Etwas in die Jahre gekommenen 4 Stern Hotel. Die Lobby wurde updated, aber die Zimmer leider nicht. Das Zimmer ist dunkel und etwas schmuddelig, die Fensterscheiben sind sehr dreckig. This hotel is nice on the outside, and the price is fantastic for a suite room, but it's old and it's starting to show its age. The restaurant is particularly sad. It's right out of the 70's with a lounge area that features low tables with deep leather chairs (this is where you will eat your free breakfast, by the way). We came down with 3 couples. We got to the hotel and were told the rooms weren't ready. That we would have to wait. We ended up waiting almost two hours for the rooms. Staff was rude. Very poor customer service. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a room look elsewhere. I loved the hotel and the location. They are pets friendly as we travelled with our 2 labs (70lbs &80 lbs). Very clean hotel in a nice area. I will definitely use them again when in the area.

This is our second time of staying at this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. They have the most friendly staff and the hotel restaurant serves very high quality food as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very affordable. Best pillows ever! Very comfortable room. A little isolated. If you don't want to eat at the restaurant, you need to drive a ways. Would definately stay again and recommend.

I stayed in this hotel on March 3, 2012. There was 2 things I didn't like: First, I was force to present a credit card with a minimum amout of 150.00 dollars. Yes, One hundred fifty dollars for in case of damages. The front doors are hollow doors, light comes inside from outside into room. What is worse those doors make a lot of noise when closing. […] Thus, residents kept waking me up througout the night. Nice Hotel and Quiet Area. Perfect for the R&R getaway

Very pleased w/ this hotel. Surprised by the value as this was one of the least expensive hotels in the area.. ... the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful with great service. ..the room was spacious and clean. Definitely will be coming back.

Great hotel. Clean, nice staff, and a great breakfast. I ate so much bacon. And it was crispy, perfectly crispy. The mini waffles were also off the hook.

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight from San Jose ariport- our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, nice amenities in room, helpful staff( brought an extra fridge to our room upon request, got a taxi for us in the morning) it was quiet, and worked out great for our needs.

The restaurant (Brandon's) at the hotel was famous with a great staff. The food was awesome and the atmosphere comfortable and pleasant.

Decent hotel but the room was kind of run down a bit. On the plus side the two-room "suite" had a great work station/desk with a large flat screen TV nearby. If you'll be needing a desk to get work done, I would recommend this hotel, on the otherhand, if you're looking for a romantic room I would look elsewhere.

The room was clean and building was well maintained. The bed was too soft and the bathroom faucets were old and rusty. The hotel staff were helpful, especially the staff at the restaurant. Good breakfast but variety was limited.

Great hotel , centrally located, and excellent amenities.

Hotel has hot tub and nice breakfast. About 10min from San Jose and airport. easy on/off freeway. 3rd floor was quite and had comfy beds.

The hotel is clean, located in a nice and quiet corner. Rate is reasonable and the breakfast that comes with the package is pretty good..

Great Hotel at a great price in a great location.

One of the best hotels in the area, with good access to the freeway and Montague Exp. No walking distance malls or activities, but there is a restaurant at the hotel, surrounded by a very clean, safe neighborhood. The hotel construction is very solid and quiet, with upscale fixtures.

Had all the amenities we needed. Had a very good experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very well maintained, clean and comfortable and I can be very pickey when it comes to hotel cleanliness. The breakfast was fantastic! My only small complaint would be the parking lot is not well lit.

Terrible.. was ready to check in at 8:30pm.. was told by the front desk agent that my room was not ready.. REALLY??? gave them my cell number because the room would take about an our... they called me an hour and 15 min. later to tell me that it would be another hour!! i wanted a refund.. instead they sent me to the sharaton accross the street. I went […] accross the streen and the wait would have been atlest an hour there... I go back to the Beverly and tell them that the sharaton is unacceptable... they finally sent me to the hilton... i checked in about 11:00pm finally at the hilton... Nice stay there... I could not believe the hotel did not have any rooms ready by 11:00PM on the day of check in.. will never attempt to stay here again.. This place is a joke. Mehr

Quietly environment. Clean room and safe surrounding. Good and friendly hotel staffs at front desk, restaurant and also a good chef. One thing I do not like is not provided bedroom slippers as I stayed 2 weeks and do not like walking around in the bedroom and toilet bare-footed.

I have stayed here before and like the hotel. The staff if very friendly and helpful. I have noticed the smoke smell in the past but this time it was very bad. The rooms are non smoking but you can smell the smoke in the hotel and rooms have a smoky oder that gets into your clothes. I noticed the ceiling above the vent in my room was black from the […] air being pumped in. Mehr

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent especially the fresh orange juice!!!

We stayed in the Beverly Heritage after getting up early and driving in from out of state to go to my brothers house for Thanksgiving. We got back to the room at about 6 in the evening, enough time to watch the football game and just relax. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and it was quiet, which is what we wanted. I like nicer rooms than the average chain motel and I would come here again. Mehr

The slamming of doors and partying in the hall was annoying. They were in and out of the room using the stairs door (LOUD). Calls to the desk did little but a call to their room! And I guess they won so that is suppose to make us feel better!
