Ein schönes Hotel, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Etwas außerhalb des eigentlichen Zentrums der Stadt gelegen, dennoch sehr gut zu erreichen.

The hotel is situated in a very central part of the new town, near Saldanha shopping mall. It is in walking distance to the shopping centre, where there are nice shops, cinemas and cafes. .. jedoch U-Bahn Station Picoas (oder so) in der Nähe, Zimmer eher karg ausgestattet jedoch modern. Bar im obersten Stock sehr schön, vor allem am Abend. Spa Bereich hat nur einen Aussenpool.

This Hotel is not in the fashionable part of Lisbon but is very near to the Baixa, the old interesting section of Lisbon. In the area of private hospitals and consulting roomsThe staff are most courteous. Linen is looking quite shabby. Have to ask for dressing gowns and slippers that had been the norm a few months ago. Having stayed at the hotel many […] times I was disappointed to be given a considerably smaller room that I had previously. There are some decent restaurants around the area, quite reasonable in price. I consider it the best hotel in the area and will use it again. Mehr

Although is a good location it is a not so close to the old city and downtown attractions. Service was excellent as well as the food; as in other reviews, it is shocking the fee for the swimming pool (I can't imagine the additional cost for a holiday in summer). Internet not the easiest to access.

Great Hotel, good area if not the prettiest part of Lisbon but bang in the business district with easy access to everything including airport all roads out of city and tourist areas. Front of house very helpful, no complaints with anything. Great location for viewing city and coming back to laise around pool or use spa.

We were very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend it to any traveler to Lisbon.

Although this hotel is a bit far from the downtown area, there are great subways and buses to take you there and a subway/bus terminals are nearby. the lobby is subdued but european. the staffs are all helpful and courteous. the foods (i attended a meeting and we had lunch buffet everytime and we did eat at their restaurants) are great and there is […] variety to choose. the room is clean, not too small by european standard and had TV but with limited english channels. the spa is awesome and it has a fitness center too. the business center was quite good. highly recommended and will return there. Clean rooms and decent food. But do not expect your bags to be taken to your room, or any proactivity on behalf of the staff.

To be honest, I've been quite disappointed with my last few stays at the hotel, and seriously considering whether I will stay in future, despite my SPG gold status. I feel the quality of the service, friendliness of staff has really gone down hill across the last 12-months.

This was a gorgeous hotel in a great location. We ate in the Restaurant bar one night and the staff there were fantastic so helpful and friendly. The food in the bar was pretty reasonable but unfortunately, the price of the food in the main restaurant was too expensive for us to try. We did however have a cocktail in the skyy bar, which was worth doing […] once anyway but again a bit too pricey to stay for more than one I'm afraid. The hotel rooms were very modern- you couldn't fault a single thing about them. Unfortunately, the one big problem which would mean that I couldn't recommend the hotel to others would be that they charge a fee for using the swimming pool and other facilities. I went down for a quick swim but was told that there was a set fee for use of all of the facilities regardless of how long I intended to stay- it really wasn't worth the price they were charging so I went back to my room without going in. I think this is crazy to charge guests at the hotel to use the hotel facilities, particularly when there are other hotels in the area that don't. Mehr

Some of the hotel staff were extremely good especially those who can speak English, polite and warm. the room was quite good as we were upgraded to the club room. The only downside is you got to pay 12.5eur/day/pp for the swimming pool and spa as it is just as normal as other hotel's facilities. Overall it is a good hotel and we will go back the next […] time. Great hotel only 10 minute walk to ciyt centre lovely rooms and 5 minutes from airport

Room Nice, Water pressure in Shower questionable, had to request mini bar refill, Staff Friendly, Room service food good but a bit pricey.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was everything you expect from a 5 star hotel, luxurious bedrooms with a glass walled bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking, we wiled away an afternoon there sipping some delicious cocktails!! The hotel is […] a bit away from the main areas but taxis are relatively cheap. The only downside were some of the steep hotel charges eg €12.50 DAILY charge for the use of the pool which I might add was freezing. One of the criteria for a 5 star hotel is to have leisure facilities and you don't expect to have to pay for them. Also €5 for a can of diet coke!!! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Mehr

This hotel is well located, next to Picoas metro station, so access to the centre of Lisbon is remarkably easy. Even better is the quality of the hotel - which apart from one tiny hiccup - fully justifies its 5* rating. We stayed in a Club room, with access to the Club Lounge. The breakfast buffet was generous - I've not actually been offered caviar […] & champagne in a buffet before! Room facilities are excellent, with a very comfortable bed. The one hiccup - being asked to pay for access to the pool and fitness area. I think that this appears a little mean. Fortunately, this did not spoil our stay - the Lobby Bistro, Panorama Bar were good amenities. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Mehr

We spent part of our honeymoon staying at this Sheraton. Overall it was a beautiful room and place to stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay (ie. setting up a Fado club reservation for us on short notice). It was also nice having free internet service. Our one bad experience was when we were told […] by Spirito Spa that our "couples massage" was cancelled due to a staff member getting sick. This would ordinarily not have been an inconvenience, however, they informed us we would not be able to have our couples massage due to a "technical difficulty". Had they coordinated better in finding a replacement, we would never have known of this "technical difficulty." We would never have had this issue or concern. Their lack of planning to get a replacement staff before speaking with us was our biggest gripe during our stays with the Sheraton. The staff member did find a replacement, however, by this time we were too frustrated to accept and decided to cancel altogether. Everything else was great, but this particular experience was frustrating to say the least. Mehr

This was a lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was spotless. The only drawback is that it costs £12.50 a day to use the pool and this isn't advertised on the website. We only booked the hotel because it had a pool and we were very dissapointed to discover that we had to pay.

Ett mycket fint och lyxigt hotell. Rum servicen var mycket bra. Hotellet har utomhus pool och en spa avdelning. Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån centrum men nära till ett av de största shopping Mallen.

Tulimme autolla hotellin eteen ja heti tuli ystävällinen mies joka hoiti laukut, vastaanottovirkailija oli erittäin ystävällinen, conciere ystävällinen tarjoilijat ystävällisiä. Henkilökunnta teki hotellista erikoisen. Muuten hotelli oli hyvin standardi. Panoramaravintola ylhäällä näkemisen arvoinen. Ruoka raikasta ja hyvää.

Hotel bien situado . Las habitaciones muy comodas y bien decoradas. Excesivamente caro el mini-bar y el restaurante dl hotel.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un weekend dans la ville de Lisbonne. La qualité de l'hébergement vient compenser la situation un peu éloignée du centre-ville. A noter que les transports en commun assurent une bonne desserte du centre, notamment le métro.

Notre séjour à l'hotel Sheraton a été très agréable. L'hotel est situé dans un quartier central de Lisbonne. Toutefois, il n'est pas possible d'effectuer (plusieurs fois par jour) à pied les trajets jusqu'à l'océan ou jusqu'au quartier des restauradores. Mieux faut prendre un taxi environ 3 Euro ou le métro. L'hotel est propre et les chambres ont été […] rénovées. Coup de coeur pour la salle de bain qui est remarquable. Concernant la piscine, elle est accessible moyennant la somme de 12,5 EUR. Le cadre n'est pas idyllique (entre des immeubles) mais on a accès au hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de repos etc. Le forfait de 12,5 EUR doit s'entendre pour l'accès au Spa et non uniquement pour la piscine. Meget bra hotell , bra og fine rom med et utrolig bad av høy kvalitet. Betjening meg hyggelige og kunne god engelsk , noe som var litt dårlig ellers i taxi og uteliv. Anbefaler dette hotellet for litt luksus og fine utsikt av panoramabaren . Priser noe høyt i bar og restaurant men dette er nå et 5 stjerners.

The room (a standard with king size bed, 2nd floor) was very nice!!! Modern, lovely bathroom, good space. Nice pool, sun came to the pool area around 12 o clock, view from pool not so nice. Everything at the hotel was expensive as it normally is at hotels but to pay 12, 50 per person to use the pool I think is too much. The treatments at the spa way […] to expensive, breakfast was ok but expensive, mini bar had a good selection but was way to expensive.... I think 6 euro for a coke or water... Lisbon is a pretty cheap city other wise if you compare to other European cities. Soo cheap to go by taxi so the location was ok. Close to El Corte Ingles. Friendly staff Mehr

Vi havde en dejlig uge på Sharaton Lissabon. Mange har klaget over at man skal betale for poolen og spa området, men det gør man jo alle steder, direkte eller indirekte, og her kan man så nøjes med at betale for den, når man rent faktisk bruger den, da hotellet som udgangspunkt jo er ret billigt standarden taget i betragtning. Betjeningen var sød og […] høflig, men ikke særligt personlig, men det er det sjældent på store kæde hoteller. Selve hotellet ligger lidt udenfor centrum, men der kører Metro stort set til døren, så det er ikke et problem. Vi havde et club-room og det kan absolut anbefales, lækkert værelse, god udsigt og en rigtig dejlig lounge, hvor man kunne sidde og få al den kaffe man kunne drikke i fred og rosammen med en fantastisk udsigt ud over hele Lissabon. En middag på hotellets restaurant på øverste etage kan helt klart anbefales, men husk at bestille bord ved vinduet i forvejen. Mehr

Utrolig bra komfort på hotellet. Både seng og hotellrom svarte til forventningene. Litt skuffende var at bassengbesøk kostet 15 euro. Maten på restauranten både oppe og nede var MEGET skuffende. Der har de fokusert på kun en ting, og det var service. Bommet fullstendig på selve maten! Desidert dyreste og dårligste maten jeg har spist i Lisboa. Og det […] tror jeg folk har forstått, fordi det var ikke mange gjester på restauranten da vi var der kl 20. Ellers var det nært til både buss og metro, om du ikke vil ta en billig taxi som står klar utenfor til alle døgnets tider. Hotellpersonalet var meget hyggelige. Foi uma grata surpresa tanto na localização como nas acomodações . Todas as solicitaçoçes ,independente do horario foram prontamente atendidas. Com um restaurante no terraço maravilhoso,excelente comida e um agradavel piano bar Todas as indicações sobre restaurantes e shows foram muito bons.Foi realmente uma estadia sem defeitos.

fiquei muito satisfeito com minha escolha em todos os spectos,localizacao,decoracao ,tamanho dos quartos,o banheiro envidracado da um um visual lindo ,servicos ,gentileza do pessoal de atendimento ,dicas de restaurantes senscao de honestidade do pessoal da recepçao etc,.
