Hotelzimmer nicht sauber. Im Zimmer fauliger moderiger Gestank. Schimmel im Hotelschrank. Nachts extreme Lärmbelästigung durch betrunkene Hotelgäste im Nebenzimmer. Morgens ab 5.30 Uhr Lärmbelästigung durch Waschmaschine vordem Hotelzimmer in einer Nische. Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.

This hotel was so-so. They are having a lot of construction done at the moment so there is big machinery around on site. The hotel grounds were spread out, so a short walk to the pools and lobby. No elevator just stairs, but only two stories high. There was no in room fridge or microwave but the decor was nice and modern. We recently went to Orlando to attend a graduation. The hotel was under construction which did not allow access via I Drive however the hotel room we stayed in was a single king bed it was very clean! All brand new and the bathroom was very nice. Hotel under construction, Easy to find property, difficult to get to building room was located in. So, they are apparently doing major construction on this property. A lot of the parking was blocked off so I had to find parking very far from my actual room. I was only going to be there overnight, so I called up to the front to ask if it was okay to park in one of the seven or so unoccupied handicap spots that was actually nearby. They said it was […] at risk of being towed. The furniture was kinda Golden Girls, and the floor was not carpeted, which just gave the room and the sound in the room a strange feel. The bathrooms were motel-ly...clean motel, but motel nonetheless. My friend and I ordered in some cheesecake, key lime pie and wine to reward ourselves after a long day...and going through all it took to finally park and get into the room. We were pretty disappointed with that as well; could have bought better at the nearby grocery store. The only real comfort of it all was that the room smelled like bleach right when we walked in the room. I figured it must at least be clean. Stayed in this hotel for one night. Went to universal and islands of adventure. Very close to park and restaurants. Room was completely redone and very nice. Front desk guy was extremely kind and nice. Hotel grounds itself were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be the shower having 5 minutes of hot water

My hisband and I were in much need of a quiet night away from home. When I checked at the front desk, Juan warned me of a prom group and a fraternity that were both on the property. I was very nervous about this, but he got us as far away from those buildings as possible. We honestly felt like we were out in a quiet forest; it was super quiet and super […] peaceful. I know the pool is fabulous from a stay there before, but we didn't have time to get to it. So many restaurants and shops are close by, that you wou;dn't need to drive; and for those who have flown in without a car, there is a great bus that goes up and down International Drive. We were so impressed with the property and the new makeover, that we booked a room for my husband's parents (40th wedding anniversary) for the very next weekend. And we are already looking at our calendar to see whn we can go back. If you are choosing, this is the hotel you need to stay at. Long wait at front desk followed by a non working business center. Our room was at the farthest end of the hotel and right next to the ice machine which was used ALL night long. Noise level was unacceptable and did not sleep at all on our one night stay. Room and bathroom were up to date and fairly clean but very tight! Upon arrival, everything was set but the room my wife and I initially had was totally unacceptable. We were placed in an older building on the back side of the hotel amidst what appeared to be extensive construction work from an apparent upgrade the property is undergoing. After speaking with the front desk on this matter, the Manager placed us in another […] room that had been renovated but the bathroom fixture around the mirror went out and the A/C was rather noisy. The pools were not clean as well. We did arrive the week after their spring break rush but what we were presented was not what we expected. The property is in a good location but needs to undergo major renovations. It stands to be noted that Wyndham does have newer property out by Disney in the Bonnet Creek Area that is five star. If the price and location is right for you, this would be my recommendation. Mehr

We check in, had two rooms reserved, one with one bed, the other with 2 beds, The rooms were in another building, which had no parking nearby. Noone offered to help with luggage, nor were the directions to the building where the rooms were accurate. We get to the rooms, on the second floor, no elevator (not told), one room had a queen bed, good, the […] other had one double bed, not good. Had to walk back to the main building, had to wait again for them to find us a room with two beds. They finally did so, facing a construction site. OK we were too tired to care. At about 12:15 AM someone with a key tryed to enter our room, when they could not because of the security lock, they continued to bang on the door for a good long time. Then a little while later, another group of people started banging on the door. We mentioned this at check out and was told that the person that checked us in, did not indicate the fact that they changed our room and therefore gave the key to another guest. Where do I begin. The rooms look nothing like the picture. The beds were not comfortable. There was a group of loud kids running all over and the hotel did nothing to control them. Right outside of our door there was demolition going on that was loud and woke us up in the morning. Stayed here before and it was just okay. However, this time we was in a remodeled room with our own private patio! The food was much better and the heated pool awesome! The location is excellent too! Will be booking again!

It was expensive compared to other hotels. Had to pay extra for internet. Had an emergency so tried to check out early charged me for next 24 hours for no reason . Not a great experience !

Hotel was nice but they were doing construction to the rooms next to us. It started early in the morning. We were not able to get much sleep. The hotel did not tell us this when we rented the room. There was a lot of traffic by the entrance of the hotel making it difficult to get in and out.We had interaction with one housekeeper and she was not friendly. […] There was not enough parking by our room. This hotel was great! The room is very spacious and also included bunk beds with a separate TV for the kids. We travel a lot as a family and my kids all agreed they enjoyed this hotel most of all.

We left our hanging clothes in the closet. The cleaning staff packed them and shipped everything to our house. All of the items were there, it is very refreshing to be treated right by honest people. It was difficult to get to my room without an elevator. Very awkward set up. The parking was extremely limited and inconvenient. The telephone in my room did not work. This hotel is going through renovations as reflected in the price. Do not let that deter you from staying here. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and we did not experience any disturbance from the construction. Enjoy it while you can before the prices go back to normal.
