My stay was great will book this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel, large rooms, well kept, nicely furnished. But the breakfast had poor service -- we had the buffet, and they never even brought us water. Had we wanted to order off the menu we might never have gotten served.

RIght off of 695 and across the street from the Towson Town Center. Walked to dinner everynight and had plenty of choices.

Bedding looked appealing but very unconfortable. Did not sleep weel.

I splurged by booking this room for my last business trip to the Towson area. I was disappointed as I waited in line for over 20 minutes to check in. Get up to my room to find little wads of hair in bed linens as I was retiring for the evening. I was awaken by the people in the room next to us as the walls are very thin. We were given a room near the […] elevator and overlooking the parking garage. Just not what I expected when I paid $60 more than I normally do for a room in this area. I will stay in the Bel Air area my next trip as it was not worth the extra money to stay here. Mehr

We loved everything about this hotel. Clean, great location, large room. The only drawback was the main door to our room had a huge gap so that the sound and the light from the hallway came pouring into our room. Not sure if there was something missing from our door or if they were all this way. Loud drunk people outside of our door easily woke us up […] at 2am. Other than that, everything was just fine. My husband and I only stayed here for one night, but we were so impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were during our stay. They did everything that they could to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. The room was very clean upon our arrival and te bed was super comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The stay was perfect other than the plumbing problem in my room. They had to come fix my toilet a few times and unclog my sink several times also. Other than that, great stay, great service!!

Hotel was a great value, clean and very convienient. The "only" negative, was that the Pool is NOT heated. Very much a bummer for my 3 kids (we were there in winter).. Not once but twice hotel staff walked into my room unannounced in the first 30 minutes of my stay. Luckily I wasn't naked cause they were not my type. Other than that, decent hotel but overpriced.

This hotel is convenient to so many thing to do that is impossible to name them all. We went for a party at a nearby school and received shuttle service from door to door. It could not have been any better. The breakfast was wonderful and well presented. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond expectations. For visiting the local universities, the location can't be beat. The room was beautiful, the bathroom very comfortable. The only downside, and it was a big one, was the bed was really uncomfortable.

We popped up for the weekend to visit family, who happens to work at the mall across the street. Free parking was too good a deal to pass up and the hotels.com price was lower than I've spent on previous trips. Looking forward to this choice again.

Nice hotel, secluded, and away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Connection to the mall is convenient to get a quick bite. Wifi could be better, and rooms need some updating. Overall, not a bad deal for the price. Would go back.

We arrived with 2 babies under 7 months and the staff had thoughtfully placed 2 cribs in the room and added a small fridge for storing bottles. so we could put them down to sleep immediately. The hotel also gave us a name of a very reliable limo service that picked us up at the airport. It was a very relaxing visit.

our breakfast was half an hour late so we received it free of charge. This was much appreciated. We were a little bothered by the number of times staff knocked on our door about something - the maid three times, room service when they didn't need to bother us - but still it is an excellent hotel very well run and a great price.

I look forward to coming home to celebrate the holidays with family, but sometimes you just need a place to escape all the Christmas family-time madness! I have been staying at the Sheraton in Towson for years. Conveniently located off the highway, with a walkway putting you within footsteps to the Towson Town Center shopping mall (perfect for last-minute […] holiday shoppers like me). Plus parking is free and convenient. The rooms are nicely cleaned, have modern furnishings and super comfortable beds (the kind that make you strech out and instantly yawn a restful, "ahhhhhh"). Rooms are appropriately sized for couples, but are a bit small for families traveling with children. Though the swimming pool is a nice attraction for the kiddies. The staff is excellent. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, and the real hero for the weekend was the chap holding down the fort, serving up drinks at Rain 903's hotel bar on Christmas Eve. Hotel is in a great location; have a walkway to the mall. Hotel clean and very nice staff. A five day stay over a holiday weekend I felt very welcomed!

The hotel building seemed old, room I stayed in was nothing special, but to my surprise it did not have a microwave or a fridge. TV took good 4sec to respond after button was pressed on remote. Overall price paid for room wasn't worth the condition and amenities included. Basically overpriced because of hotel location and name.

Very comfortable, very quiet (8th floor, no traffic noise). Comfortable bed, hot water, good towels- what else is there for a one night business visit? Late evening meal at the bar was good, beer was pleanty cold. Seminar at the hotel the next day included continental breakfast and a light lunch. Once again food was good and served professionally.

I have occasional business in this area and stay at the Sheraton North (Towson) for its convenience. I am always pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Although I was not back from work in time, they do offer a nice free cocktail area with hor d'oerves as a way to meet and network with other guests. The hotel is also across the street […] from the Towson Mall which has a number of great restaurants which is convenient. Mehr

Great location, but front desk staff not friendly. We did not receive the room type we reserved, and the room overall was old with spots on carpet and dirty bathroom.

People of hotel very congenial and internet facilities access is excellent.

Only thing o can complain about the sheraton is that we ask hotels .com for a room with doubler beds we were given a room with only 1dbl bed for 4people and had to argue with the desk people for quete some tome and show them the conformation paper you sent me to show them we wanted

My family & I stayed here on a weekend trip to inner harbor. The hotel is only a short 20 min. drive from all of inner harbor's sights & attractions. The hotel's rates are almost half of those downtown, a real consideration for my family! My son loved the indoor pool, great for relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. This hotel is also connected […] to The Towson Town mall via a bridge. This was very convenient for my family to take advantage of the mall's wonderful shops & restaurants. Very nice hotel in a great location however, rooms could use some freshening up. Carpets and furniture are stained. Bathroom, though clean, could use some renovation.
