My wife and I got 2 steaks from the menu for dinner . It tasted like charcoal .. Terrible!!! We didn't complain ..we just went somewhere else after to eat ..

The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed however was awful. My husband and I had the worst nights sleep. You could feel the springs and the mattress was squeaky and bouncy. The hotel really need to upgrade their mattresses.

We stayed here for one night during a shopping trip at Destiny USA. The hotel is clean & the staff is friendly. Besides the whirlpool, it was pleasant to also have use of a dry sauna. We needed refrigeration for Tiramisu we had purchased in the city, & the staff was quick to accommodate us with a refrigerator in the room (that wasn't normally provided!) […] We stayed in a king bed room that was spacious and comfortable, and had dinner at the Regatta Grille next to the hotel's lounge area. The food was delicious and our waitress was fast, knowledgable, and attentive. We did order breakfast through room service and it left us slightly disappointed. The hotel IS dated, and although they boast a checkout time of noon, we had 2 knocks from housekeeping between 9-11AM. Overall great stay, thank you! Mehr

This hotel was ok for a one night stop over. Unfortunately we were there on a week end and it was over run by a basketball comp and a local dancing comp. We were wanting rest and they were wanting to party. Hotel staff seemed reluctant to try and control noise and running up and down halls etc.

Very nice hotel just off the NY State Thruway in a "hotel area" with many box restaurants. Nice indoor pool. Restaurant is very good. This is good value.

All but one staff member we dealt with were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious and quite nice. My only negative observation would be the q-tip that was on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal, but it did make me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Also, the shower curtain was quite worn and looked very old. Again, not […] a big deal, and wasn't important to me, I just thought it looked really out of place as the rest of the room was quite nice. We had a room next to a large party. They stayed up with music and drinking till 2AM and the rooms have those split doors... which are paper thin. Internet also costs money here.

The neighborhood was nice but there was nothing close by. The room was not clean. It was also New Years and very loud. I do not blame the hotel for other people's behavior however I do blame them for not fixing the situation. Eventually someone called the police. Also at check out, the gentleman was very rude.

Hotel experience was nice. Normal. Nothing exciting or disappointing. It was clean and quiet. It was a nice place, forgettable. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in Syracuse.

The kids LOVED the cookies and check-in and the pool. Service was very friendly at all times. It was a bit too far away from most other destinations and noise in the evenings.

Room seemed very small as were the beds. The resturant seemed expensive and cocktails were expensive. Only perk was free cookies at check-in. Visited the Embassy Suites that was walking distance away and wished we stayed there. Free drinks during happy hour, large rooms and free breakfast for a similar price.

In the middle of a business park. No restaurants in convenient walking distance, except one in hotel. Would have expected free WiFi for price paid.

Staff was incredible friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed on our way to Cooperstown and had looked for a hotel close to the airport since our flight arrived late in the evening. Hotel is getting older -- you can tell by the worn carpets in the hallway and one of two elevators was broken. Our maid wasn't the most cheerful person in the world, but who can blame her? Free coffee in the morning was too weak for us, but DD is right around the circle. Our room was nice and clean.

Excellent service, very comfortable room and had nice touches like the granite countertops. Loved the warm cookie given to us on arrival. The beds were comfortable and the linens good. I would rate this a 4star hotel instead of the 3.5

Good hotel. Good value for money. Serves the purpose: good place to lay your head, but it's not a destination in itself, nor does it pretend to be. We would use it again if we needed to return to Syracuse.

the address provided by expedia was not the same address given by the hotel. we had a hard time finding the hotel using the gps. the front desk staff were not very pleasant and the server in the hotel restaurant was snarky and not a very good server-she forgot about us and our requests.
