Viel Spaß in Tokio!

top lage, guter Transportanschluss, Shop

"Honeymoon"
Stayed here for a last minute 2 nights in Tokyo. Room price was more than as was oringally wanting to pay but after staying at the Park Hyatt the next night, youi definaetly got alot more bang for your buck here. Subway access is about 10m from the building on the (E) subway line making it easy to catch the train around. We were on the 27th floor from […] memory and the view was great, especially at night time. Windows were huge making the view great but also making you feel more open. Room size was very good and my wife was happy with the bathroom. Would definately stay again. Mehr
"Choose the rooms in the north tower"
I went on the cheap and got a Plaza Comfort room in the south tower. These floors are badly in needing renovation and I would categorize this part if the hotel as 3 stars. My buddy had a key access room on the 38thfloor of the north tower for just a few more dollars and the difference was tremendous. Those rooms are definitely 4 star room. Overall service […] at the hotel was great and the location great. I highly recommend the hotel apart from the south tower rooms. Mehr

"Great central location"
Very central location, easy access to Shinjuku Station, short walk to Meiji Jingu Shrine and not much further to Shibuya. Very courteous and helpful staff and rooms bigger than would expect for Tokyo.
"Good location with airport transfer at door step"
Overall good experience except that they do not allow any early check in at all. Airport limo pickup and drop off at door step is extermely convience especially travelling with young children.

great rooms, service, and location. if staying in Tokyo, best bang for the buck
"the keio plaza tokyo - value for money"
they still maintain the excelent service, cleanliness... Still the same as 9 years ago when i first time to tokyo...great job
"Keio Plaza in Shinjuku"
This was our second stay at the hotel. We had planned on doing the tour of Mt Fuji and they pick up in the lobby. A great prelude was the view of Fuji from our room every morning with the sun reflected off it! We found a few more great restaurants in the high rises close by, and finally figured out how to access the moving sidewalk from the station […] to the hotel. Great when you are tired at the end of the day! A drawback might be the distance you have to walk to the station - but that could be a plus too as staying closer is very noisey. We will stay there again. Mehr
"Keio Plaza Tokyo is getting old"
i stayed 6 nights in this hotel. When I checked in I asked for none-smoking room in superior type, the lady clerk did not say anything, but it ended up they gave a smoking room with old dirty carpet and bad smell. They said since it was spring vacation, there was no other vacancy available. I insisted that I could not sleep in that room and I would […] cancel the room. I waited at the room for 30 minutes, finally they gave me a none smoking room which was very good. I do not understand why the lady clerk did not tell me when I checked in that there was no smoking room. When I checked in it was about 3 pm, the beginning of check-in time, there should be plenty of none-smoking rooms left. in a word, they are not honesty at the beginning. The hotel is not only getting old, the service is not up to the normal standard. Mehr
"FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE STAY AT KEIO PLAZA TOKYO"
Glad to have chosen to stay at the Keio Plaza in the Shinjuku area, Tokyo. It is very close to all the shopping area as well as all the eateries nearby. Also not forgetting the convenience of the subway which is within walking distance from the hotel. No difficulty getting from the airport to the hotel via the airport limousine bus. Will definitely […] stay in this hotel again should I come back to Tokyo for a holiday. Mehr
"Good hotel for business traveling"
Nice location, friendly staff and convenient access. It's good for business traveller in Shinjuku area.
"Keio Plaza Tokyo"

"Keio Plaza Hotel- good location"
Lovely Hotel, very conveniently located. Gorgeous rooftop bar which had a great view over Shinjuku. Would recommend to others.
"Great location, easy access from train station"
Short walk from Shinjuku station. Good size rooms. Value for money. Nice surroundings. Airport limo to hotel door step and hotel provides direct bus service to Disneyland, large savings on train fees. However, decor a little old. Should have wi fi service.
"KEIO PLAZA TOKYO"
the overall feeling is great with great location and very comfortable bed, the room is clean. But the toilet seems a bit old. Hotel provides free WIFI, nespresso machine in each room in which i think is very nice! Also I love the free shuttle service to Disney, very convenient for me bringing the little kid I book this hotel using 50% offer or I […] will think the original price is expensive. I will recommend this hotel to other Mehr
"The Keio Plaza Hotel at Shinjuku"

"The Keio Plaza Hotel, Tokyo"
This hotel has an excellent location. The staff were very helpful. The airport transport coach does a pickup and drop off at the hotel. This is a big help as Narita Airport is quite a distance from Tokyo. However, the room was quite shabby and very much in need of an update. The furniture was mix matched and the fabrics dated. The television had no […] English programing. Mehr
"Better than expected"
The hotel is not "in the thick of things", but provides easy access to anywhere in Tokyo via Shinjuku Station. Particular plus is the fact it's one of the stops on the Airport Limousine bus. When tired and jet-lagged, it's such a luxury to be delivered to your door without effort. Yes, restaurants in the hotel are expensive, but you get what you pay […] for. Room was large by Japan standards, and immaculate by anyone's standards. Mehr
"Keio Plaza"
The stay at the soulth tower was not pleasant as the noise from the next rooms was audible enough to disturb my sleep. Though I paid a higher amount for my stay compared to last year, the room was smalerl and more run down than the one in the main tower,
"Good business hotel"
Keio Plaza Hotel is a good business hotel. It is close to Shinjuku Station and a fairly easy walk provided you know which direction to walk in. I mention this because it can be confusing to get your bearings when leaving the huge Shinjuku Station. Fortunately my girlfriend is like a homing pigeon so we (she) knew exactly which direction to go. The hotel […] is very big but the staff were helpful. We were in the South Tower (of two) and the carpet in the corridor outside our room and between room and lifts was pretty worn and tired looking. It could do with some attention. The room itself was comfortable but would improve with a small 2-seater sofa so each could watch TV. A large desk dominated the room, but it is regarded as a business hotel after all. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The airport bus worked well for us - previously we've walked to Shinjuku Stn, caught the Narita Express to the airport etc. This time we took the bus. It took only 1hr 15mins and was door to door. The journey can take longer depending on the time of day (traffic) and is advertised as being up to an hour. Our bus left at 6.50am - at that time and on that day we avoided the heavy traffic that was heading into the city. A positive experience overall at Keio Plaza. Mehr
"Great location"
Very near Shinjuku train station, plenty of eateries and shops.Business room type are quite big for Japanese standard with very comfortable bed.
"Fine location and comfortable hotel"
We have two big rooms for my family. Internet, TV ...the facilities is good.
"Keio Plaza"
The hotel is just a stone's throw away from major sights and train stations. The staff spoke intelligible English and were polite. The room was overall clean and spacious by Japanese standard but the choice of TV channels was limited. Also, the lobby for our wing of the hotel looked a bit like the 80's because of the dim hotel lighting and decor.
"Good deal"
The room I stayed was bit old, but maintenance condition was good.
"good hotel"
Good hotel. Will come back again.
"Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku"
The hotel is located close to the Shinjuku Station. Very convenient and food is easily available. Walking distance to shopping malls. Complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland from hotel.
"Very convenient location, comfortable rooms"
Stayed in Plaza Premium room. Keio Plaza is very conveniently located in Shinjuku. Walking distance to a huge JR station and multiple subway stations which allow you to go virtually everywhere in Tokyo easily. Also a short walk to a number of department stores and local amenities. Apart from slight wear and tear, the room was very nice and big by Tokyo […] standard. Comfortable bed with air purifier, electronically controlled blind and toilet seat, free wired internet. Only drawback was weak mobile signal in my room, which means I could not use my own mobile wifi device. My room rate did not include breakfast and the hotel breakfast was very expensive (around 2500-3000 yen), but it doesn't matter given by the large number of food outlets nearby. Overall I will recommend this hotel, and the extra money for the Plaza Premium floor is certainly worth it. Mehr
"Well Kept & Convenient"
Relatively convenient location. Direct Airport Limo stop. Lobby looks dated but renovated rooms were good and very comfortable. Staff doesn't speak excellent English, so patient when having to explain anything complicated, which you need their help to resolve.
"Newly Renovated Premier Room"
Stayed at the premier room, spacious, clean and seems like newly renovated. It is about 10 minutes work from the subway though. Highly recommended by Hotels.com customer service and it turns out to worth every penny. Big thanks to Hotels.com's customer service.
"Awesome hotel"
Staff were very friendly and would strongly recommend if staying in Tokyo. Great location - close to Shinjuku station, great surrounding shops and restaurants.
"Very pleased"
We got a great deal on this hotel, but we were still worried that it would be very small as people had suggested Japanese hotels typically are. However, I thought it spacious and similar in size to any hotel of high calibre throughout the world. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The location was great. The nearest subway […] entrance was less than 100m and then you were linked to everything. This major station of Shinjuku is on the airport express train line and is a major hub so you could get anywhere on Tokyo's fantastic subway system. Would stay again. Mehr
"Keio Plaza, Shinjuku"
Biz Plus Comfort was a modern and very cosy room with stunning views of the city skyline. Room wasn't as big as we had imagined based on the photos on the website but was still spacious enough. Came with Nespresso coffee machine and an air purifier in the room. Big flatscreen TV and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and huge lobby. […] Airport Limo Bus brings you to the hotel and takes approx 45 mins. Hotel is also a pick up place for the local Sunrise tour. 5 mins walk to rows and rows of good eateries, convenience stores and the Shinjuku station. Will definitely stay here again. Mehr
"Good location, poor cleanliness and food!"
$120 for breakfast that was terrible! Ceiling in room filthy and we should have taken a picture!

Nice neighborhood. Awesome Fuji Mountain view.
"Great hotel in good location"
The hotel is very near to the Shinjuku station (about 3-5 min walk). There are many restaurants and convenient stores in the vicinity. There is even one convenient store in the basement level (but that closes at 2:30 am) The room is clean and comes with amenities like toothbrush, shower gel, facial wash and even a pot for boiling water. Room is big […] considering Tokyo's standard. The room I had (24 floor, south tower) had a very clear view of Mount Fuji! Mehr

Main building is better and newer than south wing. I stayed for 5 nights, but Keio doesn't provide south wing for me, I was disappointed for the arrangement.
WELL LOCATED CLOSE TO MALLS STORES EASY ACCESS TO SUBWAY
"Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo"
Shinjuku was not the best location for bus day trips as it takes more than two hours to return to your hotel from the city. Arrived 2 hours after the time listed in the tour brochure. More convenient hotels for half and full day trips around Tokyo were nearer to JR tokyo Railway station. Hotel was spacious
"Keio plaza - very convinient"
centrally located, & comfortable stay
