Gute Lage. Sehr schön und sauber. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen in allen 3 Restaurants.

- für "nichtgeschäftsleute" eine unatraktive,laute lage. Zimmer sind schon ein wenig veraltert, auch wenn die betten gut waren.Restaurant und Buffet sind gut.

Swimming-Pool war nicht benutzbar, war aber für uns kein problem.

This Hotel remains a good choice in general. The only niggle on this occasion was that the Toilet Flush in the Bathroom was very weak and lacked water pressure. The Dynasty Chinese Restaurant was very good.

This Hotel remains a Favourite of mine due to simplicity of Check in and how the process runs smooth from there and the Staff are polite and helpful. It is difficult to find any constructive faults and it is good that Management must have ongoing Training Programmes to ensure Customer Relations is important.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Service was super, convenient location, great rooms and good value for the money. Would definitely stay there again. Special thumbs up for the staff - very friendly and very helpful.

I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times now and continue to be pleased with all aspects of service and shall continue to use this Hotel, which I recommend.

We stayed at the Ramada after a stay in a much more expensive place - and we liked it a lot better. Clean, nice room, good restaurant, and helpful staff. For once, we got a room in Dubai that did NOT stink of cigarette smoke! Yay!

Nice hotel, has 24 hr grocery stores right next door, is close to the airport, has the Green line subway within a block. The dubai creek is about 15 min walk... overall a great location to be in dubai. The hotel rooms were great, nice, clean and maintained. We stayed for 4 nights and the rooms were serviced regularly and nicely. Will stay again, recommended […] ! Mehr

Everything was great!!! It's close to the airport! It's clean! public wifi works well! I will come back again!

I have stayed at this Hotel several times and have found the overall quality of service well above average and will continue to stay there whenever I am in Dubai.

Good hotel but, Just a point, we have booked the hotel for 4 people in a room. When we arrived at the reception, the person explained to us that there was an additional cost for the additional beds. After two long negotiations during the night (we were very tired), the hotel accepted to put two mattress on the ground of the room without additional  […] cost... Mehr

It´s very noisy. We changed 3 times the room, but u can everywhere hear the the elevator and the cars from the street.

We were expecting a much bigger room based on the picture on the website. We stayed with three people, which effectively doubled the price of the room! Also, the beds were not as big as we expected and therefore the third person had to sleep on the couch! On the other hand: very helpful staff and no problems with an early checkin.

Very clean, huge room and huge bathroom (separate shower and bath), separate sitting area with 37" TV and loads of channels for all tastes. We booked a standard room and got all of the above, we were amazed when we entered the room! It is also close to the Metro which makes most important locations within easy and cheap reach :) Also very useful free […] WiFi in the lobby which you don't find often. Simply put the Ramada (Dubai) is the best. I'm stingy, and I've stayed there three times in eight months, so I'm telling you it's worth the price. The staff is professional and helpful at all times. \my first choice when in Dubai.

This is the third time I have stayed at this Hotel and it remains my favourite for future stays. The Hospitality is very good and everything is done with a generous smile. No Complaints.

This is my second short stay at the Hotel and I remain pleased with my choice, suffice it will be my first choice on future stays in Dubai. This time I had a meal in Dynasty, the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel and though quiet I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. Th hotel is OK persons at receiption ar very cooprative beds ar clan but carpet & sofa are midrange.No newspaper served to our 3 rooms. Th hotel in general is OK.

I have been staying at the Ramada Bur Dubai regularly for the past five years and I am satisfied. The personnel is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated. One thing to point out: while food is very good at the Japanese restaurant, the other ones need to seriously improve their menus. I will stay again at the Ramada Bur Dubai.

The hotel is far from the metro station. Our stay was comfortable, my wife experienced a problem that the two pin plug type hairdryer available in the room could not be used as there were no two pin sockets in the room, which we found very strange. Why was such a hairdryer kept in the room when it cannot be used. Later on we informed the front desk […] and they gave us an adapter for the hairdryer. They should have kept an adapter in the room in the first place. Also we needed adapters for our cell phone chargers due to the same reason that there were no 2 pin sockets available in the room. Another problem we faced was when we were checking out we asked for airport drop to terminal 2. The front office informed that there is complementary airport drop available only to terminal 1 and 3 passengers and not for terminal 2 passengers. This was very disappointing as terminal 1 and 3 are not too far from terminal 2. We had to hire a taxi to get to terminal 2. Mehr

This Hotel was recommended by a Friend and what a pleasant surprise. The reception was very Friendly and receptive. Even a Cold Flannel was offered. The room was split level and spacious, with the bed very comfortable. Though I didn't check out the Bars and Restaurants, the Atrium looked very modern and nice. I like the location but i loved the service, A to Z staff was very polite and helpful. In future I will use Ramada Bur Dubai and I also recommend others depending on their need for location

Good location from the airport, it takes about 20~25 minutes and taxi price about 20~30 UAD. Good location to Exhibition Center, it takes about 15~20 minutes and taxi price within 20 UAD. Good location for Burjuman Shopping center, about 10~15 minutes by walk. Good to have 1 bottle free Water per day, during the staying. However, wired LAN is not free, […] and wireless Internet was not possible. Not clear the Hotel Night Club is running or not... Mehr

The hotel is centrally located in a residential neighbourhood and close to Blue & Red public bus routes and Metro rail. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful, service is excellent. Stay could have been more convenient, if internet facility could have been provided at no extra charge as available in most hotels in United States.

This was my second stay at Ramada. Rooms was excellent, split level and spacious, very comfortable. Location is in centre of Bur Dubai and good for business. Easy transport and taxi connections. Staff very courteous. Get a cab from airport.

The hotel its ok,last year the breakfast was inclueded but this time not,the location is good and only 15 minutes from the financial center.They charge to much for airport transfers when the regular taxi cab is only 1/3 the they price.

Had a few really nice days there, very friendly and helpful staff, great service, easy to get a cheap taxi around the city. Good value for money.

I had no idea what to expect from this hotel. I've been to Dubai numerous times (and even lived there for seven months). But, I had never been to this Ramada. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was a great value, clean, and large. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am passing through Dubai. One note: I passed […] through during Ramadan. I am not a Muslim. The staff made sure that I was able to eat and drink on my schedule (not the Muslim schedule). Overall...a great deal. Mehr

We stayed in Ramada for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were large, clean and well furnished. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is very good. Only ten minutes walk from Meena Bazar. There are a number of large supermarkets around the corner. I can not think of anything negative to write about this hotel

Un très bon hôtel, ou le personnel son a votre services. Et même le directeur qui parle très bien le français, il nous a fait un programme de ce qu'il faut visiter à Dubai et pris le temps de boire un verre avec nous. Un très grand savoir vivre dans cette établissement qui m'érite un 5 étoiles. a revenir bientôt....

El personal de conserjería y maleteros muy amables y cordiales. Buena oferta gastronómica. Situado en Bur Dubai que quizás no es tan atractiva como otras zonas de Dubai. Muy buen servicio.

Hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava. Metroasema on n. 200 m päässä , josta helpot yhteydet eripuolille Dubaita. Palvelu hotellissa toimi loistavasti ja ruoka Old Vic pubissa sekä Bistro ravintolassa hyvää ja suhteellisen edullista.

清潔で広くてとても良いお部屋でした。 行く前にレビューでもみていたように、お部屋の作りにしては、ややバスルームが狭いとは感じましたが、価格を思うと大満足です。 フロントの方やポーターの方で親切で、ロビーやエレベーターから見えるステンドクラスも綺麗です。 ただ、最も近い地下鉄の駅が開通前だったので、アクセスについては少し残念でした。 タクシー使えば大丈夫でしたが、地下鉄が開通した後には便利になると思います。

Rummen var väldigt rymliga och bra, men vad som drar ner betyget är att poolområdet var en riktig flopp. Solen försvinner nämligen vid klockan 13:30 och då kan man inte längre sola. Hotellets omgivning är dessutom väldigt långt ifrån det som kännetecknar Dubai; moderna skyskrapor och strandliv. Istället är det mest lokalbefolkning överallt och man […] måste åka taxi till alla sevärdheter, stränder och shopping. Det som slutligen drar ner betyget lite extra är att vi blev illa behandlade i en specifik fråga. På vårt rum stod en flaska vin med etiketten "complimentary" (dvs gratis). Vid utcheckning ville de ändå att vi skulle betala ca 250 kr för vinet, trots att managern erkände att det var ett fel från deras sida. Det krävdes tio minuters vild diskussion för att vi skulle slippa betala det. Det kändes inte som ett beteende där man sätter kunden främst direkt... Mehr
