door; you could even hear the ice machine at the other end of the hall.

One of your rating criteria should be "Value for the money." which we would have rated 1 or 2. For the price we paid (even at the hotels.com rate) we at least expected a mini-refrigerator to store perishable medications overnight. There was none. The ice machine was a long walk away on the next floor up since the one on our floor did not produce ice. […] The king size bed transmitted the slightest movement from my wife's side to mine. Nice hotel, comfy rooms. We asked for a late check out and they were wonderful about it. The only draw back was a king bed or two doubles, not even queens. Beds were of good quality but very small.

Very nice and convenient to airport.

The hotel was extremely useful as we were leaving from Sky Harbor early in the morning and we live in Rio Rico. We were also traveling with our small dog so it was nice to find a good hotel that allowed pets so handy to the airport. Our stay was short but pleasant.

the place was great except for the very strong smell of natural gas from the beautiful outdoor fireplace. it was very strong. the jaccuzi was nice except could not get the jets to work. the smell of natural gas gave us a headache. spoke a couple of men, looked like they work there. and they also agreed the smell was strong. i was some what alarming […] . Great service!!

This hotel was not aweful and not great. Service was amazing. Pool was really nice. Breakfast was not worth what they charge.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They actually removed furniture from to accommodate a roll-away cot.

The TV reception was incredibly poor and the bed was lumpy. I was dissapointed in that I thought the asset fell below Sheraton Standards. Gym was poor The staff was fine

This Sheraton was an older hotel but in good condition. Our room was comfortable and clean and had a nice size private balcony. The room was inexpensive, but we were placed right next to the ice machine which was a BIG problem when trying to sleep late at night and in the morning.

My family traveled from Tucson to Phoenix for an overnight stay, to accomadate a very early morning airport departure. I was a bit sceptical of a hotel in the area of the airport, based on past experiences, but this was a very enjoyable stay in a nice neighborhood. This hotel is conveniently located to the Sky Harbor Airport and was a good value for the money. the hotel was clean and service was good. The furnishings are a little dated but very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel many many times and was very disappointed this trip. My roo Had several carpet stains (as did the hallway), one towel inthe room. I did call for extra towels after the maids cleaned and they were brought but iwas shocked that one seemed standard. I didn't receive a morning paper although other rooms had one. Finally I had […] to call daily for an access code for the Internet at $9.95 per day per computer ( I carry an iPad and laptop) . I guess I am used to a higher level of service at this hotel. Mehr

Clean room, pleasant staff, quiet...no complaints..shuttle to the airport...all good

The hotel itself was perfect, the only thing we found hard was grocery stores were quite far away. The shuttle service was definitely a plus.

I stayed at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport during the Ironman week in November 2011. The rooms are exceptionally large, clean, and comfortable. It seems to be an older building but everything is new and very well kept. I believe the entire lobby and restaurant went under a renovation within the last few years. Speaking of restaurant, Fire & Spice in the […] main lobby is a great spot. I was traveling alone and had a few meals/drinks there during my stay. I also ordered lunch to the pool area while I soaked in a bit of sun. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the hotel. It's only a few minutes away from the airport and about a $10 cab to Mill Ave. in Tempe (my new favorite strip of bars/restaurants). The price of my room was excellent - one of the lowest rates available in the entire Tempe area. I was also put on the Club Floor with access to the Club lounge - breakfast and afternoon snacks/food available everyday! Mehr

Good location. Shuttle bus came when we called for it. Meals were good. Room had 2 lightbulbs out - bedside lamp and floor lamp. Room and hallways were smelly from cleaning products.

I love all Sheraton Hotels! Very nice and clean and updated looks newer! I had a good experience and will book again when in the Az area!

Very nice room, clean, well furnished, very good value for the price. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed here because we had an early flight in the am and needed a shuttle ride which left right on schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

The Sheraton Airport is 6 minutes from PHX airport with excellent shuttle service, reasonable prices and good food in restaurant/bar. Not much in the area, but an excellent place to stay on an overnight stop. Recommended

If you need to stay at PHX airport for an early trip the following day but don't want to stay at an average motel this is the place for you. Nice rooms and amenities; you could save stating at other places but it would not be as pleasant. No complimentary breakfast though.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy driving to airport and ASU. Accommodations of superb. Staff is professional working well with customers. Great rooms at a good price.

They advertise high speed internet in the rooms. What they actually have is so-so speed internet in the lobby. Besides that, the place was fine.

People working there were all terrific. Great experience if you need a place to stay near Sky Harbor. Buffet breakfast very good. Comfortable bed. Room was quite and reasonable size.

On toip bof good pool hot tub and bar the shuttle driver even agreed to bring a jacket and slacks I'd left behind to me at airport on hisa next run Thaak you all Great overnight with great service!

We had a great time at this hotel. The area was great, close to the freeway and very clean.

Although pricey, the food is very nice at Fire and Spice. Also their shuttle service not only included airport, but local cinema complex as well.
