Das Hotel liegt super, Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür, Skytrain Station in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist trotz der zentralen Lage extrem ruhig mit idyllischem Innenhof. Personl war extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für ein Budget Motel überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir können das Hotel jedem der nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in Vancouver sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, aber es war sehr sauber. Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Der Service ist perfekt, meiner Beschwerde über Ruhestörung durch laute Hotelgäste wurde sofort nachgegangen.

Ich und meine Tochter waren im Oktober 2011 für eine Woche in Vancouver B.C. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum sehenswerten Stanley Park, so dass man auch nach einem stressigen Stadtbummel noch schnell naturnahen Ausgleich haben kann. Die Hotelsuite war sehr geräumig und sauber. An manchen Stellen ( Kaminsims, Küchenschränkte ) blätterte schon etwas die Farbe ab. Die Fenster sind nicht so dick und gut erhalten, wie wir es in Deutschland gewohnt sind, es tat dem guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch. Insgesamt also gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Hotelbelegschaft ist besonders freundlich.

Das Hotel ist nahe der USA-Grenze. In die Innenstadt von Vancouver kann man sehr schnell und kostengünstig (Tagespass) mit der Schnellbahn fahren. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos, der Internetzugang auf dem Zimmer funktioniert gut . Für einen Städteaufenthalt ein günstiges und zweckmäßiges Hotel.
"Very nice view & convenient"
The hotel is located a very nice and convenient area with a wonderful harbor view particularly from high level. The room is large and clean but the room price is attractive and reasonable.

"AWESOME HOTEL"
People were so nice and accomodating, I come back every year. I wish my room had a microwave but we are so close to so much fresh tasty food venues who needed one. MUCH LOVE Vancouver!

"Very Convenient Location"
Not far to walk to the main shopping section of Robson Street and Granville. Walking distance to Stanley Park and the water taxis to Granville Island. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver is just across the road and there are many other good restaurants close by. "Good location - not much else..."
Hotel was walking distance to everything you could need, however the room was dark and almost grotty. It looks like the carpet hasn't been replaced in 20 years and the beds were hard as a rock! Hotel is fine if you're only going for one night and you're only sleeping in it (as we were) but I wouldn't reccomend for an extended stay or if you have children […] as the floors are so dirty! Also not child-friendly is the shower head, you could have blasted paint off a car with the amount of pressure in that thing! Was a slightly painful experience. All round, fine for a cheap 1 night stay but otherwise I'd look elsewhere (I certainly won't be visiting again!) Mehr

Imperial Landmark is located on great area close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Sunset beach, Stanley park. Everything is in walking distance!
"Almost Perfect"
Everything was awesome, room was clean and comfortable with amazing views and superconvenient location. The only thing holding back a perfect review was the snotty service by a couple of the front desk team members. I dealt with 4 over my stay and a couple were really nice, but over the phone a couple were just a lil too high and mighty. Housekeeping […] was awewsome. "Great view, comfy room, good service."
I stayed here for a few days while looking for a place to live in the West End. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, tons of space and a fantastic view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the location of the hotel is perfect, near Stanley Park yet right on Robson near everything you could want […] to be near. The food in the revolving restaurant isn't the best, but the view makes up for it. Maybe go for coffee and desert after hitting up a fab restaurant in Yaletown. One thing you need to know is this hotel does not have a pool or hot tub, so don't expect one and you won't be disappointed. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and will definitely be putting relatives up there when they come to visit me! Mehr
"Value for the price"
The room was adequate and clean but very dated . . Great views and a 20 minute walk from the convention center . The revolving restaurant upstairs was a suprise, nice views of downtown and the harbor, but the food was very expensive, dinner was good, breakfast not so much
The hotel room was cold - and I am use to a cool bedroom. I made one local phone call for which I was charged $1.12. I think the cost of phone calls should be mentioned to the clients. Otherwise for our one night the hotel was fine. Also paying for parking should be upfront.

"Convenient"
The hotel rooms are a little dated, the bathrooms in particular could use some updating, but the price and convenience compensate for those short-comings.

The hotel room was very small. They could use some new carpeting as well as better shower pressure. The revolving restuarant on the 41st floor was awesome.

Room on 21st floor had decent view of the ocean, mountains and city. The room was not in great shape, lamp shades were partially torn, alarm clock flashing with a layer of caked dust, water from sink would get VERY hot with no warning, etc. But you get what you pay for. It's on the low end for Vancouver. Concierge seemed rushed and terse (weekday). […] Poor service in Cloud 9 on a Friday night. Took an hour just to get one dessert, maybe half an hour to get the waiter to come over! The view was nice though. Location is great for food. Mehr

"Great Views and close to downtown"
We had a really good time at this hotel. It was close to downtown and Stanley park. We were also placed on the 35th floor with the most amazing view of the city! The downsides were an unhelpful staff who were rude at times and did not give helpful recommendations to food and attractions. The bathrooms were also much to be desired. "Great view"
This is a basic hotel with just a basic and clean room. However, view is spectacular and a great value for the view. Hotel has a slow rotating restaurant on the top (42th floor) that is great. Ambiance is great at the hotel however, the drinks are a bit expensive and too dilute for its cost. Location is very good - on Robson street, downtown Vancouver. Easy to find hotel from Robson street, hotel is high and bright light sign on top. "clean convenient and comfortable"
The first room i was put into on the 20th floor was dated for sure, with the coffee pot not heating the water and the 1980's fixtures being not quite in good repair. Following a problem from another guest on the same floor in the middle of the night, which the security guard acted immediately to solve, i was moved to the 37th floor. "Empire Landmark - great value and great location"
Jock at the front desk is the perfect introduction to the Empire Landmark. This hotel, although on the older side, has had some renovations and is very comfortable. The room was great with coffee maker and fridge. I only stayed for a short time but was very comfortable and clean. Parking and WiFi were included - location is excellent.

"Good location with great views"
I had a room on the 26th level facing Stanley Park. Most reviewers say that the hotel is in need of a facelift but truthfully it is not bad at all. I had a modern LCD TV in my room and the room looked pretty good too. The bathroom is a bit dated but it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and I got a good nights rest thanks to the hotels location […] and height. My room had great views of Downtown Vancouver. Mehr

Booked online and got a really cheap rate. Hotel was fantastic value for money. Views from 36th floor amazing. 3 blocks to the park and 10 mins to heart of Vancouver. Highly recommend

"Empire landmark hotel"
If you are on a budget and wanting to stay close to downtown, this hotel may worth it. However, the maintenance is awful and the rooms are tiny.
I am from california. I never have rashes on my knee from the bad sheet that was big surprise. Very small room and parking extremely easy but they don't tell you that in the night how to get in and out. Front eddy service was horrible.

Shower ran warm and very hot - unable to control the temperature - had to keep jumping out of the way to avoid being burnt. Had an unexpected wake- up call at 3 AM in the form of a fire alarm. Great location but the pictures made the hotel seem nicer than it was. Bathroom was not so nice as well as the room. Beds weren't too comfortable either. Great place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Ive been coming to the 'Couv for over a decade now and have stayed in many hotels. I have to say this was one of the most convenient stays ive had in Vancouver. I will totally come and stay again at the Empire Landmark!
