Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Das Perry hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und meist übertroffen. Ein tolles Haus!

Hyatt Regency Miami ist auf Geschäftsreisende ausgerichtet und befindet sich mitten in Miami. dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Miami Convention Center, Hafen von Miami und Jungle Island. Gusman Center for the Performing Arts und Bayfront Park befinden sich ebenfalls in Nähe.

Der Metromover, eine vollautomatische Hochbahn, verbindet die AmericanAirlines Arena, den Bayside Marketplace, den Finanzdistrikt in der Brickell Avenue, das Kunstmuseum Miami Art Museum und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum miteinander. Um nach Norden und Süden zu gelangen, kann man in die Metrorail umsteigen. Der Hafen von Miami liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Hier befinden sich auch die drei ethnischen Enklaven Little Haiti, Little Havana und Liberty City, das historische afro-amerikanische Viertel.

"Das Hotel Hyatt in Miami liegt zentral"
Wir hatten das Hotel während unserer Florida Rundreise gebucht. Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Nur mit frischen Handtüchern hat es nicht so geklappt. Jeden Tag mußten wir an der Rezeption Handtücher anfordern, was dann auch zeitnah vom Hauskeeping erledigt wurde. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder übernachten.
"preiswert und o.k."
Das Hotel war für un,s Ausgangspunkt für mehrere Touren. Es ist nicht für den Strandurlaub geeignet. Das wird auch so beschrieben. Es liegt in Downtow. Am Tag ist viel Verkehr rings um das Hotel. Das hört man auch deutlich in den Zimmern. Ab 6.00pm. kehrt langsam Ruhe ein. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Miami River (Kanal) und an einer Zugbrücke. Da gab […] es für unsere Kinder immer was zu sehen. Um die Sehenswüdigkeiten von Miami und Umgebung zu erkunden, liegt es strategisch perfekt. Nach Süden, zu den Keys, ist man frei von Rushhour, nach Westen, in die Everglades, muss man einfach nur an der nächsten Straße rechts abbiegen und immer geradeaus. Miami Bayside, ist zu Fuß in 15min erreichbar. Komfort im Hotel ist TV mit Internet, Föhn. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber schon etwas verbraucht. Die Bäder waren ebenfalls sauber, der Tausch aller benutzten Handtücher klappte. Der Fittnessraum ist klein, aber sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Multimedia am Laufband und immer saubere Kopfhörer dazu. Der Pool war in Ordnung, aber für das Hotel zu klein. Die bunte Unterwasserbeleuchtung lässt diesen nachts gut aussehen. Personal war freundlich, der Check-in war in ca. 5min erledigt (Dank an Hotels.com) Der Parkservice ist zwar teuer aber sehr bequem. Wenn mann morgens eilig auf die Bahn will, sollte man aber rechtzeitig zum Parkservice gehen. Das Auto holen lassen dauerte immer etwas länger. Ich empfehle, das Frühstück vor Ort, nach Bedarf zu besuchen. Es war in Ordnung, aber etwas wenig Auswahl fürs Geld, manchmal reicht vieleicht auch das kleine Frühstück. Also erst ansehen, dann entscheiden. Das Hotel wird von mir weiterempfohlen. Es ist eine echte Alternative zu den überfüllten Hotels in Miami Beach, dabei aber nicht zu teuer. "Das Hyatt in Miami ist ein relativ altes Hotel"
Zimmer sind gross, Badezimmer ist etwas heruntergekommen, das Wasser in der Dusche/Badewanne lief kaum ab. Im weiteren bezahlten wir fuer den Valet Service $ 30.00 pro Tag. Parking ohne Valet Service kostet $ 19.00 jedes mal wenn man den parkinglot verlaesst. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, der Rest bestenfalls mittElmaessig. R. Gfeller

"hyatt regency"
Hyatt regency was indeed rubbish. I couldn't even last one night I had to leave immiediately. First the fragrance on coming into the hotel was choking I hope they undertsand that some people are allergic to fragrance so it should be mild and kept simple.

The hotel is in a great location to see & enjoy the night life of Miami. Close to South Beach and a beautiful view!
"A bit tired but good value"
We stayed at the Miami Hyatt after a cruise, and chose it due to its proximity to the port and central location. They kindly allowed us to check in at 11 a.m. Pluses are clean rooms, nice views, convenient access to public transportation, and friendly service. Minuses are dated look and feel of the hotel and the rooms, tiny restaurant and coffee shop […] for a 24 story place, entirely uninteresting surrounding area, and small pool. "Lovely hotel"
The neighborhood is fine, but not that interesting, however, 40 dollars will get you to South beach and back (4 dollars if you take the bus)
"Great Location"
This hotel is by everything. Great for all ages.. Staff was great, free upgrade to a suite. Breakfast came in handy after a long night of partying. Lol. Never got up on time to try the pool, so I can't comment on that. Hotel valet is pretty cool, there is a daily rate but you can work something out. (shhhh). My one and only dislike was that all balconies […] were sealed shut. I don't know why, avoiding law sues I guess. Not a deal breaker though. Hopefully this will help. Mehr

"Great Service - Rooms just ok"
Great Service in a very central location. Great for business but if you are staying for family vacation I would pass. Bathrooms are old and very small. Room is small too and just ok. Food at restaurant was terrific though! The price was good though so if you are looking for a more inexpensive place to stay this would be ok.

went to miami for non-ultra musical reasons during the festival, and had to stay in the worst hotel, 'river park hotel and suites' which was next door to the hyatt. it was so bad, that we booked a room at hyatt regency on our last night there (they actually had a vacancy on the last night, otherwise we would have been there the whole stay). the staff […] was amazing. the food was amazing. the drinks were amazing... and the bed could actually be slept on. very clean and awesome throughout... best deal for the price in downtown miami, hands down. We stayed there for one night before taking a cruise. It is very close to the Port of Miami, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food in the pub and restaurant is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful! I will stay there again when we take another cruise out of Miami.

"Hotel was beautiful"
I loved the hotel in downtown Miami, it was super clean, the staff were very helpful at all times. I was in Miami on business and the traffic was unbelievable, don't think it would make too good a vacation but for business it was perfect.

"Hyatt Miami Downtown"
Room was noisy facing towards street and windows not well isolated. Lobby well maintained and rather impressive compaired to what follows in the rooms. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good.

I've stayed in Miami many times at many different hotels. This was the best stay I have ever had. The reason is the staff! Whatever they have done to make this staff be attentive and problem solver it is working. No matter how small the issue, they are there to help. "No Spa?!"
I understand that this Hyatt is in the business district but MOST business men and especially women would like to have a spa and a jacuzzi available to them after a long day of meetings.

"Amazing Staff!"
I had to contact the staff twice for maintenance issues. One for the room safe and one for my key card. The staff went over and above what I would have expected, even finding me at the pool to check in and let me know everything had been taken care of. The service staff was top rate, friendly and fast. "Don't Waste Your Money!"
rooms are old, and dirty! While the hotel lobby is well maintaned, the hotel is a joke and not even worth a 2 star in my eyes. stay at the double tree in miami instead. The Double Tree is not that far and way more comfortable and rooms are way better!

"Housekeeping problems"
Arrived to Hotel 9.00 pm. Rooms were not available, because of housekeeping problems!?!? Could get into our room at 1.00 am!!! Becaude of this we got: - free dinner - free wifi - free vallett parking -1st night (1/2 night) was free of charge We got back our money pretty fast on our credit card.
"Disappointed"
The Concierge and Valets were great, very service friendly and helpful. Other than that the room was less than desirable. Bad floor plan, weird shutter on the closet, tub had to be repaired at check-in, not comfortable setting at all. Renovations definitely needed. I won't be going back.

Hotel is okay, Good location close to Bayside Market Place. The hotel room is a bit outdated. I would still recommend this hotel.
"Great time!"
I stayed for the Christmas weekend with my mom and kids. Everything was lovely. At checkin they upgraded one of our rooms to a suite so the 3 kids (2 college, 1 teenager) would be more comfortable. We loved the buffet breakfasts - lots of delicious options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the small gym. It's a good location […] between the airport, the Bayside Market area and the beaches if you have a car; it's not convenient without a car though. I would definitely go back! Mehr

This hotel difenetly needs renovation ,rooms not clean ,valet parking very expensive 30$ per day ,breakfast very good and wort it $18 per person .staff not friendly at all.
