Das Hotel ist sehr schoen und war zumindest für unseren Preis eine absolute Wucht. Die Zimmer und auch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind wunderbar sauber. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Angstellten sind bemüht und sprechen Englisch. Leider liegt das Hotel nicht unbedingt im Herzen von Bangkok, was aber Dank der günstigen Meter-Taxis kaum ins Gewicht fällt. In 15 Minuten mit so einem Taxi ist man eigentlich überall wo man hinmöchte. Die Altstadt ist relativ nahe beim Hotel. Das einzige Problem an der Lage ist, dass sich viele Taxifahrer weigern einen dorthin zu fahren. Von dort weg zu kommen ist eigentlich zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, doch von der Innenstadt wieder "nach Hause" zu kommen kann sich vor allem spät nachts als Herausvorderung zeigen. Meist muss man dann einen (höheren) Festpreis zahlen, da die Fahrer dann das Meter nicht anstellen.

Überaschend gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel, mit vielen kleinen kostenfreien Extras (Wasser, Cola & Sprite, Kaffee und Instant-Nudelsuppe). Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Sehr günstiger Taxi-Transfer zum Flughafen.

"Bei vielen Taxifahrern unbekannt"
Schönes Hotel, aber etwas abseits und bei vielen Taxifahrern unbekannt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr viel von indischen Gästen genutzt - wenig Europäer - so dann auch der Schwerpunkt beim Frühstück.
Hotel war fuer unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen ok. In der Umgebung selbst hat man zu Fuss nicht wirklich Einkaufschancen man ist auf Taxis angewiesen (oder Skytrain). Die wichtigsten Sehenswuerdigkeiten sind auf der anderen Seite der Stadt. In vollem und Ganzen war das Hotel schoen und alle Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Sehr gutes Hotel in ungünstiger Lage"
Für Stadtbesichtigungen ist die Lage nicht optimal. Man muss zur Metro ca. 1 km an einer viel befahrenen Straße entlang laufen. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert ein Taxi zu nehmen. Diese warten meist vor dem Hotel und fahren für wenig Geld ins Zentrum. Das Hotel ist aber die Strapazen wert: Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Zimmer, angenehmes Ambiente. Das Hotel hat 23 Stockwerke und mein Zimmer war im 19. Stock. Eine Seite des Zimmers bestand komplett aus Glas mit wundervollem Blick ueber Bangkok!! Das Hotelpersonal hat den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie moeglich gemacht (Kleine Schale mit Duftoel vor der Zimmertuer, Obstteller, Kekse, etc.).

"nice hotel for indians"
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is also nice. There is a very good indian restaurant just outside this hotel so it is a nice place for indian people to stay. Finally this hotel is recommended for people who are in bangkok for shopping and not for luxury tour.

We have stayed here on & off since 2003. The service has got better over the years if thats possible. Breakfast & facilities are spot on. For the price the standard of the hotel imo is unbeatable. We'll be back.

We stayed at this Amari Atrium Bangkok recently for 6 days. At first we book as superior room and we told them that we are on honeymoon trip. For the surprise they upgrade our room to the corner bigger room and decorate the honeymoon decoration which we were very satisfied with that. For the bed, in the first night we are unable to sleep well coz it's […] abit hard, but the second night onwards, it's nice, I think they forgot to put bed protector, That's why. but overall we satisfied with their service which is quick check in and check out. We didn't have the chance to try their restaurant (breakfast) coz we wake up quite late and go out after that. This is my first time use hotel.com website to make a reservation. Last week i mad a reservation on-line from USA for my son and my niece cause it was the first time for my son in Bangkok i would like him to be impressive with it so it took me almost 2 months to find the nice hotel and then i found Amari Atrium by google so there were pretty good review […] on the website so i decided to make a reservation for 2 days. I always called and made sure that they would prepare the nice room and good service for them. By the way, if i did not forget the name of the staff i think her name is Khun Sudaporn who helped me with my document and made a convenience for me and my son to get everything we need such as fax from USA to Thailand. The hotel staff always made sure that my son and my niece got my fax so thank you so much for helping us. I am Thai lady who lives in Los Angeles, USA so i will stay there when i go back to Thailand. at time of check in, staff are not getting my booking but they invite me at restaurant with welcome drink and paid menu..... Its in short, Value for money. U can walkable distance to MTR and markets
We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and found it to be completly satisfactory. The internet worked well in the room and also down in the business centre.

We stayed here in May 2011 for just one night, although it was busy as there was a conference on it was great. Pool area lovely where we stayed most of the day as it was at the end of our trip. Thebreakfast was amazing, so much choice, staff were very helpful & friendly, we would stay again.

This is a good hotel to stay. Has facilities for credit card, foreign money exchange though not for the NZ $. The concierge service is excellent with good transport system.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice with great views but a bit older than I expected. The pool was small and the one time I wanted to use it, it was closed for a party. Free wifi in the lobby which was spotty.
