Die Hotelzimmer sind eher klein, aber sehr modern! Wir waren 4 Nächte im Sana Capitol und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Sana Capitol weist 3 Sterne auf, ist aber aus meiner Sicht einen weiteren Stern wert. Die Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Metro bzw. der Bushaltstellen für in die Innenstadt oder auch zum Flughafen. Was cold inside room, the heating system was not working properly! The day after was repaired and everithing was OK.

Modern clean hotel, with small bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. The big hotel in front shielded us from the traffic noise. It was a15 minute walk to the central area. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in.

Great location, parking lot in front of the hotel, nice design, great breakfast (included in price), helpful crew, quiet place. In all, a great place to spend some comfortable days in Lisbon. Good quality/price ratio. Two negative points: Light smell in the room (could be the carpet) and it is impossible to make the room dark in the night due to the […] bathroom window. Mehr

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay here. Although the hotel doesn't look very attractive from outside, it certainly is inside.Good breakfasts. We got a bus from the airport. The ticket was cheap, and we used it for the rest of the day on buses and the famous no.28 tram around most of the sights.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is very well located, stylish and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value and would recommend.

My husband and I traveled to Lisbon for a conference and we looked for a hotel that was clean, close to the subway and a great value. We found all three here. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the room was so clean. Just a few steps to the Marquis de Pombal subway stop and two block from a convienent market to pick up water and snacks for the […] room. The a/c in our first room stopped working on night and the staff immediately moved us down the hall and that room stayed very cool. I loved the decor in the hall and the rooms. The beds were firm but comfortable. I would defintely stay here again. Mehr

It wasn't a bad hotel, but the location wasn't near the main attractions or fun neighborhoods in Lisboa (about a 10-15 minute walk down) and the bed was horribly uncomfortable with a dip in the middle so it was very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on an angle all night. Nice hotel - contemporary setting, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location. I would definitely stay there again if returning to Lisbon.

The design of the hotel interior was very modern and visually interesting. The levels of comfort and cleanliness were outstanding and the breakfast was very good for the star rating. The immediate neighbourhood is disappointing, but it's only a short taxi ride to the more touristic old town district.

Nice boutique hotel ! Clean rooms, very modern, great shower and great staff, very close to center and near by great restaurants, TV + cable and lots of televsion shows from the US + CNN and BBC ! Breakfast was more than expected : Omelets, cheeses, bacon, coffee, Apple juice, orange juice, LESS than 20 Euros by cab from the airport !

très bon emplacement pour les transports en commun et à 20 min à pied du centre Rossio bon hôtel mais ne parle pas français à la réception

Très bon emplacement, arrêt de l'aerobus et de nombreux bus qui vont dans le centre ou à BELEM juste à côté. Hotel moderne, SDB bien équipée, bon buffet de petit déjeuner. inconvénient : la réception parle anglais mais pas français

Recomendo... tudo 5 estrelas...

O hotel passou recentemente por uma reforma. Por isso, tudo está novinho: móveis, banheiros, restaurante etc. O quarto é muito bom. Cama confortável, lençóis e toalhas sempre limpos, banheira de hidro, frigobar, tv lcd com muitos canais, sistema de iluminação e climatização moderno, banheiro espaçoso etc.. O atendimento é muito gentil. A localização, […] no entanto, não é das melhores, pois não há muito movimento à noite, nem muitos lugares p/ comer por perto. Rigtig lækkert nybygget / renoveret hotel med en gennemført stil i gå afstand til downtown Lissabon.

Completely ok hotel located right next to marqes de pombal, which is a subway, tour- and sightseing bus hub and within walking distance to old city parts and sights.

é ridiculo oferecer wifi a uns e nao a outros. todos acabam por falar com todos e uns com reservas mais caras nao tem wifi incluido e outros com reservas mais baratas tem wifi incluido. Wifi hoje em dia é como a água quente do chuveiro. Tentar fazer uns trocos vendendo acesso à net é de um provincialismo e bairrismo atroz.

Excelente localização, próximo ao metro, caminhada de 20 minutos ao Rossio, onde se encontram vários restaurantes. A uma quadra da Praça Marques de Pombal, onde tem onibus turisticos que levam até as principais atrações da cidade. Em relação ao hotel ótimo custo benefício. Quarto pequeno, mas o necessário para quem está em férias, e utiliza o hotel […] praticamente só para dormir. O café da manhã (ou pequeno almoço como chamam) muito bom, com muita variedade de pães, frios e sucos. Internet de alta velocidade muito boa. Generally OK hotel. However at departure, the receptionist wanted us to pay for our stay although we had paid at the reservation (could not print this reservation as we made it during our vacation). He was not interested when we told him that this had already been paid, although another receptionist had confirmed this when we arrived. He didn´t even […] bother to check it. We had no other option than to pay since we had a flight to catch. Later when we complained to hotels.com a young female receptionist was blamed for the mistake over the phone! Mehr

I am a single traveller and stayed at SANA Capitol Hotel in July 2011. I stayed in a nice, clean room with a double bed. I was really pleased with the standard of the hotel and the service. The staff was always polite and helpful whenenver I had a question. It actually looked as if they cared. I wish all people in the service industry could be like […] this! The hotel and my room was nice and clean. I think the standard was very high considering it is only a 3 star hotel. I especially liked the bathroom. The shower was really luxurious! And I liked how there's a blue light switch in the room, so if you want to change the mood completely, you can by turning on a switch. The flat screen tv was a nice touch too. The breakfast buffet was good too. Lots of fresh fruit, bread, eggs, sausages, bacon and other meats and cheeses. I've seen bigger buffets, but seriously, who needs that? The hotel is on a quiet street, so no matter where your room faces, there's not noise from traffic. About the location: It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center from the hotel. I really love walking to get to know the city, so for me that wasn't a problem. If you don't like walking, there's a subway stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Do I reccommend this hotel? Hola, Respecto al hotel, ha ido todo muy bien. Ha sido en uno de los mejores que hemos estado. Tanto el personal, como la habitación, y la ubicación, totalmente céntrico. En el único punto que no estoy de acuerdo, es en la forma de pago, pues no sabía que pagaba con la tarjeta , una vez hecha la reserva. Y además no tengo factura de ese pago. Agradecería […] que me enviasen esa factura lo más pronto posible. En otras páginas, no cobran así. Prefiero que me cobren en metálico allí en el hotel, que no por tarjeta, que solo la tienen de comprobante. Esperando su respuesta, les mando un saludo. Mehr

Rien de négatif à signaler si ce n'est que les fenêtres sont un peu petites. Emplacement assez calme, petit-déjeuner copieux, proximité des transports (métro) et de l'hypercentre à pieds. Très accessible depuis l'aéroport (arrêt de la navette à 100m). Bon rapport qualité / prix

I attended a conference at the hotel and can fully recommend it - the conference facilities are excellent, as was staff, reception, restaurant and rooms - I had a great view of the historical centre of Lisbon from my 7th floor room. The only problem I experienced was that the wifi connection in my room was very weak, but a technician quickly arrived […] and gave me a cable connection, which delivered excellent performance. Mehr

For a long weekend, I have visited Lissabon together with 5 women of different age - from 20 till 60 - and we all liked this hotel! Okay, it's not situated in the very city centre, but close enough. Also thanks to the convenient metro system (hotel is located near station Marques Pombal) we did not feel far away from where it's all happening in Lissabon.. You […] can notice the hotel is fairly new as the rooms are clean & comfortable, bathrooms as well, the breakfast very nice and further service. Have a nice stay! Mehr
