perfect access point to everything! Ferries 200M, Train 200M, the Rocks 100M, >5km walk to the Opera house and don't forget to walk just past the Opera house to the Gardens! 20 min walk to Darlings Harbor.........try the small cafe's for Breakfast in the rocks! and relax! Take the Ferry to Manly or stay the night there.....

Hotel is sited five minutes walk from Circular Quay so if you are Harbour Bridge and Opera House very close. Staff were helpful, breakfast was very good. Hotel was a little tired, but clean and very comfortable.

The hotel allowed us to checkin at 8am after getting off a cruiseship. The room was well appointed and what you expect from a 5-star hotel. The buffet breakfast is well above the norm for hotel buffets, and the bar has a great downtown view and feel. Would stay anytime.

This was a perfect location for Sydney sightseeing. Almost everything was within walking distance (sometimes a long walk). The Opera House and some other tourist attractions are very close. Many places for lunch and dinner are also nearby. Thw rooms were a bit on the small side, but the 'full harbour view' is exceptional. We arrived in the evening, […] so the view out the window (the next morning) was breathtaking. It's definitely worth the upcharge. The concierge services are excellent. We thought that breakfast (in the lobby) was quite expensive, but then the strong Australian dollar makes everything expensive - as we found out by eating breakfast nearby (and spending nearly as much). Everything we've come to expect form a Four Seasons Hotel. Mehr

Our overall stay at the Four Seasons was excellent, the staff, location and the comfort of our room was excellent. Room was a little small but the views made up for it.

Really enjoyed our stay.The hotel was so convenient to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful and anything you asked for, you got. We have stayed in the Four Seasons a couple of times before and will do so again when visiting Sydney again. We have also stayed in this chain of hotels in different parts of the world as well.

Our room over looked George St and was in a great position, right in the middle of The Rocks. We didn't need a car as the train station and ferry terminal were almost outside the front door.Darling Harbour and the city were only a few minutes walk away. Ordered single beds, received a double, asked for breakfast included but it wasn't not. The buffet cost a ridiculous $44 . Wouldn't accept a debit card. The restaurant was very noisy in the evening. The quiet bar with live jazz has gone. Will definitely not stay there again.

We chose the Four Seasons because of the location and the outdoor pool and we weren't disappointed with either! The hot tub/jacuzzi was warm and the pool was cool but great for a dip after a hot day. The pool and deck was a nice spot to take your kids after a day at the zoo or aquarium. The hotel is close to the Rocks and some good, family friendly […] restaurants. Of course the beds were extremely comfortable! Our room had a view of the Harbour and Opera House - a lovely view to wake up to in the morning. We paid extra for the executive club which was worth the money. The food was excellent but the staff were exceptional, especially the manager on the desk. She couldn't do enough for us. We loved this hotel. Fantastic view of the Opera House (amazing !) and ferry terminal. The location was second to none. We could walk everywhere or just jump on a ferry at Circular Key. We will definitely stay there again. I dont think I would stay anywhere else. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

We have stayed at the Four Seasons Sydney several times. We always have a Deluxe Full Harbour View room and it never disappoints - the view is superb, the amenities of the room are magnificent, the bed is very comfortable and the hotel staff are just great.

Although there are other 4 Seasons Hotels of more lux standard, this property still keeps to the 4 Seasons Hotel minimum quality level - good size quality bathroom, good quallity bed, linens and comforter. this paticular property was built in 1985(estimate) so I do feel it is time for a renovation/refurbishment. the only item one needs to be careful […] of was the lack of visitor short term parking...because it is located right down at "the rocks" the parking rates are very pricey for 0-1hour and there is very little space at the entrance of the hotel to do a short wait picking and dropping off hotel guests. But overall, it is a great location for a guest to walk around town on their own and overall a comfortable stay. I would recommed it to other friends and I would consider staying there again. Mehr

being the festive season would have liked to see that at hotel, many of the other hotels had lovely xmas displays, otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is very good in great location but it is not excellent like some other stunning Four Seasons hotels. It needs a face lift. The "luxury Harbour view" room was small and only had a partial view but comfortable for a few nights. There seems to be limited choice for eating in. I used the pool area twice and both times there was no staff to offer […] a clean towel and a day bed and dirty towels and empty glasses were seen all over the place not cleared by anyone. Mehr

The location of the hotel is fantastic, across the street from the Circular Quay, next to The Rocks and right off one of the main roads. The staff is very friendly - not in the "Paid to be friendly" but in the "We're actually good humans" way. The view from my hotel room was spectacular, a perfect view of the Opera House and the cove. The room was always […] cleaned my cleaning ninja's - there were mornings I'd sleep in or come in early or a combination of the two and my room would have always been cleaned up. At nights they would come around and turn on some mood lighting in the room and fill the ice bin - quite possibly the same room cleaning ninjas.... I never saw them once. Mehr

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from all major sights and shopping areas. Felt very safe walking back to hotel even late at night. Room with full harbour view did not dissapoint. If budget allows room service is a must, breakfast meals are well worth it. I would definatly stay here again.

I've rated condition at 4 because the restaurant was under construction on the ground floor. The staff are a great asset to this hotel and my room was not directly as requested the bed was a queen and not king size. Generally the room was well equipped having disabled access and a wet room. As the room was not as ordered they included breakfast to compensate […] and at $42 per person that was welcome. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants by the water. If your struggling to choose the previous reviews are rating at 4.7 are about right. The concierge even sent away a smelly taxi and put me in the next one. Mehr

I was more than pleased with my stay at Four Seasons Sydney Hotel. We paid a little extra for the harbor view but it was well worth it! Wherever my future travels take me I wil definitely consider Four Seasons as one of my first choices while looking for accommodations.

We had such an amazing time staying at the Four Seasons. The staff were always friendly, the rooms were always being cleaned, we were so well looked after. I would do it again if it wasn't so much, but you get what you pay for and it was..well..superb :)

Had a fantastic stay the night before my wedding and wedding night in the deluxe city view Room it was beautiful and they couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and spoilt nothing was a problem. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
