Betten und Wäsche sind von guter Qualität. Ausreichend Handtücher und Kleiderbügel vorhganden.Coffeemaker am Zimmer. Kein Tee. Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Icemachine am Gang. Dusche funktioniert gut, quietscht aber etwas.Ein absolutes No Go sind die dünnen Wände. Ich habe gedacht mein Nachbar aus dem Nebenzimmer liegt in meinem Bett. Er schnarchte so […] laut und hatte Albträume sodass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Er checkte am nächsten Tag zum Glück aus.Das Personal ist freundlich, das Housekeeping gründlich. Sollten sie das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht haben, verlangen sie beim Check Inn die roten Voucher. Ansonsten müssen sie für das Frühstück bezahlen.Ich musste deshalb reklamieren, war aber kein Problem.Ansonsten gute Innenstadtlage und kostenloser Airportshuttle. Mehr

the hotel was ok but there were a few things that bugged me, first of all i have an f250 and couldnt find parking anywhere because there parking lot is tiny and my pickup wouldnt fit in the parking garage across the street, so i had to park 4 blocks away. when i got to the room it was clean but there were no garbage bags in the garbage's, the bed was […] very hard, and the hotel venting system was very loud right outside my window. then when i took a shower the shower drain was plugged full of something so it wouldn't drain until 2 hours later. then after a late night of getting my work done so i could enjoy the weekend the hotel house keeping service woke me up at 8:05 am EVEN WITH THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR. not happy about my stay wont stay again Mehr

The staff is outstanding. The hotels in need of some minor maintenance especially in the bathrooms. The bathtub in the room we stayed was stained with black. Last time we stayed there we asked for three separate room changes, this time I simply felt defeated and decided I'd simply take a shower this stay rather than a bath. :(

Attractive and well appointed room with very comfortable bed. My main complaint was a stale musty odor like old cigar smoke which was really off-putting. Proximity to rail tracks and frequent train noise also interfered with good sleep.

Really classy hotel at an affordable price. Great view of the city from the room. We picked up some cool stuff at the gift shop and a coffee from the Starbucks in the morning when we checked out. Great service.

We had a room on the 12th floor and had no problem with noise. The room was nice and clean. The parking was convenient and easy, directly outside the door however the lot fills up quickly. You can park for free across the street of that happens. TV channels and clarity leave a lot to be desired. The hotel didn't seem very clean The shower drain was plugged as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, for the price. Seemed more like an expensive super 8. Location is nice for the airport. The 20th floor restruant view is nice.

The windows had not been cleaned in recent history. The room was very small with an especially small bathroom. The room was nicely decorated. I had a difficult time getting my billing straightened out. The restaurant had great service and good food.

Nice, hotel. Sign up for their rewards program and you will get free drinks at the lounge! Comfortable rooms with nice views. The breakfast buffet is good, a little over priced, but not bad. Close to nightlife and great food, and a short drive to the airport.

As tourist not much to do in town especially the evening of our stay. Restaurant was OK and staff friendly and informative but very quiet. Battle of the Little Big Horn was worth the trip.

Although not real new, this hotel was very clean, service was good, and it was convenient to the airport and to I-90. However, I left my hairdryer there and called the next day and they said they would contact houskeeping and get back to me in 2 days. 2 days later I called them back, left the same information, got told that someone would get back to […] me in 2 days and I never heard from them. I'm still waiting and will try again, but I am beginning to think that someone on the staff did not return my hairdryer to last and found like they should have which makes me think I will not stay here again. Staff and shuttle drivers went above and beyond to ensure we were taken to and from our conference at the local hospital. Everyone from the desk attendants to the gift shop attendant to the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that there was no fan in the bathroom. Everything about this hotel room was worth the money. Private access was also a plus. Food(breakfast) could use some improvement, over hard eggs benedict and just plain weird oily hash browns. They brought us a crib when asked for. I guess the only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom had an older and smaller than normal shower, and […] the toilet paper holder was on the wall to the left RIGHT next to the toilet bowl, does any else see a problem with that. The hotel room was very nice looking upon arrival. The bed was plenty comfy, and the sheets/pillows were what is expected for a three-star hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is older so there is little sound proofing, so the next morning people slamming their doors and talking in their rooms kept me awake. We ordered a turn-around room cleaning service […] after breakfast as breakfast was served somewhat sloppily, and the service was never done. We alerted the front desk that night, but obviously nothing was done about it. Staff was very friendly, and room was comfy enough for a couple nights stay, but I probably won't stay here again. Mehr

The Crowne Plaza has the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Room service was fantastic.I would highly recommend this hotel.

Entrance and parking for the hotel is difficult and confusing for first time visitors. Main parking is in public parking garage, but could not see any signs telling me this. Hotel badly needs to review their entrance and parking signage. Could be made a lot better with a little thought. Ie add another entrance into front parking area, designate spaces […] for persons checking in by limiting parking near entrance to 15 minutes. With little to no costs, could correct this major flaw. The hotel was very clean and all services that were rendered there were very prompt and professional. With all that the hotel provides you with other than just the room is well worth a one night or extended stay. The next time i have to stay over night in billings i will stay at the crown wether its for business or pleasure.

Nice hotel; but dated. 1960's type furnishings, corridors are stark and room doors are heavy metal, drably painted; very much like a college dormitory. Although non-smoking, the hotel room reeked of "old smoke" likely from other rooms or simply due to past decades of inside smoking. Tub and toilet were chipped, AC was loud and noisy.
