Lage sehr zentral. Gaudi-Bauten, Shoppingmeile und die nächste Metrostation lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen,von der Stadtmitte mit dem Taxi in 5 min. erreichbar. Frühstück ok, es ist auch noch alles vorhanden wenn man um 10.30 Uhr kommt.

Zuerst etwas mürrischer empfang, nach kurzer konversation dann doch sehr - sogar überaus -freundlich, inkl. early check-in und genialer restaurant empfehlung. Zimmer sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, trotz stark befahrener strasse, zimmer sehr ruhig! Pool auf dem dach sehr klein, aber fein und mit toller aussicht über die dächer der stadt. The front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has updated fixtures and clean.

lovely hotel, convenient location, a little quiet maybe for some people. got the train from the airport and hotel only 4 blocks away. didn't eat in hotel, but great restaurants close by. Highly recomment le rita and cuidal condal for tapas.

This was our second stay at Hotel Europark, and again it provided a good base for our 4 days in Barcelona. The hotel is modern, well maintained and the comfortable bedrooms are kept spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are excellent with a good range of toiletries provided and re-stocked daily. We asked for and were given a quiet room at the rear of the […] hotel. There was no noise whatsoever, but of course there was no view from the bedroom window. If you want a good view, you may need to tolerate the traffic noise from the busy Carrer d’Arago. Despite some previous Tripadvisor reviews, we found the reception staff to be friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful. The hotel breakfast (around 8 Euro) is an extensive buffet of hot and cold food, with fruits, cakes, meats and cheeses. It is perfect for those who like to “fill up” at breakfast, but anyone who wants only coffee and a pastry may prefer to eat more cheaply at one of the numerous local cafes. For later dining, we enjoyed the “menu del dia” late lunch and found that the nearby restaurant “O Fiadeiro” (at C Mallorca 334, intersection with Av Diagonal) provided an excellent 3 course meal plus wine for 10.5 Euro. We ate at around 3 pm daily and the restaurant was still full of locals, which is usually a good sign of value for money. For any other food or other purchases, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away from the hotel, housed in the basement of the old Mercat de la Concepcio (out of hotel, turn right along Arago). The hotel is easily reached by train from the airport. Use the RENFRE train to Passeig de Gracia station (25 minutes) and then it is an easy 5/10 minutes walk along Arago to the hotel. If you buy the T10 ticket strip (9.25 Euro) you can use this for travel to and from the airport, which is excellent value at less than 1 Euro per person per journey. We were supposed to board the ship that sank two days after the fact. We were already in the hotel when we learned the news and the hotel staff was extremely helpful in making sure we were up to date about any information they knew, helping us with extra nights we had to stay due to trying to find a way back to the States and answering any questions […] we might have had not only about our situation but about the city in general. They were very pleasant and the only issue we had was we asked if we made a 1-800 call to the states (to deal with the cruise arrangements) would our room be charged. They orginally told us no but as it turns out we were charged per minute for the connection so just a heads up if you have to make a toll free call for any reason. The staff was a little cold but the room was comfortable and the bathrooms are great. The hotel is maybe 15 minutes walk from Passeig De Gracia, so it might be slightly out of bounds for those who want to be right in the center. Skip the hotel breakfast, there are many good cafes in the neighborhood where you can enjoy a much better value breakfast. […] Overall we really liked the hotel and would consider returning. Mehr

Very good 3* hotel. Friendly staff at check in and out. Prompt room service! Free wi fi also 3 pcs for use in hotel. Used pool terrace to chill out after sightseeing. Cool rooms with very comfortable beds. Decent breakfast but plenty places to eat nearby for breakfast. Not fr to walk for sightseeing or tourist buses. Would use again.

This is a good hotel. Modern, not a lot of "frills," but well run, conveniently located, and our nine-day stay was extremely pleasant.

Excellent on all counts. Room great, location great, breakfast very good, swimming pool lovely, staff great. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

This is a hotel I would definitely return to. The staff were excellent, the hotel was always clean and tidy, and it was really convenient to everything in Barcelona.

Great hotel if you enjoy walking. It's sort in between La Rambla (main tourist stretch where most of the food & drink places are - 20-25mins walk) & Sangrada Familia (15-20mins walk). I would say the hotel is off the tourist track but good if you want a quiet night sleep. Had a good first impression when I stepped into the hotel lobby (this despite […] arrival after a 5 hrs flight delay!) Room (on the 8th floor where swimming pool & solarium is, so very convenient) cozy & comfy. Wished the TV had more English channels to choose from. Swimming pool is small - just good for dipping. Note: The water was freezing cold in Oct! Solarium area is not the biggest and with limited sundeck chairs. Breakfast spread was decent but can get a little boring after 6 days! Coffee was good. Hotel has 3 computers with free internet and 1 printer for hotel guests to use - came in handy. Free Wifi throughout the hotel too. The receptionist on midnight shift, that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Didn't have much interaction with the other hotel staff so can't say much on that. Overall great hotel to stay. Mehr

The hotel was extremely clean with newly renovated rooms. Locations great with a nearby market to get fresh produce etc. Some traffic noise if room was facing the street. close to sights and transit and main ramblas area. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Europark as we wrapped up an 8 day trip to Spain. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable, although it did not include the advertised Select Comfort mattress. The roof top pool was small, but nice,although between the time we spent touring and the weather, we didn't use it much. Stayed at Euro Park hotel for 4 nights end of July. Absolutely enjoyed the style, comfort, service, quietness, buffet breakfast, rooftop pool, location of the Euro Park hotel. We highly recommend staying there, the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the facilities first class.....all for a reasonable rate. Thank you Euro Park!

The location of this hotel excellent ! Not only situated in a very safe area but within walking distance to many Gaudi sites. There's also the Concept Market 2min away where you can get local produce and very good Bellota ham. All staff can speak good English and provide helpful service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The Europark is small, well located and reasonably priced. It was what we expected and it fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed at Europark for two nights. The location is great. It is close to the metro station although you can walk to almost all of the attractions (the Ramblas, casa batlò La Pedrera). Hotel itself is smaller then the images on their website. The bath tub are very high which might be a problem for children or petite women. Not a luxury hotel but with all the amenities. Clean and comfortable, free wi fi, good breakfast. TV channel selection not that great (unless you pay for other select channels), Staff nice and friendly. Only problem encountered was that when we asked about taking a taxi to the airport they recommended that we use a taxi service they call as being safer. […] We were asked what time we wanted the taxi. We came down on time and the taxi was already there with the meter already running. Another couple we met at the hotel and later saw at the airport complained about same thing, stating they had paid 18 Euros from airport to hotel and paid 40 Euros from hotel to airport also using a taxi called by the hotel. We think the hotel staff should clarify to guests that using their recommended taxi service would incur an extra fee. Mehr

Was very pleased with this hotel. Located close to the main tourist attractions. Just beside the metro stop. Staff very friendly. Excellent facilities. Fantastic breakfast menu. All in all very impressive!

I was a little concerned because this says it is a 3 star hotel. I had just been staying at the Hilton Barcelona for biz, and then moved to Europark for fun, plus it was cheaper. This hotel is wonderful. It's in a great location, everything was clean and new (thanks to the remodel), and the food was great and inexpensive. The room and bed were LARGER […] than the Hilton. The only thing missing from my room that I got at the Hilton was an alarm clock. So I got wake-up calls instead. I could easily walk to La Rambla and take the Metro anywhere else I wanted to go. The check-in staff weren't overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. Just very matter of fact, which suited me fine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, nice hotel with easy access to tourist sites in Barcelona. I liked this hotel much better than the Hilton. Plus the pool and deck on the 8th floor were very relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the sites and people of Barcelona. Two thumbs up! Try it; you'll like it... Mehr

I know Barcelona very well but hadn't often stayed in this part of town. The Europark met my budget and was well-reviewed. It's a block from Girona metro station on the yellow line (which takes you to the back of the Corte Ingles / Pl. Urquinaona), and a little further to Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. If your legs work well, it's a comfortable […] stroll into the centre with plenty of impressive architecture on the way. My room was great: could have been slightly bigger, but it was fine, and the work facilities (desk, light) were decent. (Free) wifi worked well, subject to the occasional vagaries common in hotels. Toiletries were good; the hot water sometimes took a few moments to materialize, but there was plenty of it. The bathroom actually had an external window, which was a really lovely surprise. Breakfast was good (good 3*), and the maitre d' was an absolute delight. Friendly but not obtrusive. I took one of the hotel's free daily papers to read over breakfast every morning... my only complaint: why none in Catalan?! There were 3 computers for public use (inc. a printer) although I had my netbook with me. The roof terrace (decking with plants) is split: part faces east (including a decent-sized plunge pool/small swimming pool with shower, deck chairs, loungers and a couple of 'sofa' ledges); part faces west, towards Tibidabo, and has more deckchairs. I was there in winter, but the morning sun on the east side was still glorious, provided you were well wrapped-up! I didn't use the bar or room service, but the mini-bar was reasonably priced, as far as these things go. All in all, a very comfortable stay with good service and definitely value for money. We stayed here for 3 nights in November and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking next door was very convenient and our room and the hotel was very clean and modern. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to all sights and there is not much happening in the immediate area but we knew that before we booked. Arrived in Barcelona early morning, so arrived at the hotel pretty early at about 7.30 am. Lobby was not very big but well decorated. Was allowed to check in despite being very early. Check in was smooth. A minor hassle was that you have to take your own bags to the room as there were no bell staff around. On the way to the lift, saw a desk with a computer […] and printer. Apparently, the hotel provides the use of a computer and printer FOC. For those having heir own laptop, there's free in-room WIFI. The lifts (2 of them) will surprise you, as they were tiny (fits 7 pax only) but modern. The hotel is decorated in high quality wood and you can smell the timber. Room was exactly as you can see in the hotel website pics. No unpleasant surprises. Beds were comfortable. Ample space to hang your stuff. In room safe, mini bar, flat screen tv. Sizeable bathroom with long bath tub. Water pressure was strong. In the bathroom, you'll find a box that contains everything that a traveller needs: bath foam, bar soap, shampoo, shaving kit, comb, bath sponge etc. All in, Europark gives you a home away from home. Highly recommended. Good location as well on Carre de Arago (Aragon St). There's a supermarket 2 blocks away (for wet and dry stuff) and its about 4 blocks from Pasieg de Gracia where you can board the Bus Turistic for an open air bus tour around the important sights of Barcelona. We had a great time at Hotel Europark. The first night we stayed in a room facing the main road. It was too noisy for us so the following morning we asked for a room at the back of the hotel. Reception was extremely helpful and we had no problems been moved to another room. The breakfast was also fantastic as as well as the free wireless internet! The hotel Europark is in a great location. It is more a business district meaning you are away from the maddening crowds of Las Ramblas but still within easy reach of the sights. Only a few blocks from La Familia and other Gaudi buildings. The staff were friendly and and the room was great. It was like a small apartment with a hallway where the bathroom […] was off of and then the main bedroom. The pool area on the roof looked wonderful but unfortunately we did not have anytime to spend there. It was quiet and the airconditioning worked well. Even the food in the restuarant was good value for money, except the breakfast which I thought expensive but in line with other business hotels. They also have a computer in the lobby you can use to access the internet for free. I think the best bit is the locatoin however, because you could escape the crowds. I felt safe in the area and found the public transport easy to reach as a subway stop was only a block away. You are also only about a 15-20 minute walk away from the Ramblas but personally I didn't care much for Las Ramblas and so we spent very little time there. There are so many better places to go from the Gaudi places to the Gothic Quarter. So please get out and explore the city only giving a cursery glance at Las Ramblas to truly enjoy the city. And Hotel Europark is a wonderful place to do it from. I will certainly try and stay here again when we return as this was our first time in Barcelona but won't be our last. Stylish, clean and comfortable room. Personal room safe. Powerful shower. Good breakfast. Free wi fi. 3 minutes walk from the Metro. The main road outside is busy and noisy during the day but the windows blocked out all sound.

Great location - 5-10min walk from Psg Gracia and Ramblas, 10-15min walk in other direction from Sagrada Familia. Supermarket next door. We had superior room over looking court yard - bit of an exageration as the courtyard was a roof and surrounded by back of other buildings. We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Europark and had an excellent stay. Having stayed in many 3 star hotels in Europe we were expecting "nice, but not exceptional". + functional, efficient, not too expensive, great coffee. some of the best coffee i had in this trip to BCN was what this hotel served at breakfast. much better than what my conference served. - choice of cereals leaves much to be desired; room could be a little larger, but wasn't such a big deal for me.

Though the immediate area surrounding Hotel Europark isn't as bustling as Las Ramblas or other touristy areas, the hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to the metro. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the free internet is a plus! We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for five days in July and loved the hotel. After a whole day of walking around Barcelona it was great coming back to it for a good rest. The beds are comfortable, the shower is huge, and the pool on the roof and ideal place for an afternoon swim and a nap. Room décor is well balanced, in stripes of white and black which were surprisingly […] quite calming. Good location, great value

Hotel Europark is a brilliant hotel in a great area! Far enough away from the busy Barcelona main strip but in walking distance of everything. Beds could have been a touch softer but still great. Staff was great so was all you can eat breakfast! I would reccommend this hotel!

The desk staff were very cold and unfriendly. They never smiled or spoke. The ladies in the restaurant were very nice and helpful when we went into the restaurant. The decor in the room was hideous, horrible black and white stripes. It gave me a headache. We thought we would have a double bed, but the room had twin beds. I was very impressed with the hotel, staff, rooms and location. It exceeded my expectations. Elias was very helpful and nice, the rooms were modern, clean and the hotel was in an excellent area for sights, metro and restaurants. Great start to our vacation.

Transport to the hotel is easy via direct train from the airport to Passeig de Gracia metro stop followed by a 5 or so minutes walk. We recommend buying a T10 ticket which gives you 10 journeys on the underground or buses and can be shared between people. All hotel staff encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. A useful street map was provided […] on arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary! (How are the windows and mirrors kept so sparkling?!) As recommended by another traveler we requested a room at the back of the hotel and were not disappointed. The road at the front, Aragon, is busy. We had a good deal on a satisfactory buffet breakfast which filled us for a few hours! The hotel is in an ideal situation in a friendly residential area of Eixample close to Gaudi highlights and within a 30-45 minute walk to the shore, other fascinating areas and other tourist spots - yet not too close. The indoor market in the next block is worth a visit - to look and to buy. We highly recommend this hotel (we wonder what the other hotels in Barcelona in this chain are like) and would return. Mehr

We loved this hotel!!! It was very European, and the room was a very nice size - small like you expect in Europe, but still plenty of room. And the bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. Especially loved the black and white decor in the room! And it is very close to the main Gaudi sites - only 3-4 blocks from Casa Batllo and La Pedrera, and […] about 8 blocks from La Sagrada Familia. The hotel is also only about 20-30min from the airport - approx. 32 euros based on the current exchange rate. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they all spoke English very well. We also were able to store our luggage until our room was ready, so that we could see a few sights early on. The room was very clean and well-kept. The only minor issue was the temperature - the room was very warm, and the air conditioning only made it somewhat cooler, but it wasn't too bad. The neighborhood seemed very nice too. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again! Mehr
