A very noisey hotel. They even provide guests with a set of ear plugs and an eye mask upon your arrival. Room door lock was broken upon arrival and would not allow entry, and was never repaired during my 6 day stay. Hotels . com says hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop, but it does not. Only one power outlet available in room, other than bathroom. […] Desk chair was broken upon arrival, as was the clothes hanger on bathroom door. Food at the "coffee shop" was terrible and service very slow. No outside restaurants close by. Was at hotel on business trip but will not return to this hotel. Hotel is next door to municipal airport and convenient if you fly your own plane. Mehr

Imagine this: Some buildings are under construction, the air is unbreathable (paint, dust, all sort of fumes), the carpet is stained and smells horrible, the bathroom faucet is one of the 1st ever made, not functioning, the elevator is scary and to get to it you need to use your GPS, the whole place is a mess. I cannot believe they are allowed to rent […] rooms to customers with the facility in this condition, especially for that kind of money. I absolutely don't know how they got the 31/2 stars rating...you're better off sleeping in the car. Mehr

This hotel accomplpished its job just fine. It gave me a comfortable night sleep. There was construction going on so there were no ice or vending machines but i didnt hear any noise.

The room was incredibly noisy. We could actually hear someone in an upstairs room urinating! The motion detector lights kept coming on in the middle of the night. There was no coffee with the coffee pot. After repeated phone calls to the desk, I finally had to find a housekeeper to obtain a packet of coffee. It was our worst nightmare!

Great Hotel!! Cannot wait for it to be complete with the re-model.

The wing I was put in was under contruction for a rennovation and it was just awful. I got the room on Hotels.com and there was no mention of this rennovation. I would have stayed somewhere else.

Family of four, staying for a sporting event and not in the hotel much at all. We are tall people and cant stay in hotels with only double beds, this hotel has queens. The rooms are older, and they do need upkeeping, but they are clean. The beds were very comfortable. The heater in the room was noisy, but that is fairly common at other hotels. Bathroom […] is very small as read in prior reviews, but it was fine for our stay. Hotel is next to airport, but it wasn't a problem. Paid extra for breakfast thought it was for 4, but only got vouchers for 2. Mehr

I reserved this hotel for two company executives due to the star rating and reasonable price. In the end, the hotel was completely below par, with dirty rooms and horrible maintenance and was overall entirely unacceptable. It is now on our company DO NOT USE list.

Very happy with our stay.

If you want to stay in a classy hotel with all the amenities, this is the place for you. My wife is disabled, and they provide all the necessary accommodations without question. The staff are courteous and friendly. You have computer access, access to restaurants, indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a fitness center.

I have stayed in better Crown Plaza in San Jose, California. The rooms were little too small and so was the bathroom, very small. It was too tight, space wise.

The room was clean. But the staff never picked up my room service tray, so it sat outside my room for 2 days which was gross. They advertise a nice lobby and great amenities, but what they don't tell you is that they're easy to access from only the rooms in the front of the hotel. We were so far down the hotel we had to drive from our room to the lobby. […] The staff vacuums at 7 am and you can hear EVERYTHING out in the hallway and from other rooms. Wasn't terrible, but definitely was not great. I probably would not stay here again. Mehr

There was an event there the second night we stayed. We had people hanging out in the hall ways the entire night. I don't recommend this hotel on a weekend if you want sleep.

POOL AREA WITH BAR AND RESTAURANT PRETTY COOL. ROOMS THAT FACE THE POOL PRETTY NICE. GREAT VALUE. WILL DIFFENTLY STAY AGAIN.

The staff was friendly upon arrival. The hotel was a bit pricy given the age of the hotel. Otherwise everything was very clean. Oh wow, the elevator was hard to find and was very old and scary.

The bed was very comfortable! Accessing the rooms can be a very long walk. My card key quit working as I had noticed in the hall this was a problem for others. The wood furniture the finish was in poor repair. The bathroom was so small you could not use the commode and close the door. This hotel is not to the standards of other Crowne Plaza's.

The plaza is a nice hotel, but entirely overrated. The check-in staff while professional borders on rude, and while it is clear that the plaza was once "the place to stay," it's beginning to show wear--especially in the bathrooms and hallways. Our biggest complaint had to do with the room itself. We requested a nonsmoking room and our room had clearly […] served as a smoking room to previous guests. Kids will love the golf green, swimming pool, and stream that runs throughout the indoor courtyard. We did not spend a lot of time in the room, but the evident wear combined with the lack of included amenities, and stench of stale smoke encouraged us to stay out of the room. My recommendation: if rates are on sell, and you will not spend a whole lot of time in the room itself stay at the Plaza. If the room experience is crucial, or even mildly important, stay at the new Hilton in the next town over (Pleasant Hill)--that's what we wish we had done. Mehr

had a great time at this hotel; the atrium was amazing, the rooms very nice, the shower had endless hot water and the staff were very friendly. wish I had more time to hang out.

I was given a room on the third floor, and had to endure screaming kids at the pool until after 10:00 pm, when I had to get up early the next day. I asked for a wake up call at 6:10am, and never recieved one.

great hotel, the only problem We had was with room service. they said they would be there in 30 mintutes. 1 hour later they arrived.

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable and I felt the rates were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The hotel itself is essentially located on the same property as the Concord Airport. It's very convenient for visiting pilots with an access gate between the hotel and transient parking for your airplane. For all, there is a […] small pool area, a putting green, and a nice restaurant and bar. The rooms are a nice size (not too big or too small) and the property itself is well maintained. Mehr

We stayed in three hotel on our trip and this was our least favorite. The hotel was old and the hallways smelled like smoke. Our view was the end of a seemingly defunct airport. However, the room was OK. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were old.

exceptional service & confort for any price

We found this hotel to be relaxing; It features a lovely atrium with lush plants, koi ponds, an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. A very good restaurant is also in the atrium. The hotel treated us to a free breakfast (which was excellent). The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spectacular the bed comfy the bathroom was very clean. My girlfriend and I felt right at home when we got there. The only issue was that after the toilet was flushed it just ran all night... Besides that it was a great hotel.

It's a pretty standard hotel with standard amenities, nothing special. There are better hotels in the surrounding area which offer more amenities at no extra cost. You pay extra for a mini-fridge and microwave, etc..The front desk reception was very nice. But don't let that fool you. They're pretty sneaky. They will do everything in their power to get […] you the cheapest room until you let them know the room you got isn't what you paid for. I paid for a bigger room (executive) with full amenities (microwave, fridge, bath-robe, living space as shown on the on-line hotel pictures) the clerk gave me a standard king with NO amenities and then he played dumb about the whole situation after I switched rooms. That explains why it took 15 minutes to check me in. He was smiling, courteous and chit-chatty and all the while he was making changes to my original booking! I was finally switched to a bigger room but I still think it was just a level up from a standard room and not the exective suite I paid for. Needless to say I was quite annoyed, but I just wanted to settle in and chose not deal with it any further. The room was a big disappointment. I enjoyed the comfortable bed with warm covers and the hotel room service with great food. But paying that kind of money for a mediocre room just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Mehr

Love the fact that their pool is indoors and most services are conveniently located in and around the atrium.

Close to our event. Next to small airport, but more fascinating than loud/annoying. The bed was SO comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine, not great. The place was empty, and it was hard to tell if the restaurant on premises was open, or if it had ever served food. Instead of risking it - I want to taco bell across the street for food.
