Rydges South Bank - South Brisbane

A pleasant and definite improvement since I last stayed a few years ago. Keep up the good work.

Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Our only complaint would be cost of internet access, which we found to be somewhat higher than any other place we stayed on our vacation, including other Rydges where it was included in the room rate. Also, wireless is only available in lobby locations....

Hotel is starting to date a little and need some maintenance due to poor quality fittings, for example in the bathroom the showerhead could not stay upright. I tried to tighten the screws but it was gone. Very friendly staff and service will keep me coming back

It was fine - everything went smoothly

The room was a reasonable size. The Hotel is situated in a great area there are markets there Fri to Sun aas well as lots of places to eat and have a drink. Staff at the hotel were great. Would gladly stay there again.

Great location and good, clean hotel. Car parking was expensive at $25 per day although the service was fairly prompt. Stayed in a room on the North end of the hotel on level 10. Unfortunately had a very noisy room. They seemed to be a goods life or something making a similar noise that seemed to clang about every 5-10 minutes all night. Not only that […] but we had a child in the room beside us but also there is a bit of construction going on around the hotel and had banging at 8am the next morning. It wasn't the most restful stay... There is a Mantra across the road and I would try there next time. Still very close to the Convention Centre. Mehr

Caught city flyer to South Bank Bisbane,5minute walk to Rydges-close to various restaurants and cinemas-10minute walk to Brisbane central and also bus terminal to other outlying suburbs-able to catch river ferry and stroll along the banks of the river. Will stay again and recommend it.

Very convenient location for all the Southbank attractions: Museum, Art Gallery, Theatre, Convention Centre, Restaurants, River etc. Easy walk to City, bus, train.

The room is big and clean with kitchenette. The service and location are good but the hotel has some strange policies. - Charge extra if you pay by credit card. Fortunately our room was prepaid thru hotel.com . - The hotel does not have the electric adapter for guests to use but offer to sell it (AUD10.00). It's a reasonable price what why should we […] buy it and use only once. Only foreigner guests need the adaptor and we need it only at Rydge; all other hotels/motels let us borrow one. Mehr

Very good the only disapointment was that our rom was on level one and had no view or sun: there was a courtyard but overlooked by an embankment.

Rydges Southbank occupies a prime location in Brisbane's Southbank, providing easy walking access to the man-made Streets Beach attraction and river. Shopping in Queen Street Mall is a short walk away across the river. The hotel itself is very well maintained by a team of polite and helpful staff. Our room actually turned out to be a suite with a […] balcony, much larger than expected and finished to a very high standard throughout. As a tourist I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would also consider this to be a good choice for business travellers. Mehr

This hotel was very convenient for the city and was only 3 minutes walk to the train station with a direct connection to the International and Domestic Airports.

なんと言っても、空港から電車で乗り換え無しの利便性。駅～徒歩５分でホテル＆ホテルからは徒歩でブリスベンリバーやショッピング街へのアクセスも簡単。 目前がグリフィス大学キャンパスで環境も治安もベスト。

Everything very expensive than I expected especialy breakefast,comparing to another restrant.

Het Rydges hotel in Brisbane is een zeer goed hotel met een voor de geboden luxe en comfort heel schappelijke lage prijs. Eigenlijk verbluffend. Naast de zeer uitgebreid van voorzieningen voorziene kamer was bovendien het eten (zowel diner als ontbijt) boven gemiddeld.
